- Psionics: Inherited by her mother, Alison has the capability to learn any and all Psionic abilities. However, thus far she has only managed to learn a few.
Telepathy:Alison can read minds or mentally communicate and experience memories and thoughts of others or project her own thoughts through a neuro-electric interface that gives her telepathy. She can also sense the minds and emotions of those around. Her telepathy functions in such a way that she constantly hears others inner dialog and sometimes put effort into tuning them out, less she drive herself insane.
Mental Manipulation: Alison is able to deploy a form of mental inertness upon others through a form of hypnosis. This power is possible through a neuro-electric interface, just as her telepathy is. She is able to use this ability to cripple her foes forcing them each to recall the darker events of their pasts and put them inside daydream-like visions. She can also manipulate the memory, thoughts, actions, emotions, and senses of others at will, induce sleep or pain and create illusions without any difficulty. This also allows her to control other people's actions.
Fear Manipulation:With her power to manipulate the mind, she can use her power to elicit fear or emotional pain in a person in the form of nightmarish hallucinations that could stun and weaken. These visions can depict things that a person fears, regrets, or general disturbances, though the nature of it is not up to Sterling. She is able to know what her victim is seeing and be inside the vision with them, seemingly invisible to them.
Telekinesis: Alison has the ability to mentally move, levitate and manipulate objects.
Psychic Energy Mainipulation:: Alison can project energy blasts, waves and bolts by projecting her own psionic and telekinetic energy, or gathering particles, molecules and physical forces into a contained space, allowing her to either blow, destroy, push/pull or direct her hits at her enemies. These contained spaces could be in any shape and form and outlined her telekinetic spheres of influence, making her telekinesis visible and in reddish color. When a target of hers is hit with her energy, she can use her telekinesis to inflict further damage. Sterling is able to create a highly durable barrier, shield or wall of energy, that she can shape and deform in order to grab and break apart targets telekinetically, or to protect innocents from enemy fire. She can even extend her field to grab, contain, trap and destroy a target or change the form of the shield to use it like energy constructs.
Levitation: Alison is able to use this power to move herself through the air and simulate flight.

- She lacks physical strength and durability, relying on her telekinesis to lift heavy objects or her Psychic Energy Manipulation to protect herself from physical harm. If she loses control of her emotions she loses control of her powers, often to devastating effects.

- Due to the complexity of her powers Alice spends most of her time suppressing her emotions, especially in confrontational situations where she may need her ablities, in order to better control them. Due to her childhood and young adult life she has learned to embrace fear and hatred, though all she’s ever really wanted is to be accepted.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Born in 1981 to Miss Nemesis and Adrian Sterling, a telekinetic, Alison was raised by her father. Villain turned hero Adrian tried to raise his daughter to be on the right side of justice however a bad combination of incredibly complicated powers, the end of the Glory Days and Miss Nemesis’s corruption would see Alice eventually side with the villains. While he could help her with the telekinetic abilities Alison was completely on her own with the others. For years she spent countless hours with meditation and trying to suppress in control her emotions in order to keep her powers in check, but no matter how she’d try bad things always seemed to happen around her. No matter how she tried she was always the odd man out, the screw-up and the black sheep. With the ending Glory Days and the common citizens growing fear of Supers in general Alison made a fateful choice. If she was going to be the villain she was going to be the most powerful villain of them all. At the age of twenty-five she sought out her counter-parts in crime and began her career as a villain. Much like her mother before her she knew there was nothing righteous about what she was doing and she didn’t care.
