- All of King's abilities fall under one power: Time Manipulation
King's abilities center around manipulating time in a general area or at a specific target in various ways, the basics revolve around slowing, stopping and even rewinding time. Unless stated otherwise, King can affect time within an area of up to a 80 foot radius around him.
Time Reduction: King's primary ability is slowing down time. Anything within his area (objects, people) slows down. He can slow time by such a degree that he can move through crowds of people undetected, simulating super speed to a degree. He can also send out time waves that reduce the time of whatever the wave hits, though he can localize it to affect a single target if he so chooses. If the slowing effect is minimal, then the duration is extended. At the strongest degree he can practically stop movement but it would only last 10 seconds. Typically, he dramatically reduces the time in the area allowing him to appear to be moving at speeds many times past the speed of sound.
Rewind Time: King can rewind time by 30 seconds. Reversing all effects that occurred over that time period. However, he cannot affect an area in this manner, he can only rewind his own time. With time, this might change.
Temporal Healing King can heal by rewinding time to erase the damages from existence. In fact, King is capable of regenerating fully destroyed limbs or body parts. Though he has never tried, it is theorized that he could bring someone back from the dead. There are limits to his healing capabilities. For one, he can only heal one person at a time and the more time that has passed the harder it is for him to reverse it.
Age Manipulation: King can accelerate or revert the age of non-living objects. Thus he can repair and return any broken or damaged non-living object to its optimal state no matter how long it has been broken or how damaged it was. Or in the inverse, age an object so thoroughly it is reduced to dust. Depending on the size and material of the object, it may take him longer. Theoretically, King could apply this ability to living beings but he hasn't attempted to do so.
Timeslip: Due to the nature of his powers, King's mental capabilities is "offbeat" with the world around him. He thinks at an accelerated rate, allowing to perceive and react to events with greater speed than norm.
Omniscient Time: King possesses a perfect sense of time as well as completely accurate feel for the relativeness of his abilities vs actual time.

- His utter confidence in his abilities could very well be the key to his downfall.
Being caught by surprise while difficult, would be a very effective way of neutralizing him.
King is furthermore limited by range, though he has a fairly easy time closing the distance, it is something to consider when facing him.

- King typically acts in a very relaxed and calm manner. He rarely if ever shouts or attempts to browbeat others, because if all else fails he knows that he can simply take it. His ability to control time, limited as it may be when compared to its potential is still quite powerful in its own right. What's worse is that he knows its power. He's prone to whimsy as a result of this confidence: he's utterly irreverent. It would take quite the individual to make this King bow, or perhaps... it is King who will seize domain of the world around him.

- Charles Pryce is not a Chicago native. Born in the hustle and bustle of New York City, he never suspected the power that lay dormant within him. That is until he was caught in a bank during a robbery. The thieves, in a panic fired into the crowd to force compliance. Charles threw his hands up instinctively; bracing himself for death. Standing there for a few moments, he realized the bullets that should have flown through him were lazily flying towards him. Not thinking twice, he pushed the bullets out of the path of would be victims, and disarmed the thugs. Whilst throwing the occasional punch or two. When time reasserted himself, he watched bemused as the robbers went flying through the bank, the bullets slam harmlessly into the wall, and the guns lying in a neat pile by the bank guard's feet. Charles had saved the day, and helped himself to a "fee" for his heroics. Walking out of the bank with about 3k in cash. In the confusion, no one noticed the money, which emboldened Charles. Having had a rough childhood, Charles felt that there was nothing wrong with using all of his talents to make a living. He went on a spree throughout the Northeast, robbing banks and the like for the funds to an easy life he had never dreamed possible. He finished high school and put himself through college thanks to his illicit activities. But more than anything else, the thrill of his thefts kept drawing him back to a life of crime. Now he's arrived in Chicago, more than ready to pit himself against the world's finest.
