Botanokinesis: He can create, shape and manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. He can cause plants to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil and "walk", mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure and revive withered or dead plants.
Plant Vision: A form of biological vision, he can know the location of people and object near by or interacting with plants. He doesn't see images just has knowledge of what going on in a radius that depends on the size of the plant.
➳ What are their weaknesses?
- He is blind and can only see via his plant power. He can function well even without normal vision his plant vision can at times be better especially in a combat sense as he can almost “see” better than normal sighted people as the plants see for him. Fire is bad for obvious reasons and extreme cold makes his power much harder to use, though his plant vision will work even when plants are normally dormant in winter.
➳ How do they act?
- Despite being handicapped. That doesn't slow him down. He is chill in personality but otherwise likes to joke around. He knows when to be serious and will almost seem violent when being protective. He hates it when people are over accommodating to his disability and if annoyed enough he will call them out on it.
➳ What's their backstory?
Gabe was born to a single mom but put up for adoption because she knew she couldn't raise a blind child properly. Though he was adopted quickly by a couple that had lost a child not long before he was born. He grew up not knowing he was adopted till he was in his late teens. Otherwise he had as normal childhood as he could though he was picked on a lot because the blind kid was an easy target. he discovered his power when he was 14 when some kids locked him in a greenhouse on a school trip. He had only known of the one door and it take too long to locate another if there even was one. Him being sacred kickstarted his plant vision and the plants helped him escape. He later told his folks who thought it was great and encouraged practice as even though the hero era was nearing it end at the time. After school he went on to college and later a job in Counseling. Having seen a resurgence in hero activity perhaps he could be the hero he had wanted to be as a kid.
➳ Anything else we need to know?
He is physically blind and uses a white cane in public though he mostly uses his plant vision when ever he can. Though he does have better hearing and other senses though not to any superhuman level.
He works as a Counselor for those with disabilities, mostly mental ones.
His work and home have a decent array of potted plants that he explains away with he likes the smell.
