In regards to his power, he isn't using the full potential he has. He just uses his speed for petty robberies. In time, if taught (or given a motive to learn), Nolan would probably gain more abilities outside of his speed.

* Blink's physical state affects his speed and endurance.
* Blink requires heat-proof clothing for protection, so if he doesn't have any, he doesn't go as fast for reasons not needed to be stated.
* Blink's mindset can be his weakness. If he's not in it fully, neither is his speed.
* Blink also isn't the best hand to hand fighter. His strategy is better to fight at distance or rather use his speed for quick hits.
➳ How do they act?
- Cocky, headstrong, and annoying is what it's like to be in the presence of Nolan Prince. He can be charming (most times, though it's to likely further his own agenda) or he can flat out be a jerk. He has a lot going for him with the super speed and what not, so who has time to be modest? Not Nolan Prince. Go find another guy if you want nice and modest. They finish last.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Growing up jumping from foster home to foster home Nolan Prince had a pretty hard life. So, his motto was to always look out for what mattered most; number one. And he did. Nolan didn't really stay with any of his foster parents because they were just in it for the money. He'd make do on his own though. Sleeping in schools, sometimes if he couldn't help it, a shelter even. Yeah, so what though? He had to do what he had to----to survive in this world. This world gave him nothing but challenges and he passed them all with flying colors. It wasn't until he was the night at the local gas station did his powers manifest. Guy he knew since he was younger, Mr. Barley, held up at gunpoint. This was the same man that fed Nolan even let him slide on buying stuff because he knew his situation. Hell, even let him stay with him once while Nolan's apartment was being furnished. Nolan couldn't describe it but he felt something in that moment. It was like a surge of electricity flowing through his body. The power in store flickered on and off so thinking back that might've had something to do with it.
But in the moment all he could remember was moving so quickly to take down the robber in a blink of a eye. Before quickly returning back to where he previously stood. He gathered whatever he was trying to get, purchased it, and got the hell out. At first the fact he had powers were pretty much surreal. Here he was a nobody, some orphan kid who was basically fighting for scraps, fighting to stay afloat in life and now he had something to show for it? So from that night on, he vowed to continue to always do what was best for himself and himself only.
A little later in life he was recruited by the SIA and since then has been a very productive member.
