It was a short time later that the door opened up, revealing Jerami who was flanked by a large, puffed up Kinfa and a tiny glowing creature on his shoulder, "Hello! Can I help... ahh! Drexl!" He gave the much bigger guy a smile and said, "Hello, wow... it's so late! Are you alright?" He was surprised that Drexl's parents let him come over so late but even so it was a welcome thing since he enjoyed Drexl's visits.

Looking over the shoulder that Bruin wasn't hovering over he called out, "It's Drexl! I'll be in shortly!" With that he stepped out along with Bruin, closing the door behind himself. Turning back to Drexl again he said, "They would never let you inside or into my room or anything. I know we're both boys but still..." He trailed off in his happy chatter when he looked up at Drexl and really looked at him. Blinking his large aqua eyes a couple times he asked, "Ahh... Drexl... are you alright? You don't look so good..." There was so much about the big guy that seemed off and it instantly worried the much smaller Jerami.

Jerami tilted his head to one side as Drexl presented his hand to him and then went wide eyed, "Ah! Drexl... oh no... your poor hand." He said, taking a step forward so that he could reach out, letting his hands hover to either side of Drexl's injured hand. He was saying that he got into an argument with Lixes and... and punched a table? He looked up at him, a worried look on his face now, "You poor thing... come on. You sit down here and I will fetch my wand."

With that he turned on his heel and hurried back inside, leaving Bruin with Drexl, the small glowing creature continuing to cling to his shoulder where it had perched. He was gone but a short time before he came back, breathing in a way that said he'd likely run to his room and back without stopping save to pick up the wand, "Alright! Let me tend to that hand of yours. We can't have you hurting!" He would do anything for Drexl after all and healing seemed like the most simple thing that the big man could have asked him for.

"Of course I had to run! You're hurt Drexl." How could he not hurry? Even if he wasn't the most athletic guy around he was still eager to do what he could to help out. As he moved to sit down with him on the bench that was outside of the house he rested his wand across his lap. He could cast without it but his magic wasn't nearly as strong as when he had the magical conduit on hand. He was just about to start the spell when Drexl spoke up.

"E-Eh? On dear..." Were the two of them fighting because of him? That wasn't a thought that he liked at all, in fact it made the aqua eyed boy fret a bit. He didn't want to come between the brothers after all... but it seemed that wasn't just it. The argument with Lixes must have been something fierce if it was two pronged like that... and ended with Drexl hurting himself. As gently as possible he lifted up Drexl's injured hands in both of his and began to cast his spell. Drexl was hurting both inside and outside, something that Jerami didn't care for, and wanted to at least help where he could.

"This is going to feel a little weird. Magical healing always does." He warned as the magic started to slip into Drexl's body. Things healing through magical means was a strange, itchy feeling, one that felt unnatural as the body was made to heal at a sped up rate, "Keep your hand relaxed for me or it will take longer." He told Drexl as the magical energy flow from Jerami's form, through the wand which amplified it, and then to his hands where he focused it into Drexl.

Jerami's hands gave a momentary pause before he started to move them again, working on channeling the magic into Drexl's hand, "I see... well, if that is what's best at the moment for you and your family I totally understand." He told him, wanting to do all that he could when it came to Drexl, even if that meant stepping aside so that he could focus on more important things such as his family. His own family was quite important to him after all and with everything happening he supposed he'd react in the same way. As such he saw no reason to do anything that might worry Drexl further. He had enough going on without having to worry about Jerami.

Giving a smile he lifted a hand to tug on one of Drexl's braids in a gentle manner, "You just need to do what you always do, Drexl. You have a big heart and that will help you going forward, I just know it." Lowering his hands for a moment to rest in his lap he said, "See about flexing your hand, see how it feels, and let me know. Once I know how it's feeling I will be able to know how to go forward. We can rush this process after all."

"Of course, Drexl." He said, giving him a smile before he turned his attention back to Drexl's hand, watching it closely, taking in the manner in which he was flexing his hand. It was looking better then it had been. After watching the manner in which he moved it before he took the hand in his, running his hands over it carefully, inspecting each finger one by one, then the hand itself, "Do you think that it's alright now though? I am not talking about it not hurting as much but I mean does it actually feel better? Or do you think it needs another session?"

"Hm? Oh! Yes, of course. If it's alright for you to stay a little longer then you should." Especially if he needed to be healed further or because he just wanted to cool down away from home for a little while longer. If he was fighting with his brother maybe he did need a break from Lixes? At least until he went back home and possibly stuck around there for a while?

Jerami gave a nod of his head, "It would probably be best, just to be sure. We don't want to risk anything, especially not your hands when you use a weapon that requires both of them." He said as he started to reach for Drexl's hand one more, wanting to hold it between his own. He glanced up at him, then gave a smile, "It's going to be alright, Drexl, don't worry." He said it in a gentle and soothing tone of voice, starting to cast the healing spell anew.

Just as the spell started he found himself getting a kiss on the cheek, something that caused his spell to flicker due to his embarrassment. His cheeks coloring a bit and he gave a little smile, "You're welcome, Drexl." The kiss had been nice and there was a part of him that wanted to return the favor... but that would have to wait. Healing Drexl was far more important then giving him kisses for the moment at least.

"Now, concentrate on relaxing, and we will see about finishing up your healing session." He said as the magic that had been flickering evened out and the power started to glow in a steady manner around Drexl's hand once more.

Jerami gave a smile and then leaned against Drexl, letting his aqua eyes sink closed. He wouldn't say as much but it was a bit of a dizzying thing to cast two powerful healing spells in a row, ones that had to be maintained for drawn out periods of time. He found himself a bit on the sleepy side though he wouldn't allow himself to doze off, not while Drexl was still here with him. He'd allow himself to relax though.

"If you have any other problems, if you get any other injuries any time in the future, you tell me, alright? I will be your own personal healer... ahh! Unless it's something serious then we can always going to my mother, Aminah. She's a very powerful magic user and can do things that I can only dream about at the moment." Other then that though he would offer his services to Drexl whenever he was able to do so.
