- Teleportation: can teleport various distances near instantly, he can also trasport others but max distance is halved.

- the longer the distance he wants to teleport the more it drains his energy the furthest he can go is 20mi, though it only once and he's exhausted. Around a room is no problem. It take a good 20 to 30 times before hes out of breath. He is athletic but not strong. He can only lift or push what is average for his age and size.

He tends to be supcious of something not taking things at face value. He also has little in the way of a filter not for bad word nessasrily, he'll say what's on his mind. ➳ What's their backstory?
- Charlie was born to a poor family, he never got to know his mom at all because she died shortly after he was born due to having him. So he was raised mostly by his father an other moms in his neighborhood. His father had been in the military and had lost most of a leg from fighting. As such there was a limit to the jobs he could work, leaving them with very little money. Charlie grew up with a negative view on society, and with the mentality of if you need it or want it you need to take it cause nothing gets given to you. As such he help them financially by breaking in and stealing. He was quite good at it and being a good runner he never got caught. One day when he was 15 he had gotten himself in stuck in a store and the police were outside, his family needed to money from this and he was scared of getting caught. Just as the police busted in to come after him he closed his eyes and wished he was anywhere but here. His powers he didn’t know he had inherited from his mom kicked in and whisked him away. Having the sounds around him change suddenly he open his eyes and found himself. At his usually safe house. He told his dad when he got home, though lying about how he discovered them, who told Charlie about his mom having been able to do the same thing. In the 6 months before they moved he secretly figured out how his power worked and practiced using it for quick ins and outs. His father’s work transferred him to a different location forcing him to move, Now he is at a new school.
