FFA #5
In Ring - Josh Madwall appears after his victory prior to the Lord of the Ring tournament at Death Row. He notes that he has been Infernoweight Champion for more than 3000 days, and counting. A true, non-stop tour, Josh sees no chance of his title reign ending any time soon. He is interrupted by Matthias Landry, his most recent #1 Contender. Matthias starts to talk about their match and how Matthias didn't cheat no matter what the Refbot thought, and that Josh wasn't going to escape the Landry Rising Phoenix so easily. Another interruption comes in the form of Serenno King who comes out to interject himself into the proceedings. Reno explains that he HAS to win the Infernoweight Championship, in order to prove to his father that he (Reno) is not a failure. There is no better way to do that then to end the 3000 day reign Josh has had as champion. Matthias takes exception to that, wanting Reno and his family to stay out of Landry business, while Josh leaves the two to a staredown, agreeing to fight next week.
Bloody Stampede vs Vince and James Caputo - Match to help determine new contenders for Katie and Kelsey's co-op belts. Vince and Jonathan look exceptionally good, especially against each other, and Vince nearly pulls out the victory after hitting Jonathan with an ASAI DDT. However, he'd missed the blind tag by Vash, who throws Vince into the corner. James tags himself in and walks right into a sharp shooter.
-Vash def. James via Sharpshooter
Backstage - Marx is taping up his wrists when he is approached by Dodge. They get along really well, as Dodge talks up Marx as one of the FFA greatest. Marx tells Dodge he's a fan of his work too, and he's got a future in this business.
Delta vs Scope - Delta def. Scope via Delta Bomb (Pinfall)
-After the match, Delta got on the microphone, talking about how he had nearly beaten Seita Gray at Lord of the Ring, which is highly debatable. Delta makes his intention of finding a way to challenge for the belt at Total Devotion clear, no matter who won the Lord of the Ring tournament. Rookie wrestler Crestwood comes out and challenges Delta to a match at Total Devotion instead, looking to make a name for himself against the biggest FFA has to offer. Delta refuses.
Backstage - Dyne and Dylan meet up with Dodge again, after the group had gotten along the week before. They invite Dodge to come out for Dylan's match that night. Elsewhere, Shane Tuu speaks to the excessively creepy alien Flint in his office about something.
Dylan Farr vs Myles Infido - Dylan def. Infido via Mercy from Searcy after distractions from both Dodge and Dyne at ringside. Dyne basically commanded Dodge, who was hesitant, to get up on the apron while Dyne did the same on the opposite side of the ring, letting Dylan capitalize.
In Ring - Raj Delrey comes out to the ring to a huge reception, once again. After defeating the WARBOT at Death Row, he again lays down the gauntlet to Seph, who has suddenly turned into a coward after a month of challenging Raj. Raj wants the One Winged Angel to face the Panther of Zenith Mountain at Total Devotion, and he won't wait long for an answer.
Domino Ando vs Ambrosio - Domino def. Ambrosio with a Sunfall
In Ring - The Monitor arrives and once again reiterates his intention to use his free match from winning Lord of the Ring 2017 to challenges Seita Gray for the FFA World Championship at Total Devotion. No sooner than the words are out of his lips do Jayce Myraj and Proto make their way out to the ring. Jayce, the talker, reminds Monitor how close he was to losing the tournament and his title the night before. Proto is the rightful owner of that free championship match, and rather than wasting it on a failed attempt to beat Seita Gray, Jayce advises Monitor to give Proto another shot at the Platinum Championship instead. The Monitor, obviously, doesn't really feel like doing that, and for his trouble, the duo of heels attack the Platinum Champion, beating him down in the middle of the ring until Marx comes out to rescue him. Marx, as the Sheriff, and Monitor, the Hero, are natural allies, leading to a tag team main event.
Marx and The Monitor vs Jayce Myraj and Proto
-Jayce Myraj def. The Monitor with the 8th Evil Ex

