The 2017 Free For All Match

The Free For All Match is a match featuring 90% of the FFA Roster as well as some surprises. Every year, the competitors gather for this battle royal to determine a new FFA World Champion. While it is not unheard of for a champion to retain his championship through the FFA match, the odds are against them. The match starts with two competitors, with the remaining entering at random intervals. Eliminations occur via pinfall, submission, knock out, or temporary death.

The FFA Match historically took place without a ring, although recent years have included the ring for more death-defying and spectacular moves. However, the match also makes use of some of the fantastical and unrealistic elements of the FFA arena, such as the lava pit.

-With the first three entrants being members of The House Our Father Built, the action didn't really seem to start until Proto entered at 4. This is interesting as the WAR-BOT is often sent by FFA officials in order to thin the herd of remaning wrestlers in an FFA match and force a conclusion. This year, Seita Gray dismantled the WAR-BOT in quick fashion, with a little help from his pet ravens.

However, Seita, looks like he's not even tired, and the moves that Landry manages to connect with don't seem to cause him any pain, even though Seita is physically effected by them. Eventually, the exhausted Landry leans against Seita, who picks him up and plants him with the Karōshi Scythe to win his first ever FFA Match and FFA Championship.
