	What do you think about fidget toys, cool or stupid? Have you tried fidget cubes or spinners before? do you think they help with attention spans, restlessness and anxiety?

	my favorite fidget toy right now is a fidget cube but it has a hole in the middle and is shaped more like a donut its more convenient to hold in your hand but its a bit noisy so i know it can sometimes bother other people when i'm using it
