Anastasia lives in Russia in a mansion with five floors and several bedrooms, bathrooms, studies, a library, a formal dinning room, ballroom, and other undisclosed rooms. There is even rumored to be a dungeon beneath the mansion for prisoners. The mansion is painted white and is noted to be around forty years old in construction. There is a large security fence around the perimeter and to get inside you have to get past it and a manned security fence that is manned during the day with human or shifter guards and at night by vampire or were guards.

Takisha grumbled as she was moved cage and all into the back of a van, she was unable to move in the cage, not because it was too small but because of the chains that held her in place. She had chains attached to either side of her collar and then attached tightly to the metal bars of the cage making it impossible for the familiar to move to either side of forward, She also bore cuffs on her wrist, tying her hands behind her back making it impossible for her to reach out and choke or grab at anyone who passed her cage on the off chance the chains holding in place gave out. Takisha’s ankles were also chained together and attached to the cage floor preventing her escape if released from her other bonds somehow. Though she knew it was her own doing as she’d killed so many of the slavers in the past week alone but it still annoyed her to no ends. Though Takisha hated the idea of being owned she hoped whoever was foolish enough to buy her was also foolish enough to ignor the warnings and free her from all that bound her in the center of the cage. Takisha, though made a familiar was still proud and wild despite falling to the pitiful hole of being called a slave. “Maybe it would have been more pun being a slaver.” She thought bitterly though knowing that was impossible because slavers hurt people and that was the opposite of her master’s wish. Though Takisha often thought of him, the one she called ‘master’, the first and only being to ‘tame’ the okami and made her a familiar in the first place she was still mad at him for leaving her almost 40 years ago. She grumbled curses at the slavers as they hit a pot hole, causing her to bounce in the cage, the chains jerking at the her collar, an annoying feeling as there was nowhere for her to go. Takisha was unable to change forms or use her powers as the collar would choke her in her wolf form and she couldn’t use her hands to summon her abilities, even if she could she had less control of them when she couldn’t move properly.
The van rattled along, Takisha cursing the slavers everytime they hit a pothole, one on them yelled back threating her if she didn’t quite down, those were empty threats to Takisha though as they had yet to EVER follow though and survive. She didn’t take threats lightly, how could she though after living as long as she? Takisha had many people after her life, she still did but becoming a familiar gave her protection from most of her enemies as long as she didn’t trespass onto their territory which Takisha didn’t have the chance to do since entering the contract with her master as she’d been busy serving him and then when she left she’d been captured by slavers and went from one cage to another. Takisha growled, her ears pinned back angrily as they went over another bad pot hole. “Will you watch where you’re driving there! You worthless slavers can’t even drive properly!” She yelled adding in quite a few choice words, and threats, ones she fully intended to stick to is ever given the opportunity, threats she’d kept every time before, and the reason she was chained so much as they knew if she could move she’d carry out her threats and worse.
After a while of driving the van stopped and the guards rolled down their windows, stating their business to an unseen person outside, though by their scent they were human. A few moments of talking and the humans outside talking she heard a click and the van moved again, slower than before, eventually stopping, the slavers opened the back of the van and hoisted Takisha and cage out and set it down near the van, she was too heavy for just the two men to carry up to the door but they didn’t dare free her from the cage before she was signed over to her new owner. Takishe didn’t seem to mind though, she hated the feeling of being carried, it felt weird and she didn’t trust the guards not to drop her, which hurt like hell when one was stuck in a cage, never mind the chains that prevented her from shifting if the cage ‘just to happened’ to land on its side. While Takisha was left outside the van one slaver went to knock on the door while the other stayed with her, though kept his distance as to not become the okami’s latest victim.
Anastasia did not often partake in buying slaves, but her advisors had gotten her to agree to it, to stimulate economic prosperity in the region, but also because they saw it as a way to possibly bring in more power to her inner circle. Upon further research she'd discovered Takisha. She had spent over a month learning about her and her past, trying to discover what uses the girl might have, before deciding upon her, but that was how Anastasia did things. She did not make rash decisions. So she had bought the girl and ordered her brought to the mansion.
When the girl arrived the door was opened by two wolf guards who came right away to sign any necessary paperwork. The baroness is ready to receive her in the drawing room, but asks that you leave her out of the cage, but with the collar on. She asks that you leave the property at once. Your temporary clearance will be revoked with fifteen minutes." The guards spoke with completely clarity and neutrality. They are being completely serious. They did not give allowances to traders to be on the property longer than necessary and the regent would not come to deal with unnecessary matters.
