What are their powers if they have any?
Solar Energy Manipulation – his body is a conduit for solar energy. He can absorb it unconsciously or forcefully do so, and then release it in the form of bright energy blasts. Other uses include an energy barrier serving as a protective second skin, a degree of thermokinesis, immunity to heat and fire, an energy bubble for additional protection, eye beams, and simulating flight. He’s a skilled aerial combatant and can make daring aerial maneuvers. His body emits an aura of solar energy, which can manifest in glowing eyes or if he’s truly powered, unpredictable flares of solar energy.

                What are their weaknesses?
His body does have its limits; more power than he can carefully control can prove hazardous. This works opposite as well; too little energy actually has the means to kill him, as he’s grown dependent on it to survive. He relies more on solar energy than food and water alike.

                How do they act?
Justin is motivated chiefly by self-interest. He’s vain and manipulative, and a liar, but deceivingly portrays himself as a hero to gain the fame he desires. He has a good reputation publicly, both with the hero community and civilians alike, though he does this by taking as many opportunities to play hero when people are watching. What he makes no attempt to hide is his apparent arrogance, often belittling and underestimating his foes, though his fellow heroes see it as mostly harmless. Amusingly enough, he is also a coward who is evasive when expected to take on people who he feels can best him, something his father chastises him for.

                What's their backstory?
Justin Kerr emerged in 2007 as the superhero Morningstar under the guidance of his father, Joseph Kerr (the secret identity of infamous villain Darkstar). Trained since childhood with his powers, he was told he’d serve a pivotal part in a grand scheme orchestrated by Joseph. Justin would deceive people as the hero Morningstar, while his sister Jennifer would become the second Darkstar and serve as the fall-girl to make fool the public into adoring her brother. Justin, despite all his arrogance, is obedient to his abusive and authoritative father. While the full nature of the plot is unclear, Justin is certainly spying on the heroes.

As of recent, however, he’s been split with his loyalties to his father and the Hero Society, whom he’s come to respect.