FFA #6
FFA Platinum Championship Match
The Monitor © vs Jayce Myraj - Match came about as a result of the tag team match the week prior. Proto is absent from ringside for some reason, and does not make an appearance during the match. The Monitor def. Jayce Myraj via Shining Wizard to retain the Platinum Championship
In Ring - Raj Delrey arrives, deciding to get his weekly challenge to Seph out of the way early this week. Raj admits he doesn't expect the coward to answer his challenge, when "Destiny" plays and Legato arrives. Legato takes offense at Raj calling his master a coward, but confirms that Seph is not there tonight. Legato insists that Raj's win over the WARBOT was only part one of his test, and if Raj wants to get to Seph, he'll have to go through Legato next week. Raj accepts, begrudgingly.
Delta vs Domino Ando - Crestwood arrived during the match, interacting with the fans, particularly the female ones, and inviting a couple of them out. Domino was not distracted by this, but Delta was, and when Crestwood invited one of the girls at front row to come over the barricade, Delta yelled at Crestwood to stop it, leading to Domino rolling up Delta, with tights held, for a flash pinfall. Domino def. Delta in an upset.
-Domino left the ring almost immediately. Delta, in a rage, rushed out of the ring and tackled Crestwood from behind. Delta threw Crestwood around ringside into the barricades and the steel posts, before putting Crestwood through one of the announce tables with a chokeslam. Delta takes a steel chair and dissects Crestwood until several Refbots come out and stop him finally, as a medical team tends to Crestwood.
Infernoweight Championship #1 Contender's Match
Matthias Landry vs Serenno King - Serenno def. Matthias via DQ when Kurast arrived on scene and laid out Serenno with a GORE. It wasn't much longer after the Refbot DQ'd Matthias officially that Kurast then GORE'd the young Landry as well. The healthy Enforcer yells at Josh, who is on commentary, that the young boys are not his contender, he is.
Hardly Boys vs House Our Father Built (Railery and Kayla) - Matty T. def. Kayla with a diving headbutt, throwing their team into the contendership race for Total Devotion
Backstage - Marx and Shane Tuu meet backstage. Marx asks if he's had his fun after Delta mauled him at Death Row. Shane, however, warns Marx that he's not through with the Sheriff, and just as he says that, Flint arrives and attacks Marx from behind. The fight seems fairly equal, neither getting the upperhand, and it is stopped when Dodge, Marx's new friend, arrives to throw Flint off of the Sheriff, sending Flint into a retreat just before he can eat superkick. Marx thanks Dodge.
Backstage - Montior is getting ready to leave when Proto attacks him and throws him through one of the drywalls in the arena.
Proto vs Ambrosio - Proto def. Ambrosio via Proton Bomb
-Monitor tries to get retribution after the match, but Proto takes advantage of his injuries and ends up hitting him with a Proton Bomb onto the steel steps.

FFA #7
Backstage - Dodge lets Marx know that he heard Flint is sniffing around for him, but Dodge will watch his back. Marx thanks him.
Delta and The Bloody Stampede vs James Caputo, Scope, and Vince Caputo - Delta def. James Caputo with the Delta Bomb while Jonathan prevents Vince from breaking up the pin.
-Delta tells the crowd that the rookie, whom he refuses to acknowledge as Crestwood, is still in a hospital bed. These are the consequences for dealing with real life monsters like Delta.
In Ring - Katie and Kelsey come out to the ring and talk about the Bloody Stampede, who they want to reintroduce to the crowd. Out come midgets dressed as Jonathan and Vash, complete with ridiculously oversized trench coats and stupid a** glasses. The midgets try to attack Katie and Kelsey, including the one making fun of Jonathan spitting red mist on Kelsey's knee, but they get beat up pretty bad by the girls in comedy spots. The Hardly Boys come out and challenge Katie and Kelsey to a match next week to earn their spot at Total Devotion, and break the vicious cycle Bloody Stampede has on the belts.
Backstage - Serenno and Kelly King 2.0 talk. Serenno tells 2.0 that he is going to make him proud, and he's not sure what has created this rift between them, but he wants to make it right. 2.0 doesn't seem very interested in what Reno has to say and points out that in his attempt to make things right, all he's done so far is get gore'd by Kurast. He couldn't even beat Matthias right. While Serenno is getting dressed down, in the background, Dyne and Dylan can be seen convincing Dodge to come hang out with them.
Kurast vs Matthias Landry - Match ends in a double countout after Josh Madwall gets involved and prevents both competitors from getting back in the ring. Kurast chases Josh out of the arena, threatening to gut him, but is stopped by fellow faction member Ambrosio.
Infido and Domino vs Karen and Revy Starrow - This is Karen's first television appearance since her abduction by Seita Gray last month, and she is looking healthier. Domino def. Revy via Sunfall.
Backstage - Marx is headed to the ring for his match, when Flint attacks him. Dodge is no where to be seen, and as Marx is holding his own, Flint gets the upperhand on him and throws Marx down some of the arena stairs. Flint follows up the attack by dragging Marx out into the parking lot and hitting him with the Mariana Trench Spike on the hood of a car, through the windshield.
Backstage - Elsewhere, Dyne, Dylan, and Dodge are all hanging out backstage, when Dyne practically picks a fight with Infido and Domino as they are walking by after their tag team match. A scuffle takes place and Dodge jumps in to back up his friends, Dylan and Dyne, helping fight off the other tag team, looking totally stoked that he has so many friends.

