[ Please ignore the roll, I dunno why I rolled. Carrying over from here Setting: Magical Girl || Abandoned Construction Site || Olivia is a helicopter pilot - - - - -
For a brief moment she considered summoning a large transport, allowing her eyes back into the sky to search for threats that made themselves difficult to find on ground level. It was also just more fun to fly! But she remained on the ground, ignoring the wreckage that still burned against a side of the building and turned her attentions elsewhere.
Oh look, scaffolding!

There was a very good reason why he was in the abandoned construction site. He'd tell you about it sometime. But for now he was busy avoiding the destruction. Problem was, he was still trapped inside the building thanks to the burning wreckage. A little help here?" he called. Not that he really expected an answer, it was abandoned. But one never knew when a magical girl might be about. (he might need saved more often than not. such was the news business.)

Elsewhere seemed to lead her almost back to where she had started, even before she had managed to target a slippery sort of monster. It had lead her up where her original helicopter had smashed into one of the sides, where she almost didn't want to go because of the flames that still found a spark.
But there was someone to save! Someone needed her help. Olivia held out her hands allowing the ethereal glow of her abilities take form around her. It didn't take a solid shape as it had before but lifted her up into the air - with a little bit of spin of course. It wasn't as majestic of actually flying in a helicopter and made her look like she was lamely trying to imitate one. But, it got the job done, got her to the proper floor where she had thought she heard someone.
"Hello?" Normally, she was the silent type unless stating her attack but someone had called out.

Oh it looked like he was in luck. There was actually a magical girl about and, Damn she was cute. Oh shoot. He'd better get that for his blog. he snapped a quick picture of her looking in another direction before alerting her to the fact he was there. (look his blog needed pics. Pics took priority over self preservation in the news business.) "Hey over here." Luckily he wasn't hurt. just a little shaken up. but still, it was impossible to get down. And the whole half build building might go up anytime now. Or fall, falling was bad.

The picture that had been taken didn't get noticed, her attentions elsewhere as she had looked about for the voice that she had heard from below. Before he called out again to her, she was worried he was trying to hide (though, that could be fun actually) or buried under something (also could be fun, it was either hide and seek or a scavenger hunt!). But he gave her the alert, making her eyes light up and the bounce return to her step as she got to him.
"Hello citizen!" Olivia chirped as something crashed behind her. "Do you need help?" Already she was leaning over, reaching outward to him to offer aid.

"Ahh yes please." it was always smart to be polite to the magical girls. Sometimes they would leave you on top of a building with no way down for a few hours. It was not an incident he wished to repeat. "Hey, you are helicopter girl, aren't you? That was your helicopter from earlier, isn't it. That fight was really cool." yes he had been watching. Taking cover, yes, but watching. But he didn't know she was so cute. (Notes for the paper for later.)

"Olivia!" The girl offered with the brightest smile she could muster in greeting, along with a little bit of a pose. "It was and thank you! A few of the other girls never know what to make of my power, but I think its pretty neat." Seeing no objection to how close she was now, her hand grabbed onto his closest shoulder and gave him a little tug upward so he wasn't as much in danger as he was. Just a little bit now, until she maybe carried him off or something.
But he seemed capable of walking maybe.

Andrew thought helicopter girl would make a better headline, but he just nodded. "thanks for coming Olivia." he followed her lead away from the wreckage. Mostly he needed down from the building, (stairs were all covered with burning things. He wasn't sure how her powers would work for that. ) "That's a big drop for me." he eyed it. Broken legs weren't on his list of things to do for the day.

"Of course," they were obviously going to be heading upward as the stairs that lead down weren't in the best of conditions. Funny how it hadn't even been apart of the fight, but it was out of her control now (really, it wasn't. She easily have unsummoned that helicopter from earlier). "This is the best place to find bad guys, for some reason they love abandoned places." Maybe deep down they too had some sort of feelings, concern for human life.
She didn't know. What she did was that his statement made her giggle delightfully. "Not for me!" If he had touch issues here, they were none of her concern as she grabbed hold of him in a bear hug. Was she going to jump? Yup. She was going to jump with him safely tucked in her arms. Even though he was totally bigger than her.
This was going to be so fun!

"Oh?" Maybe bad guys wanted some space to be alone and plan their bad things. That seemed logical. Some place where there was no one else. Look he wasn't a bad guy even if he loved abandoned places. He was just a guy trying to make a living, and happened to follow the fights. Andrew did have touch issues. He also knew that chances were the only way down was to be grabbed and had already been mentally preparing himself. But in the usual Magical girl flair, she didn't wait for him to prepare himself for the drop. He latched on to the smaller girl, trying not screech. Instead he just closed his eyes, forgetting all about trying to get a decent shot at this point. Andrew hated being out of control of his own body. He also didn't particularly like being picked up like a doll. He got very silent, jaw tight and turned as much into her as he could waiting for the worst to be over. Please just set him down on the ground.

Olivia couldn't think of any way to progress with the topic of the monsters and their affinity for the abandoned places; it was just something and she left it at that.
Besides, they were in the middle of a freefall now. Her fun citizen, she realized, was not enjoying the trip downward but that didn't seem to wear down her smile as everything whooshed around them. Their touchdown had a little more care than her previous one but still didn't hold the grace that most other magical girls carried. It at least didn't crack the cement below nor drop the guy that would cause any harm.
In fact, he was placed firmly yet gently back on his own two feet, "we're done, yay! Rescued!" She did jazz hands.

Nothing was better than the feeling of ground under his feet. Nothing. He did not bend down to kiss the ground but he did think about it. Once there he did let go, awkwardly. Were those jazz hands? "Yes thank you. I'm sure you have some evil villain to go chase down now." He would follow, perhaps at a slower pace. It was highly likely he would lose her, flying magical girls were hard to keep up with. He would do his best to stay away from the damage zone... for the rest of the day maybe.

"Probably!" There was enthused hope in her tone, another fight for the night would be excellent really. "Evil never seems to rest, so we must not either."
Olivia held out her hand and snapped her fingers, as the click echoed off the walls the wind picked up around the two of them; kicking around dust, leaves and debris. Another helicopter, full sized as the one that was finally stopping in its smoldering, appeared just behind her. "You wanna come with? I promise not to crash this one."

"We?" She meant magical girls, right? "Oooh," Damn it he had his camera down for that. "Ahh me?" he couldn't so much but help sot he guessed. He looked at the copter which was not, a slightly smaller girl's arms. That might work. He never liked vehicles, but... flying in a copter would be much easier than following on foot. plus areal shots. How cool was that? "Sure I'll come along."

Olivia gave him a confused look, unsure of what he meant by his own question. Did he not know of other magical girls? They were everywhere. Bu t she shook her head and smiled once more.
"Awesome, let's go! You can be my co-pilot!" The girl was pleased as punch and immediately hooked her arm around his to drag him along.
