[.03] Only one entry per person.
[.04] The approval is an active, on-going process. If your character is already pre-approved in the Non-Owner Character Profile thread, you are automatically qualified for Round 2. (you still need to submit your character in the 2nd thread though!) If you're posting a character for the first time to be considered, the judges will look over the character and will approve/not approve before Round 1 is over.