Raj Delrey vs Legato Bluesummers

"Megalovania" - Toby Fox (Undertale)

The fans go crazy as the theme song hits the PA system and a small fire grows on either side of the stage. As the song hits it's fever pitch, the big screen on the main stage splits open like doors and Raj Delrey walks out,
wearing his white and black flowing cape, along with his awesome looking red coat and wrestling pants. He steps out onto the stage and strikes a pose,
crossing his arms in front of him while the gust of air from the doors shutting behind him cause his cape to billow in an extremely heroic fashion. The EXCALIBUR veteran brushes his hair back out of his face, the piercing golden gaze from his good eye striking the camera. Raj had been riding a huge wave of momentum leading to this weeks contest, and he was very sure that he was going to make his opponent regret standing in his way.
Delrey wanted Seph at Total Devotion, and if he had to beat Legato within an inch of his life to do it, then he was going to prove to Seph that no henchmen he threw at Raj would stick. He would have Seph at the pay-per-view, no ifs ands or buts.

The Panther of Zenith Mountain made his way down to the ring, tossing his cape off and removing the top part of his attire, letting it pool on the ramp for an attendee to grab, as he jogged up into the ring. He tightened the eye patch on his face, before jumping over the top rope and bounding into the ring,
waiting for his opponent.

T H I S I S M Y D E S T I N Y

"Destiny" - Syntax

The lights turned dark blue and the fans started to boo, while Legato pushed his way through the doors that connected the backstage area to the stage. Blue smoke accompanied him as he stepped out onto the stage in his white coat, with it's puffy oversized shoulders, and his brown duster hat.
He stared down at Raj Delrey in the middle of the ring, his face completely expressionless, the absolutely reflection of the monotonous and emotionless voice that he used when speaking, as though nothing in this world gave him any true pleasure, other than doing the will of his Master, the One Winged Angel. Legato secured his hat tightly to his head, betraying no indication of his secret weapon. Legato waited for the smoke that had poured out from the backstage to seep down over the ramp, refusing to walk anywhere the mist had not gone first, as he slowly made his way down to the ring to face his opponent.

How Can I Change The Path That I'm On?
This Is My Destiny
This Is My Life, My Own; Right Or Wrong
Bring It On Back To Me
How Can I Say What It Is That I Want
Wisdom Would Speak To Me
Life Is Sweet, Then The Moment Is Gone
This Is My Destiny!

Legato removed his white coat as he walked up the steps, shredding it like a second skin, leaving him in only his white pants and the black under armor that hugged tightly to his physique, like a turtleneck but thinner. He did not remove his hat, stepping into the middle of the ring with Raj while his music faded away. The Refbot, even as a robot, understood that this was a significant match for these two to be competing in, and allowed for the recommended amount of time to pass with the two wrestlers staring at each other before calling for the bell to ring, thereby increasing the fans hype by approximately 37%, an efficient gain.

Raj stared at Legato for a moment longer before stepping back for the two to begin the circling process. Raj was unsure of how Legato was as a competitor in singles matches, so he was unsure of what kind of opener Legato would be looking for. Raj danced with Legato a bit before trying to lock fingers with the bigger man. Legato, however, stepped in just as their hands locked and kicked Raj right in the gut, setting the real pace and tone for the match. Raj, bent over, was caught in a front chancery by Legato,
and then was clubbed in the back by one strong strike to his shoulders.
Legato lifted a knee, clipping Raj in the chin, before stepping back to boot him hard in the side of the face, sending Delrey down onto the mat facedown.
Surprised, Raj found himself kissing the canvas, as Legato ran the ropes.
Raj rolled so that Legato was forced to jump over Raj or else trip, and then Raj quickly stood up. EXCALIBUR had trained him for stronger strikes than the boot Legato had laid on him, as Raj leapfrogged over Legato on his way back and then turned to hit Legato in the chin with a picture-perfect dropkick,
taking the bigger man down to size.

Legato rolled out of the ring, keeping his hand on his hat to secure it to his head. As he stood up on the outside of the ring, Raj ran at him and leapt into the air. Legato dropped down onto the floor of the arena as Raj landed on the middle rope, springboarding backward into the center of the ring and striking his heroic pose again. Bluesummer growled and slid back into the ring, standing and running at Raj for a clothesline, which was ducked. When Legato turned to try and find his opponent once more, Raj was already midair again, having springboarded once more, this time turning to strike at Legato with a springboard crossbody! Raj lay on top of Legato for a pinfall.

