                What's their preference?
                    Heterosexual

What are their powers if they have any?
Telekinesis: Owen possesses the ability to move, manipulate, and alter objects with his mind. At the current time, Owen can lift roughly two tons telekinetically. His telekinesis is like a muscle, the more he uses it, the stronger it becomes, the less he uses it, the weaker it becomes. The main difference is that a muscle will only grow so much, his telekinesis never stops growing.

Enhanced Muscle Density: A less known power, Owen's muscles are very dense allowing for heightened strength, speed, endurance, and durability. He's not faster than a speeding bullet but he is faster than any average man could hope to become. He can not lift a truck over his head but he can certainly take the front wheels off the ground. He is not bulletproof, but he is certainly bullet resistant and knives are pointless.

                What are their weaknesses?
Aside from his own mortality and the fact that he needs to exercise his telekinesis to make it more powerful, Owen has no specific weakness.

                How do they act?
Owen is a clever man who uses all of his abilities to make the world better. He excels in deduction, mathematics, writing, literary analysis, and some sciences. However, he is very strict on his idea of justice and unwilling to compromise. Unfortunately his idea of justice does not always line up with the law. He is a good friend to have and a terrifying enemy.

                What's their backstory?
Owen was not born a hero, he was molded into one. He was born as the son of a thief and a runaway. His father, the thief, abandoned him at the age of five and his mother abandoned him at a train station a year later. It created some trust issues that he is still working through. He was sent to an orphanage and that is where his powers began to develop. At the age of eight he discovered his powers through laziness. Owen reached out for the remote that was across the room and it flew to his hand. Life changed quickly after that. One of the workers witnessed the event and reported it. He was questioned endlessly after that. His schedule was controlled by the workers and he took the blame for anything that went bump in the night.

One day, two months after discovering his abilities, Owen was adopted by a man named Richard Shaw. Richard brought Owen to his home and spent the next year raising Owen as any father would raise any child. There was always a little tension as if one held a great secret from the other but neither ever acted on the tension. One day, after the first year, Richard revealed to Owen that he was Azrael. Owen had heard the name before, Azrael was a hero who worked in the shadows more than the light. Supposedly one of the small team known as The Four Horsemen. The Horsemen worked together to strike crime at it's core and they did very good work. Yet the story did not line up, Azrael and the horsemen had been around for fifty years now. Richard was forty-five. When Owen asserted that fact, Richard revealed that he was the second man to take the guise of Azrael and he intended for Owen to be the third. At nine years old, it was a lot to deal with. Richard's logic was that, you could never predict when a villain would get the better of you. You could never know when they would have more power than you expected, so you needed your replacement ready. Owen agreed without hesitation. At the time he was so young, so hopeful. He had power and wanted to be a hero, he never stopped to think about the consequences.

When Owen's loyalty was assured and training had begun, Richard brought Owen to the Horseman headquarters where he met the other Horsemen (Nergal, Minerva, and Aethon) and their apprentices. Owen was the oldest but not by very much. In hindsight, it was cruel to deprive them of their childhood, but if things hadn't gone so wrong, they would have been the best heroes the world had ever seen. Owen spent the next ten years training his powers, body, and mind alongside the Four Horsemen and their apprentices. Minerva's apprentice was a telepath named Alice Sitwell, Negal's was a cryokinetic named Mathis Mc-something (Owen never learned how to say his last name), and Aethon's was a young woman with the ability to cause anything she touched to rot and decay, her name was Annabel Grey. They became Owen's greatest friends and for a time Alice was even something more. But within ten more years, Owen would be the last Horseman.

When Owen turned twenty, Richard Shaw fell ill. He was hospitalized and deemed unfit to fight. No one new he was Azrael and so no one noticed with Owen took the mantle. At the time Owen was fighting alongside Richard's Nergal, Minerva, and Aethon but with the year they all began to allow their apprentices to take over their names. To the public, nothing had changed, but secretly, the end of the Four Horsemen had just begun. The previous generation went into retirement and the new generation went to work. Together they fought crime effectively and discreetly. However Mathis demanded the Horsemen take a more public role. Mathis believed the Horsemen could become a symbol of hope and teamwork, Owen opposed him under the belief that there were other heroes to serve as role models. The Four Horsemen were made to enact justice, not get their names on headlines. This debate never escalated into full scale fighting but it was certainly heated. Sides were taken and lines were drawn but in the end, Mathis conceded.

They continued for another year with relatively few issues but during this time Annabel met a man and fell for him. As Annabel became more distracted from the team, problems arose. The prior generation of Horsemen were hunted. The old Minerva, Nergal, and Aethon were all killed before Owen's team could do anything to save them. By this time Richard had recovered from his illness and moved into a cabin in the north. It was attacked. The new age of Horsemen arrived on time to help but Annabel stayed behind. She was planning to leave the team and had been searching for a replacement.

They arrived to find that the hunt was the work of two men. A speedster and a pyrokinetic. Both had criminal parents that had been arrested by the Horsemen. Words were exchanged and a fight broke out. Mathis was wounded while Owen was fighting the speedster and Alice nearly lost her ability to walk. But they won. Owen subdued the speedster, Mathis captured the pyro, and Alice managed to put both prisoners to sleep long enough for the police to arrive. Yet the Horsemen would be gone before the police would reach the building.

While they were waiting for the law to come to them, Richard and Owen had a talk. Richard told Owen about growing old and the price that secrets have. Something was clearly troubling him and just before Richard could tell Owen the one secret he had kept from him, a bullet pierced his brain. What followed was panic, gunfire tore the building apart. Alice took a bullet to the stomach and Mathis took one to the neck. Owen's abilities allowed him to protect himself but it happened to quickly to protect the rest of his team. The gunfire rained for a full minute before it eased.

What happened after that is a subject for debate. Owen is known to have returned to the Horseman headquarters in a rush, what he found there is unclear but it is known that whatever he found, it pushed him over the edge. His band of killing lifted that night. While he was there at the base, Mathis and Alice were killed at a hospital. Some believe Owen later tracked down their killer but only he knows. In the wake of the attack, Annabel left the team. She left Owen alone and moved away to deal with personal issues. He did not hold it against her because she knew exactly what he had seen. Since that day two years ago, Owen has acted as the last horseman. He continued to operate out of the headquarters and has actually improved it. Richard Shaw and the other Horsemen left a great deal of money to their proteges, and they all left their money to Owen, even Annabel. He doesn't have a day job, because he doesn't need one... and he never will.

Anything else we need to know?
                    - While Owen is the third Azrael, there have only been two Minervas, Nergals, and Aethons.
                    - The first Azrael was killed early in his career.
                    - Azrael is not a public figure. He is a myth of sorts. Most heroes know of him, but the general public is often given fake names for his accolades.
                    - Most would have retired after what Owen went through, but it just made him more dedicated.
                    - Owen is the last Horseman of his generation. It is his duty to recruit three others but his trust issues have made it difficult.
                    - Owen represents the horseman of death.
                    - The other Horsemen were Nergal (Pestilence), Minerva (War), and Aethon (Famine)
