This was not where he belonged.

Ignatius knew that the only answer to this was to escape. He didn't want to be on this Island. This was not home. This was not him. He didn't belong here, and he definitely didn't want to be here. It was too bright, the buildings too rigid and plain--

He looked over his shoulder.

The thing behind him looked so much different, but he immediately knew what it was.

It was him.

Ignatius wanted to run further away, but it seemed no matter what he did, he wasn't actually getting anywhere. Perhaps he needed to defeat himself. Then he could leave. Right?

Ignatius turned around to face the redhead with a very human, squishy body facing back at him. Ignacio pointed his weapon forward at Ignatius, his stance unwavering. Ignatius' stance didn't waver, either. He needed out of here, and if this was what was in his way, then he would defeat it, even if it was some odd, humanoid version of himself.

Ignacio struck first, throwing Ignatius' shoulder backwards. He winced, attempting to dig his feet into the ground. "What are you?"

"A Hunter," replied Ignacio, flatly, as if it was the most obvious statement in the world. He took the blow Ignatius gave him like a champion. It was a bit unnerving, but Ignatius had been through worse. He was fairly sure this wasn't even the first time he faced himself. "I'm not sure what you're supposed to be, but it doesn't matter. You don't belong on this island."

"I'm aware!" snapped Ignatius, recoiling back from another hit from Ignacio's weapon. "I'm trying to leave, but you know, you won't let me." And he smashed his fist forward in return.

It seemed Ignacio's steps were staggering just a tad, but he wouldn't relent. Instead, he swung his weapon again, striking Ignatius in the arm in an attempt to cripple his attempts to fight back. "You will leave. You're just going to leave the way I make you."

"Nah, I'm good," Ignatius shoved his foot into Ignacio's stomach, "thanks!"

Once he got significantly far enough away for his taste, Ignatius took a moment to sit down and attend to the wounds that he, as a Hunter, had caused.

It wasn't a perfect patch job, in the end, but it would do for the moment. At the very least, he didn't feel like he was leaking energy anymore, and that was perhaps the best he could ask.

Now to get the hell off of this Island...