1!

Kicking out aggressively, Legato shoved Raj off of him and stood up fast,
not yet winded by Raj's faster strong-style wrestling. Legato stood in time for Raj to land a couple of kicks to Legato's chest, but as he went for a roundhouse head kick, Legato put both of his arms up to block it and struck out at Raj with an uppercut that resonated in the arena with a loud SMACK sound. Legato legitimately shoved Raj backward, causing Raj to bounce off the ropes behind him as Legato bent down and threw Raj into the air with one arm, connecting with a Back Body Drop. Raj was quick to stand, still holding his back from the attack, and Legato lifted a knee into Raj's stomach, lifting him up for a strong scoop slam, and running the ropes again to try and capitalize on it. Raj once again tried to trip Legato up, causing him to run the ropes into the leapfrog once again. However, this time when Raj jumped up for the dropkick, Legato ducked under Raj and caught him as he was falling onto Legato's shoulder, responding with a powerslam in a very spectacular display of athleticism. Legato hooked Raj's leg following the move.

1!
2!

Raj kicked out before the Refbot's hand came down for three. Legato grabbed Raj by his waist, lifting the smaller man up in his arms across his body.
He set him down on his feet, but didn't let go of Raj's torso, simply adjusting him so that he could then toss him with a Gutwrench Suplex, which landed the Panther near the corner turnbuckles. Raj held his side, landing awkwardly from the suplex, as he tried to lift himself up in the corner. Raj turned around to see Legato running at him for a clothesline. Raj lifted his whole body up onto the top turnbuckle, laying himself across it so as Legato got closer,
Raj could roll off the turnbuckles, down Legato's back, and hook Legato for a schoolboy on the way down. He purposefully rolled Legato backwards out of his own schoolboy attempt, leaving Legato on his knees, as Raj rolled a little bit more and connected with a stiff kick to Legato's face. Legato was knocked a little loopy, almost falling on his a**, holding himself up with one hand and his hat on his head with the other.

Raj rolled back the other way and then saw his opportunity to capitalize on the situation as he stood up and performed a quick Capoeria Kick to Legato,
knocking him flat on his back in a heap, and then going for the pinfall again.

1!
2!

This time it was Legato's turn to kick out at two. Raj, however, could tell that Legato was being overwhelmed by Delrey's offense, standing up to keep his momentum going. As Legato was rolling onto all fours, Raj ran the ropes and came back with a running dropkick to the side of Legato's face, which knocked him back down. Raj followed it up by jumping to his feet and leaping onto the ropes, springboarding again for a lionsault, and connecting on the bigger man, going for another pinfall.

1!
2!

Legato kicked out once more, but Raj was not deterred. He stood up and started to get the crowd hyped by taunting and shouting for his finisher, The Knee. Waiting for Legato to stand up, Raj turned Legato around and hit him with a strong flurry of forearms to his chin, knocking him a little loopy, before connecting with that roundhouse kick that Legato had blocked before. Just as Legato was about to fall on his a**, Raj grabbed Legato and whipped him hard into the far corner of the ring. In one smooth sequence, as Raj was falling from tossing Legato with all his weight, he rolled into the other corner,
just as Legato was hitting his back on the turnbuckles. Legato staggered out of the corner and Raj dashed at him like a panther on the hunt, aiming to hit Legato with The Knee! Legato dodged out of the way, tossing Raj away with his hands, letting Raj land on his back. As Raj stood up, Legato suddenly hoisted the smaller man onto his shoulders, going for the Luminaire, a double-knee gutbuster and Legato's finishing move! As Legato pushed Raj off his shoulders, Raj shifted and landed on his feet, causing Legato not to drop.
Raj lifted a leg up and kicked Legato in the chin again loudly, causing Legato's head to go back and what looked like gum or spit, maybe a tooth,
to go flying. Legato bounced off the ropes, and Raj ran the other direction,
bouncing and coming back, flying for the Knee again!

Just as Raj left his feet, before he could bring his leg up, Legato burst forward and ducked under, catching Raj on his shoulders to set up once more for the Luminaire! Raj rolled off Legato's back like water off a duck this time and then jumped up, hitting Legato with a high knee strike to the base of his neck. Legato stumbled into the ropes in front of him, before turning back quickly and going for a clothesline to Delrey. Raj ducked, letting Legato bounce off the ropes and finally the fans got to let out a collective sigh of relief as Raj connected with a double-chop to Legato's neck and chest area that sent Legato down to the mat!

