- Kinetic Energy Absorption: The user can absorb kinetic energy, while removing it from the source, into their body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc., either temporarily or permanently.
Kinetic Metabolism: Conall can forgo sleep if he receives enough kinetic energy. Often he will have his mercenaries pummel him to give him enough stored energy that he need not sleep for some time.
Enhanced Durability: Conall can still be crushed/cut, but cuts are superficial because he saps the blade of all its thrusting/cutting energy. Shaw is adept at not letting enemies realize his power until they have hit him one too many times. Hitting Conall is often described as "punching a mattress", though Conall pretends to be hit to hide the fact.
Enhanced Strength: If properly energized, he can lift and hold approximately one hundred times his weight. If bound, he can be punched by a teammate until he is strong enough to break the bonds. He is also adept at taunting foes into attacking him.
Enhanced Speed: When he has absorbed kinetic energy, his speed is increased. After absorbing enough energy he can attack more quickly than opponents can react.
Enhanced Stamina: Conell's stamina in increased beyond normal human levels when he absorbs kinetic energy.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Conell has healed from being hit repeatedly in the face in less than an hour. However, his healing factor may not heal catastrophic injuries such as a blast to the head or a broken neck.
Age Reversal: Conell's healing factor decelerates his aging process & restores most of his youth when he has absorbed energy, effectively making him immortal in a sense.

If too much energy is absorbed, his body wont be able to handle it and he will overload.
His energy reserves diminish when he sleeps which is rare or is inactive for far too long, and he'll have to refill said reserves
➳ How do they act?
- A calm and collected individual, Conall handles most situations that would induce terror and fear in the average person with a controlled ease. In most cases, even genuine surprise and happiness, his reactions to stimuli are subdued. His conduct is very business-like, however he isn't incapable of a bit a humor, goodnatured and not. Despite appearing detached and cold, he cares deeply for the lives entrusted to him. He is very fearless, has been since he was a child, and has carried this trait with him into adulthood. Though not as overt as his family members, there is an intimidating and domineering air about him; even as a young boy he could make grown men bend to his will. This fearlessness does not stop there, for he challenges an entire squad of brawlers to a no hold fight after killing one and being cornered by them. He is responsible, usually reasonable, however his calm demeanor can give way to bouts of rage at times.

- Conall was born into a family of fighters. Conall would learn just how much he loved fighting at a very age. This is because a group of mercenaries massacred his family and left his for dead at the age of 5. The pure trauma of this event caused him to be orphaned and homeless. It was at this time a family found him and took him in. One day Conall's new sister was mugged and he hunted the man down and beat him within an inch of his life. When his foster father found out he saw the potential Conall had as a fighter. Together they spent 8 years training in the ways mixed martial arts. When his training was complete he began his hunt to return the favor to the mercenary group that took his family away. When he finally found them he made quick work of a few of them, but was soon overpowered by the group. It was at this moment, doing the hours of torture he endured, that his powers surfaced. Using the energy he had absorbed from their beatings, he broke free and decimated the bulk of the mercenary group. The leader of these assassins saw promise in her as she decimated his entire and decided to make her his disciple and train her in the ways of the mercenary in terms of tactics and using the environment to his advantage, and as luck would have it he too was a super.
It was at age 18 he finally killed the Merc leader for killing his family. With old wounds closed and healing he moved to chicago, where he found that the city had its own version of Mercs who did and killed who they pleased. He's made it his mission to exterminate them all, and anyone who gets in his way.