The baroness sat on the couch in the drawing room, dressed in a black gown an chocker. She had her black hair pulled back, and was looking through some paperwork that had been submitted to her. Warrants for arrests. She had to make some choices, some possibility difficult choices. She was also waiting for the slave to be brought so she could introduce herself and the staff, and everything else. There were things to go through. Lots of little things, this and that.
She intended to make this girl an intricate part of her operations, but only if the girl could be properly utilized. If she was too troublesome or untrustworthy then she would be useless. But she had gifts, and a familiar to a witch was a complete gift. And in her living life, before becoming a vampire, she had not been able to meet or partner with a familiar. She had not had the blessing. It had been a shame. But now she had the chance to possible have one. But still, there was much difference having one as a slave, and truly pairing with one. But she would see what she could do.

The slaver who went to the door handed the paperwork to the wolf guards and gave a small nod when they said they wanted the girl in the drawing room. But he sighed when they stated that the cage was to be left behind with the collar on. “We have no problem leaving when the business is finished, however the only way I will release this slave from the cage is if she is restrained by the chains as she is a danger to my partner and I. There is very good reason for her being restrained as she is and I would caution the baroness to keep her restrained until this one is broken.” He replied, though he didn’t care for Takisha’s wellbeing one bit he was looking out for himself. The slavers knew that if Takisha were given even the slightest of chances she’d take it ad would leave distraction in her wake, killing any who tried to stop her. That was how he’d lost so many coworkers as well as business rivals, though selling her mush have brought in a good sum of money to make it worth the risk of capturing her over and over again. “However I would not stop the two of you if you wished to get her out, that is not a risk my partner and I are willing to take.” He added. The slavers would like to be a good hour away before Takisha were let out of her cage but once the papers were signed they couldn’t control what the new owner choose to do with their property, though it would be plain stupid for the slavers to mess with Takisha with her threats still fresh though she would appear quite harmless to the wolf guards in hopes of being released enough to make good on her threats.
Eventually though the guard sighed and turned back, walking to the other one and Takisha. “Give me the keys, they want this one released from the cage.” He sighed the other guard tossing his the keys the first guard unlocked the cage. Takisha played it smart and didn’t move, she looked at him, but that couldn’t be helped with her head being held as it was. She smirked briefly letting the guard know she hadn’t forgotten her promises and she could smell the terror coming from him proving he hadn’t forgotten either. She waited as he unlocked her legs, the connecting chain on still to prevent her running, but they weren’t attacked to the cage any longer. Next the first chain from the bar, holding it tight but with some to where if she made a move he could pull her back, though she didn’t move making his fear seem for nothing. The only tell that Takisha was displeased with the slaver was her slightly lowered ears and the way her tail twitched, but that was to be expected when she hated the idea of being owned. When the other chain was released the slaver stood up and harshly pulled the chains not caring about Takisha’a grows of protest as she came out, pausing a moment as it felt good to stand again, before walking toward the house acting as obedient as she could though it took all she had not to behead the slavers right then and there she had to find out about this new owner of hers as not knowing was a dangerous game to play for the familiar.
Takisha was brought into a drawing room, her wrist still cuffed, and chains still on her ankles, just enough slack for small steps a to prevent Takisha from stacking or running. The first slaver had already handed the wolf guards the keys to the remaining chains on Takisha as they weren’t playing games and weren’t about to lose their lives by doing so once they entered they took the side chains off as walking in it was one guard on each side so if Takisha went for one the other could pull their chain away. The slavers left the first moment they got, going back out to the van they threw the cage in the back and drove off. Takisha remained, staring at the woman in front of her, she read the scent as vampire, but there was another one, one she was quite familiar with, witch. She smirked, wondering what business the witch would have with her as Takisha’s original contract had never been formally broken with her master, though she’d thought about severing those ties a small part of Takisha didn’t wish to do so. “Sooooo, my new ‘mistress’ is half witch? Interesting…” She stated, though her posture was relaxed as she felt no immediate danger Takisha was plenty alert, she was no fool and wouldn’t drop her guard just because she didn’t feel threatened by a witch. Takisha couldn’t sense the presence of another familiar in the estate or on the witch telling her that the woman had yet to pair with one, too bad another familiar could have been fun. Takisha looked around walking over to where the woman sat before taking a seat on a chair next to where the woman sat. “Listen, if you have some grand illusion about taming me to pair with forget about it, it won’t happen. I am my own and I don’t pair with anybody.” She stated though the last part wasn’t entirely true, she had paired with someone, she still was, but she’d decided long ago she wouldn’t pair with anyone else. Though her master made that hard as he decided when he named her that if anyone found out the familiar’s true identity they would immediately form a contract with her. As a result Takisha refused that side of herself, and went solely by the name given to her in hopes of never being forced in a contract with someone.