And Legato's hat fell off during the attack, rolling off onto the mat like a tumbleweed in the wild west, causing all the fans in the arena to gasp and hush silently, as an ominous dread overcame them. Long time fans of FFA knew of several rules you never violated if you wanted to win a match in FFA, and Raj had just broken one of those rules incidentally. Never... ever...
Take Legato's hat off.

Raj hadn't even realized what he'd done, or the significance of it, as he walked towards the corner, kicking the hat accidentally as he did so, which only elicited more outrage from the fans as they tried to scream and warn Raj about Legato's hat! Raj let out a cry as he watched Legato slowly stand up in the center of the ring, running as the man turned, and once again going for The Knee to finish the match!

Legato turned around, and as Raj left his feet, Bluesummers lifted a boot straight into Raj's chest, riding him all the way down to the mat with a thundering crash. Legato swiped his blue hair out of his eyes, revealing the glow that he now had to his gaze, as well as a rage filled grimmace that could put even the most sinister men back in line. He kept his foot on Raj's chest, simply applying pressure to his opponent's ribcage. The only way the fans could tell that he was hurting Raj was the way the fan favorite was crying out and grabbing at Legato's ankle, trying in vain to remove it. Legato snarled and then stomped again on Raj's chest, before dropping down to the mat and simply laying haymakers down on Raj's face, suddenly beating the man brutally and harshly.

After a good moment of ground and pound, Legato stood and grabbed Raj by his legs, suddenly turning his body and hurling Raj backward into the corner turnbuckles, causing Raj to crash and burn awkwardly and making the fans cry out and gasp, worried Raj had been seriously hurt by the haphazard attack. The Refbot made the mistake of trying to check on Raj after the attack, only getting removed forcibly by Legato, as he grabbed Raj by his legs again, this time lifting Raj in a guillotine neck first into the bottom rope.
Raj thrashed, choking loudly, but Legato didn't give him any kind of reprieve.
He stepped on Raj's arm, and took his boot to Raj's face multiple times.
Stomp after stomp after stomp, preventing Raj from fleeing due to his arm being trapped by Legato.

Raj could barely see anything through his good eye as the foot kept repeatedly coming down on his face. Only the sight of his attacker, inhuman and insane. Legato seemed to have gotten ten times stronger and was no longer holding back in any way, all after that hat had come off. Raj remembered how it had taken five of them to take Legato out in the FFA match when he'd gotten like this. In fact, that was the last thing Raj would remember all night. As Legato continued to stomp on his head, Raj's attempts to cover up got more and more weak, as it seemed the life was disappearing from the Panther before the crowd's very eyes. As their enthusiasm died, so did Raj and his fighting spirit.

The Refbot, once again, tried to get in to check on Raj, but before he could rule the victory by KO, Legato, stopped kicking Raj. Stepping off of Raj,
who's lips, mouth and nose were bleeding so profusely now that when Legato took a step, it left a bloody footprint on the mat, Bluesummer grabbed the Refbot who kept getting in his way and threw the lightweight machine out of the ring with an effortless toss. The Refbot landed on the outside and sparked, dying before it could call for a DQ either.

A replacement referee was sent out, incapable of issuing a DQ to Legato for damaging company officials because it had not seen the event and was limited to it's programming. Legato grabbed Raj by his hair, dragging his limp body along with him into the middle of the ring. The Refbot noticed the discarded hat, and took it up, placing it lightly on Legato's head,
where it belonged, not knowing what it was doing.

Legato dropped Raj instantly, Raj's limp body falling face first onto the mat,
completely motionless, blood pooling at the point of impact, as his eyes returned to their normal color. Legato took a deep breath and straightened his hair out, once again bringing it down to cover half of his face, before he reached down and took Raj in his arms. He hoisted the unconcious man up and then PLANTED him with the Luminaire, finally and with no resistance.
The fans counted the pinfall, thankful that the beating had come to an end before Legato had basically murdered him.

T H I S I S M Y D E S T I N Y

Legato dropped Raj's leg on the mat, unhooking it as he stood up in the center of the ring and his music played. The fans were just as defeated as Raj was... well not quite as defeated as Raj, but many of the fans couldn't even find it in them to boo Legato at the moment. Many of the long time fans in the arena knew that Raj had already been seriously injured once in his career, so to see this beloved Panther beaten so mercilessly made them worry that they'd already seen the last of Delrey in FFA. He didn't have many beatings like this left in him. The fans would find time to boo Legato later...
when they weren't so worried about Raj's health. Many Refbots and a medical crew rushed the ring to check on Raj, while Legato took a step back and watched. The show ended with Legato mentioning audibly that Raj was "not ready to face his Master."
