Aerokinesis-- She can bend and manipulate the air around her, creating gusts and even allowing her to levitate briefly. It can act as nearly a solid, using it to carry things towards or away from her. She also has a minor ability to manipulate the atmosphere, essentially creating a vacuum, though this is confined to the space of a single room or person.

Nothing notable, but she has the weaknesses of an ordinary human.
What is their personality like?
Harper is flirty and tough. She's a bartender in a New York City bar,
so she has to know how to wrangle in the drunks when necessary, but her customer service is impeccable. She is also hotheaded and a rash decision maker when it comes to herself, but she is quite logical when working on someone else's problems. She is incredibly loyal.
What is their backstory?
Harper James is your average New York girl, well dressed but knows how to handle herself. She has had her powers since kindergarten, but has always kept them a secret, even from her own parents. She knew she was different, and she was worried people would be scared -- which turned out to be a good fear. When she turned eighteen she got a job as a barista and moved out of her parents house, and when she was twenty-one she upgraded to bartender. All the while she kept her power a secret, practicing only when she was completely alone. When the fighting started, she became wary of everyone. She was paranoid, constantly concerned that one of the sides was going to come for her. Though it was silly, as she doubted they would really be able to find her. No one knew who she was. And thankfully he own home, though a battleground, now belonged to those who appeared to be the "good guys" so to speak. Still, she had managed to lead a relatively secluded and peaceful life staying out of trouble.
That is, until a man by the name of Leon Farshaw came into the bar while she was working. The male had nearly drunk himself to sleep, but was somehow still going, and causing a raucous at closing time. He demanding more drinks and she and the waitress refused to bring him any. Harper, being the shift lead at the time, stepped in to handle the situation, but was unable to calm him, only riling him up more. To her surprise, the man attacked -- not with fists, but with smoke. She realized that he was like her. Though she had never before used her power in public, she was forced to take action, clearing the smoke the drunk man created in one clean swoop. When he finally passed out, the crew finished cleaning, the other workers in a stupor, and when they were ready to leave Harper took it upon herself to bring the man to sleep on her couch. There was the possibility that he was one of the bad guys, but she doubted he would be able to do much with the immense hangover she was sure he would have.