The woman paid little to no attention to anything that occurred around her. She thought her guards fully capable of handling it. After all, she hired each one for a specific purpose and anyone who couldn't cut it deserved to die. She'd been raised in a strict coven. When the familiar finally spoke, that was when she raised her eyes from what she was looking over. "I am a full blooded witch, familiar." She said. She simply had been turned into a vampire later on. It didn't change the fact that she'd been born a witch. She really technically wasn't half anything. She was fully both. She knew that this slave was a familiar. She had done her research about this one. It was what made her so interesting. She put her paperwork into her lap and crossed her legs at the ankles, gesturing towards the guards at the door, and they shut the door, giving them a bit of privacy though the room still contained a number of well trained and well armed guards. They knew better than to repeat a single world they shouldn't.
"Illusion is an interesting choice in phrase. But as far as I recall , and it has been a number of years, but a pairing is not necessarily the choice of either, but rather an act of fate. But that is really just a belief. Regardless, I have no intention of playing a childish witch, trancing about. I have more important duties to attend to. If I want someone to bend to my every whim, I will simply make a fledgling." She said in a neutral tone. It was true, though. She was a vampire. She could turn another person anytime she wanted to, and that person would be automatically bound to do what she said when she said it. So she had other purposes for this familiar. Now, would a pairing be nice, yes, but the baroness really didn't care about that too much. It was not enough to sway her. And she knew it was not something that could be forced. As a young child she'd been joyful about the topic, but that was long ago for her. She'd lost that joy so very many years ago.
"I am Baroness Anastasia. I am regent of this area, but the title is just because I am regent. I was originally a member of the Vidalis Coven that existed in a nearby region when I was human, over two centuries ago. When you speak to me you may use my name, or title. It makes no difference to me." She didn't care. It was just a name. And she'd been called so many over time that if she became a stickler for it, it wasted time. It was impractical to be a stickler about such stupid things. "Your duties here will be simple. You will serve me, among my personal staff. You wont be expected or asked to tend to any other guests. And have the right to refuse and protect yourself, to any means necessary. Duties my staff partake in include guard detail, executions, handling punishments according to justice warrants, and other various matters. I know you have a ...talent for threat making and violence. You are good at installing fear. I have many that like to do things they shouldn't and need a good dose of fear. You will be responsible for that. in exchange you will be given a room of your own, food of your choice, clothing of your choice, and once you prove you can be trusted to some degree, weaponry if you so choose. Other privileges are given as earned. But that is my policy with every individual under my employ." Regardless of whether they were classified as a slave or not. For now that would be her primary duty. She might add more to it later. But for now it was baby steps. She felt it was stupid to unload too much on a a person at once.

Takisha gave a small shrug when the witch said she was full blooded witch. “Such trivial things don’t matter too much, I smell vampire in you just as I smell witch, the percentage of each in you does not matter much more than to be aware that they both exist in you.” She replied, though being called a familiar had a sort of a sting, though she was bound by a contract Takisha didn’t like it much. “I have a name, and it is not ‘familiar’, I am Takisha.” She added. Her ear barely flicked when the guards shut the doors, closing up the room though if she really willed id Takisha could free herself any moment, the chains were nothing though she played along knowing if she showed she could break them the slavers would only fit her with stronger ones, or ones better suited to keep her from her abilities. Any more she ignored the cuffs around her ankles and wrist though it wasn’t very comfortable having them to hold her arms behind her back.
