Special Bakeneko and Naga Snacks

You find the director sitting at a long table in the lounge, chatting idly to a Naga lady. In front of them are small cups or tiny bowls that hold a liquid or noodles or a treat. There are plenty of scents around, all of them tasty. To help designate what each cup holds a display version of it is placed nearby. This way, students may look it over and be sure they have no allergies to what they are about to eat.
"Hello! Would you care to try a snack? These are special to Naganeko culture. You might find something you enjoy." The smile of the Naga is genuine as she motions for you to try something.
RULES
- Generate a number from 1 to 24
- Find your number and open it to reveal the snack you'll be trying! Each snack has a special IC effect.
- IC effects are optional but are encouraged. They can also be used in prps as well as in other ORPs here in the meta.
- Effects last 1 IC hour, or at the minimum 1 IRL hour.
- Your student/chaperone will only be trying a small bit of the treat, but there are extras in case you want to take one (ie you only get a sample, but you can take the trinket!)

"That's my favorite," The director chimes in, smiling fondly.
#1 - Honey Tea: The tea is sweet and smooth. As it goes down, you feel yourself relaxing. Suddenly, you're speaking slower than you're used to.
#2 - Iced Coffee: That one carries a kick! It's good and gives you a pleasant jolt. You're speaking faster than normal as if your ideas cannot leave your mouth quick enough.
#3 - Lemon Tea: The taste is sweet and bitter. It makes your tongue tingle and you have the urge to rhyme as you speak.

The Naga woman seems pleased that you'll try out the cup noodles. A smaller portion has been doled out, with a tiny fork set to the side for your eating pleasure. "Oh! Make sure to blow on them, they might be a bit hot."
#4 - Curry Flavor: It has a sharp and spicy taste, but is subdued by the rich noodles. As you eat,
you experience the desire for the finer, and become a bit snooby because of it.
#5 - Meat Flavor: Nothing you have ever put in your mouth has tasted as meaty as this. Nothing.
It floods your senses with meat. All that is left is meat. You are left having to say Meat Puns
to fill the void.
#6 - Red Hot Flavor: Where curry was spiced right, Red Hot is spicy incarnate. The director notices that the heat might be too much, and offers a bit of water to help cool you down. Red Hot has a fun enchantment though - You are now breathing fire. Fake fire, but still. RAWR!

"Oh yes, Bocky... I used to love this as a youth. It's good to see a classic enjoyed." The director is pleased, taking a stick for herself to nibble.
#7 - Berry Bocky Cronch - It's sweet and smooth, the biscuit underneath the outer flavor is crunch and good. It has the startling side effect of turning your skin pink.
#8 - Chocolate Bocky Cronch - You can never have enough chocolate! Chomping down the sticks makes you relaxed, the sweet chocolate and biscuit a nice blend. You are covered in brown bubble markings.
#9 - Vanilla Bocky Cronch - Of the flavors it is the least stand out, but it's still good. As you chew,
your nose itches and - oh. There's whiskers on your face now.

Both the Director and the Naga look pleased. "This is a special lunch box Bakenekos and Nagas use called a 'Bento'. It's typically filled as you see. Here, have a little bit of everything."
There is much to try, even in small portions, but it's all good. You've eaten a lot and suddenly you're really sleepy. Staying awake and talking is going to be a chore.

Colorful balls sit in the cups that you find. The Naga helper nods and explains, "These are called 'Dango'. There's a type with a sauce and without a sauce. I prefer it with the sauce, but some like the Director, prefer it without."
#11 - Dango: Despite their colorful outsides, they are not all that flavorful. They're a little savory and chewy, and have a bit of a lingering rice flavor. As you chew your ears have become longer.
#12 - Dango with Sauce: The Dango with sauce are pretty good! The sauce is sweet and savory,
and it compliments the chewy dango balls. You realize with a start that your body motions are followed by a stream of stars.

