                What are their weaknesses?
Mortality- As a normal human being, Spencer is susceptible to anything that can harm them.

Uselessness- While Spencer is a rather confident person, skilled in many aspects, he feels as though he can't compete when it comes to the Supers in the world. He likes to feel important and when faced against a situation that is out of his league, he takes it heavily.

                How do they act?
Sarcastic- Behind a looming sense of insecurity, Spencer's defense mechanism to counter it firsthand is his sarcastic attitude. While his peers require him to be mindful and serious in certain situations, he opts to do the opposite unless it truly calls for it in a matter of respect.

Flirtatious- While not on a level that would raise suspicion as the creep around the office, Spencer often respectfully makes advances towards the opposite sex though he prefers to do it once the work day is over and done with or during a break of some kind.

Persistent- When Spencer has his mind set on something, he sees it through until the final outcome is clear.

                What's their backstory?
Spencer was always bewildered by the idea of superheroes and super villains. He had never shown much of an interest until his late teens, under the pressure of high school popularity. He always had the mentality that he was the big man on campus, the good grades, the best group of friends, the sports, and the looks but he could never ever wrap his mind around the fact that there were individuals in the world who could lift buildings over there head or fly from one country to the next in under a few minutes. In some ways he felt threatened by it, as if he were no longer that 'big man on campus' and who was to say that some of the student body didn't have powers themselves.

Overtime throughout the rest of his high school career, he started to consider himself a useless member of society, inferior to those who were more significant and or gifted than he was. While it was a quick and rather drastic personality change, he soon passed over the notion in his late twenties, an attempt to find a calling for himself in work that meant something. Effectively moving up in the ranks of law enforcement in his local area, Spencer found life a little more interesting while working for the Superhuman Investigations Agency. From there he could assist other supers and take charge in the modern day setting to regulate and stop illegal superhuman activity.

Anything else we need to know?
                    Spencer has a big family.
Though he doesn't tell anyone (as he tries to appear brave), blood and death make him nervous .