Takisha shrugged. “Typically it’s not a choice, but when you know what it is that binds you, there are things that one can do to control paring.” She replied, Takisha had been made a familiar after some incident she couldn’t quite remember fully why or even how but she knew what it was that would bind her to another master, or mistress, and with that knowledge she could choose who knew what it was and who didn’t. “There is some choice in a paring anyway. Most familiars just don’t know about it, it’s an accent method forgotten in today’s world as most witches and wizards prefer to summon a familiar and then force them into contract, but I wasn’t summoned by any means, you bought me which is almost worse but it means I can reject a paring with you.” She replied, though really there were times where she couldn’t reject Takisha had yet to be forced into a paring since her master first made her a familiar.
Takisha nodded when Anastasia formally introduced herself as a regent and stating the coven she used to be a part of. She smiled when she was told to use her ‘owners’ title or her name. “As long as you don’t attempt forcing me to refer to you as Mistress, or anything like that. I will call you by your name then as the title is pointless.” She replied. She gave a short nod when Anastasia told her what she was to do. “My threats work because I follow though, it’s a waste of time and air otherwise, just as if I weren’t good at making people fear me and my words of they’d do nothing for me. Though I can make one fear me, I can’t make someone fear someone else, respect is earned and I cannot force anyone to respect you. That is a job you shall do on your own if you really want others respect.” She replied. Takisha smiled though when told that food and clothing would be provided for her while she was there. Takisha could only wonder how long she’d stay though whether because she killed another mistress, ran away, or because she was sold, not matter the reason Takisha always seemed to find her way back to the market before too long to be sold yet again. She didn’t mind being sent back though she was annoyed being thought of as someone’s property she wondered what she’d come to. Once upon a time no human would have dared lay a claim on her let alone put a collar around her neck. It was sickening just to think about but she didn’t seem to install quite enough fear in the slavers to keep them away, there was no doubt she’d gone soft.
{OOC: Sorry I fell asleep, and was busy most of the day. I will get a lay out soon, I haven't forgotten. Haha }
She was utterly neutral. She'd stopped playing games of happiness or anger long ago. Somewhere between being abandoned and left for dead on the battlefield and being dragged around by her maker for a century playing faithful servant to his every whim. "I am a justice keeper in this region. Those who live here live under my rule because I was elected by the other less powerful regents in this area. I was elected to my role. I did not force myself into it. I am respected by those who follow the law. But if you are willing to make a vow then you will be given free use of your hands and most of everything else. The only thing that will remain is the collar around your neck. But that is only for a trial period. If you prove yourself then after a time that will be gone as well. Everyone here in my employe came under less than ...perfect circumstances, you can ask any one of them. But each one found something they wanted enough to keep them around. And I don't beat my employees. Unless of course you break the law , but even then you are subject to the laws of the region like any other." She couldn't avert that. She uncrossed her legs and gestured towards one of the guards who brought forth something wrapped in cloth and handed it to Anastasia.
It was a a dagger. "I assume you are familiar with a blood vow." She made everyone make them when they were under her employ. It was the only way to ensure they kept their word, until trust was built up. She wasn't stupid. Trust was not instant on either part. She came forward. "I will phrase it careful, just as I am sure you will." She smiled, but there was something in there. No true happiness came through though. She ran the blade down the middle of her palm. "I vow that while under my employ I will provide shelter, food, and anything that you require to exist and thrive so long as you obey responsible expectations of duties given. You will not attack me or plot with others to harm me. In return for that I will not attack or ...beat you unless my position requires in in a legal and proper way. " She did not beat her people. She had other methods. People who came to work for her often did so because they had something to gain or wanted something. Some one in her status position could often gain something for them, but in return for faithful service. Some wanted to earn a health income, others wanted to clear themselves of bad reputations or old crimes, others wanted to locate someone who had been taken into other territories as prisoners or slaves. She was always honest about what she could and could not do for someone, of course.
When that was finished she looked the girl over. "What would you prefer to be called?" At least she was polite enough to ask. She had no intention of just calling out 'slave'. It was a rather pointless thing to do and it wouldn't suit the large property or the vast number of people working there. It was inefficient in a large way. "You might wish to stay above the basement however you are free to roam the grounds. The magical barrier at the gate keeps everyone from leaving the grounds without permission though. It applies to everyone. The basement smells." She didn't seem too bothered by it. She picked up the file she'd been looking through earlier and the pen and drew a few symbols on a couple of them and handed them to one of the guards, and he left the room to go take care of the new warrants and pardons. She'd just sentenced some people to death and given others their freedom. It was a burden some days, but she didn't have anything else to do with her time, so why not?

