People grow out of each other, I know for several years we grew out of each other but we reconnected...I can't say for sure it'll be the same with her though. People like that hurt us the most, but you were strong enough to hopefully cut that person off. Negativity is never needed emotion_hug

I hate to say it, but sometimes friends change over time.
You could be buddy-buddy with them at one point in time, but the next thing you know you end up seeing something which exposes that person for who he/she truly is to where it can break the friendship that was built over time. It doesn't happen often at all (fortunately), but it sucks when it does. Not one single person can be known 100%. All you can do is believe that the person cares about you as much as you do to them.
I learned this the hard way a couple of times in the past. I don't regret it though. It introduced me to new people that I know I can trust, as well as reciprocate that same trust back to them. heart
