Power Nullification: He can cancel out the powers of others, making them unable to utilize their powers as long as they are under the effect. It lasts for about 5 min at a large size area to 30 minutes as it get smaller like him holding someone. It can only be streched to 50' from where he is. Though at that size it very hard to maintain at that size it become more of a quick stop to power use that will stedeilly come back in a few minutes
Power Borrowing: He can absorb powers from others and use them temporarily. The effects fade in an hour and he must renew it to keep it going.
Mental Resistance: Part of the nullify ability he has a resistance to mind reading as his ability would always be on in his brain.
➳ What are their weaknesses?
- whenever he borrows a power he has the same amount of control as a first time user. Which can be bad depending on what the power is. He can't however nullify a power and borrowing it. The field effects everyone including himself in that area. the nullification fades as one puts thier distance between them and the middle of the nulling feild. Firing off a large scale null blast knocks him out as it a sudden tremendous drain on him he is out for half a minute before he wakes up but still drained leaving himself open. Smaller ones he can keep doing a few times before hes out of energy. And he needs to rest.
➳ How do they act?
- He is silly and immature, even when he being serious he is comes off as juvenile and sometimes condescending. He will take people being threatening seriously but even then it seems like he's toying with them. He is also a flirt, He'll flirt even when he may not be interested in someone, He just likes throwing people off their game. Even though he is a dork he smart and knows what he's doing and is skilled at what he does.
➳ What's their backstory?
Tony's life was as normal as a kids life could be in the eighties with super parents in a small town. His power nullify abilities showed themselves before he was even born as his mother found she couldn't use her power while she was pregnant nor could his dad when they where together. Even from when he was little they helped him learn to turn it off and on and direct it as he pleased. As he grew he was quite the rebel. While he never got in deep trouble with the law that never meant he didn't cause mayhem. He had his even more rebellious stage during his teen years. He had become a bit jealous of his parents having cool show off powers while he just had a what he felt was kinda crappy. In an unusually heated yet normal parent/rebellious son squabble his secondary power kicked in and he accidently borrowed his mom's power which luckily was mostly a mind reading telepathy thing. Honestly quite happy with the power lot he drew now, he wanted to find a way to use it. He went to college for criminal justice and afterwards joined up with SIA who was more than happy to take him based on his credentials and his powers. He tends to go through partner faster than most not because he bad or overly dangerous. It's just people can't seem to handle his weirdness. Recently he has been transferred to the Chicago office as they feel he will be best suited there.