x x { xxxx Takisha couldn’t care less if Anastasia had forced her way to her position or not. Though her eye brow raised about having use of most everything once she took a vow. She was no fool and knew the power of such things even if the significance had been lost on many humans as time went on and they gave their word on and the power of word was no longer so strong. Takisha didn’t like the idea of the collar very much, it was a constant reminder of her position, and the face she was captured in the first place was humiliating but she didn’t protest, it wasn’t like she expected a mistress to take off the collar. She snorted when the girl said she didn’t beat them, that was different but not something she would miss any. “Hummmm, no breaking the law? Such a pain I might actually have to learn all the rules the babies have made in all these years. They used to be simple, now you’re so restrained one can hardly breathe anymore.” She stated with a sigh, she’d tried to learn all the laws once with her master but it wasn’t something that came easy to her, times had changed and half the time Takisha didn’t know where she fit in. That was probably part of how she was captured, she’d stuck out enough for the slavers to take notice and she’d been ‘gentled’ by her master and wasn’t as strong as she’d been before.
Takisha looked at the dagger and gave a small nod “Yes, I have used it a couple in the past.” She replied, though this time would be different, she’d have to be careful with what she said and how she phrased it. In the past she would have been in Anastasia’s position holding the advantage. Takisha watched as the blade cut the skin, the scent hitting her nose just before the small red trickle of blood started to flow. She listened closely to Anastasia as she started. It could be a problem later if she missed anything now. Once her ‘mistress’ was finish she sighed and with a decent amount of ease slid her cuffed wrist from behind her back to in front. The foolish slavers made the mistake of chaining her wrist separate from her ankles and using regular cuffs giving her more than enough room to do so, but she didn’t show them that, she allowed them to believe she was held as they wished, however for completing the blood vow it was easier if her hands weren’t behind her back. When it was her turn Takisha would cut her palm and give her vow. “I vow to not attack you with the intent of your death, nor to conspire with another with the goal to kill you. I will help you out with reasonable request with in my power to do so, in my own reasonable way. My vow will remain for as long as you treat me fairly, and keep your word to provide for my needs to survive and thrive.” She stated, her words confident and strong despite the fact she wore a collar on her neck and chains on her wrist and ankles still.
Takisha sighed when asked what she’d like to be called, Takisha found it annoying repeating herself. “I like to be called by my name, Takisha, though if you wish than you can shorten it to something easier. It won’t be the first time.” She replied. She nodded when told she might want to stay away from the basement, didn’t matter to her. If the basement really did stink then she’d find out on her own time in the huge house. She watched as the girl picked up some of the papers she’d been looking at before and signed some of them, handing them to the guard who then left to take care of them. “So, I doubt you fully trust me yet, but I would be grateful if these chains could come off yet? It is quite a pain to deal with and they are kept too tight.” She stated, she’d deal with the collar as long as she had to, but the chains were another story. If the chains were removed then one would see red pressure marks for a day or two where the chains held tightly to her skin. She wouldn’t bruise as easily as most but she had been careful not to move to much as it would cause the chains to shift and that was where problems started to get worse, either way that didn’t mean it didn’t irritate or hurt her wrist and ankles. Though the chains defiantly didn’t need to be as tight as it was as the added tightness did nothing to prevent her from sliding out of them or anything like that if she wished. xxxx } x x {OOC: N/A } x x
This one's words were extremely interesting to her. They were selected to suggest that she was dangerous, rather than docile. Yet , that was what had interested Anastasia about her. Docile was not good around here. Those with that characteristic tended to die. Very quickly. In fact, it was almost guaranteed. No she needed those with the spitfire in them to survive or go down kicking and screaming and shooting down their enemies all the while they were doing it. So it pleased her that this one had an attitude. She could handle it. She'd dealt with far worse. Even when she was human. Being a witch back then had not been an easy life. She'd been forced to keep her identity a secret any time she left her house, and even within her own home she'd had to play politics for survival. And in the end she had lost. Badly.