The director nods happily, "These are terrific candys. Almost a mix between a candy and a gum!"
#13 - Cherry Lo-Chew: Like the director said, they are chewy! By the time you swallow it, your mind is filled with cherry. Cherry puns just roll off your lips.
#14 - Orange Lo-Chew: The citrus sweet flavor is refreshing after the heat of the ruins. You swallow it and have the urge to use as many homophones in a sentence as you can. (Homophones sound the same, but are spelled differently. Such as: Tail, Tale, Tell. New and Knew. Witch and Which. etc)
#15 - Watermelon Lo-Chew: It's like your eating a watermelon! As you finish the candy, you become more and more convinced that watermelons are a conspiracy. You MUST share this revelation.

Wait is that... It's a pudding cup? You're certain you have things like this back home. The Director smiles sheepishly and shrugs, "We wanted to make sure that a freshing would have something good to try too!"
It is indeed a chocolate vanilla pudding cup, but it's a LOT better than the ones you've had before.
It's like the creme de la creme of pudding cups. Plus, it has an enchantment on it that makes it refill! For the next hour you continue to eat and talk as you eat the pudding, seemingly unphased by how gross that would be. Yeesh! Get some manners, kid.

"Please, take one!" The Naga lady offers the red laquered box in your director so that you may grab one of the triangles, "These are called Onigiri. Sort of like a sandwich, if you will."
The rice is sticky and sprinkled in sesame seeds. There's even a bitter-sweet filling that reminds you of plums. The wrapper on the bottom is also edible, a seaweed that has a fishy flavor. Blended together, the treat is unique and bold. Yum! Though, after you have finished eating it, you realize that you have sesame seeds all over your body

Upon seeing you eat some of the snack, The Director and Naga grab some for themselves. There's no need for words, just the savoring of something cool after a hot day.
#18 - Crushed Ice w/ Pink Stuff: What is Pink Stuff? Does it come from a fruit? What does it taste like? You're not sure, but it's good. So good. Your skin has turned pink.

"Oh, now this is a fun one! You see, the little marble inside is how they keep it sealed. It's fun and tasty." The Naga explains and gives you a demonstration of how the bottle POPS.
#22 - Tamune Original: It has a carbonated sweet flavor, with something else you can't put your finger on. The more you sip, the less you can identify it. As you speak blue bubbles fly out of your mouth.

Aurora sampled the bento box it was really amazing but she grew very sleepy after eat it. She thanked the director and the naga. Her words were very sleepy and slurred as she attempted three times to say was she meant. Then she left the snack room to try and go find something else to do to keep herself awake. Aurora dragged herself to the door and then outside to the deck of the ship. Her eyes were very heavy. She needed to try something to stay awake, maybe familiar spotting would help or a nap, whichever worked. She giggled in a groggy sleep way. 
Coco went to try the new snacks the dango was really surprised she wasn't expecting the flavor to be savory rather than sweet. She also wasn't expecting to have her ears grow longer. Coco blinked and felt her ears "Umm umm umm.." She murmured and blushed. Feeling a bit silly she had never had long ears before, she wondered if this was how hallowed with long ears felt. Or if they were comfortable since it was how they had always been. Coco, on the other hand, had never been any different then she had always been except when covered in paint. She got very sick afterward and hurried to the bathroom to throw up. Coco started to cry. She had forgotten for a moment that her life would never be the same. The enchantment remained but Coco was depressed. 
Aedus went to try the snacks he ended up trying to lo chew watermelon and it was great, then Aedus started to wonder what those watermelons were up to. Being water and melon at the same time this had to be a conspiracy!! Aedus left the room to go tell everyone else on the ship he could find to stop trusting watermelons they were up to something, how could they even be considered a fruit they must actually be a magical creature or something. Clearly, something was up and he had to find others who would believe his theories. Watermelon!! 
Horus eyed the food. Did he really want to put himself through the side effects. Well it wasn't like there was any one here that knew him, it would be safe and if the side effects where anything bad then he would just hide away. Eventually the Elf decided on one of the candies. He always did have a weakness for gum after all.