"Luckily for you, I know all of the laws." It had been a requirement of her position, obviously. But even before this current position she had been a second in command for many years for the previous regent, and had done well under his leadership. But his untimely demise had left her temporarily regent, and that was how she'd gotten noticed for the most part. For the greater part of three months she had taken charge during a very rocky time in the area and the other regents had been astonished. And it had been a good solution. Had any of the other regents taken over it might have caused an uproar and territorial battle between them. But she had been well respected, so she had been the obvious solution and choice among the candidates. So here she was.
"Remove her chains." She said, and the guards obeyed. They did not hesitate, regardless of the obvious danger they were well aware of. They knew that anything that was chained, was chained for a reason. They obeyed their regent and employer without hesitation. The vow had been said. Their own vows as well. They could not argue with her commands. After all, she wasn't asking them to slit their own throats. Though, technically she could. But that might be considered cruel and unusual punishment, maybe. They were not playing by human rules here. "Now then, Takisha, you are welcome to go tour the estate if you wish or go get food, or ask someone to show you to your room. Unfortunately I have a trial to oversee. You are welcome to attend that as well if you wish, though it might be rather dull." It was considered an open and shut case. She stood up, and the guards stood at attention. She had duties to attend to, after all. Days were busy for her. But they could speak more in the evening, when cases were closed, unless an emergency took place.

x x { xxxx Takisha smiled though it didn’t hold any emotion that time, when Anastasia stated she knew all the laws. That was a given if it was her job to enforce them all the time. “So you want to give me the low down on the main ones to apply for now? I’m sure I’ll learn others eventually, and I already know the more common sense ones that have been around for the longest time.” She asked not really in any hurry to learn all the laws as many she just found to be silly but she though it in her best interest for the time to at least learn a few laws Anastasia though to be the most important for the time being as not learning or appearing to try learning the laws wouldn’t look very good and could threaten her Anastasia’s position which in turn could be turned toward her witch wouldn’t be any fun for her.
Takisha watched as the guards were ordered to remove her chains and she allowed them to remove them. Once the chains were off she rubbed the skin and stretched a bit. She had to admit is did feel good not having to put up with the things, she wasn’t a fan of being confined but knew how to control herself enough and knew the ins and outs of the slave trade even if many things had changed as the years wore on many things remained the same. Takisha froze slightly mid-stretch and her ear flicked toward the woman as she spoke about her being allowed to explore or to ask someone to show her to her room or whatever. “Hummm, I think that getting to know about the place I will be residing in for any amount of time. Though, if the offer is still open in the future I may be interested in seeing what you do.” She replied. Not a bad idea, to get a run down of some of the more basic and common laws around here. Considering that Anastasia was responsible for keeping justice around here. "It is considered an executable offense, under certain circumstances, to kill an appointed justice in regional areas. The exceptions are if it was done in self defense of if the person was guilty of plotting the execution or harm of a large number of people in the region." So basically if the regional leader in an area is planning to kill a hundred people, you're allowed to kill them off. But most people don't really go off and do that unless it concerns them. Basically they just don't want people to go off on murder-ous rampages publicly. "it is prohibited to to make the presence of yourself , or the nonhuman community, known to a human unless that human is permanently brought into the nonhuman community." Either through being turned into a nonhuman, being executed, or being enslaved. There were options. But that was a big rule. "You cannot take a mated individual from their mated partner against their will." That had been lobbied for by werewolves mainly, and they had won. "Those are just a few, but some of the larger and more popular laws in the area. We do not often deal with petty theft or crimes humans deal with. Our laws deal with forbidden magic, portals, forced slavery of other nonhumans, forced marriages, stolen magical objects , and things of that nature." So big things. She did not deal with people who stole apples.
When that was dealt with she excused herself and went to the court which was in a section of the house near the ballroom, on the first floor. It was a large room and she went to a throne of sorts. The guilty party had to stand before her in the large room, and those who watched got to stand in the room behind the accused. Anyone who was testifying or serving as a witness or any regional leader who attended sat in smaller seats either beside her, if they were another regional leader, or in chairs to the right or left in the room against the wall. It was sort of like a human courtroom, but there were thrones instead of a judge's platform and the person who testified never had to look at the audience.
This person was accused of steal gems worth nearly half a million dollars from a coven in the area. This was the only type of theft she cared about. Things of really high value. It wasn't something you got killed over, but you could become a servant over it, and that was exactly what happened. As punishment he was a forced servant in that same covens household for a period of twenty years. Why twenty? it all depended on the offender's species. He was a shifter. When he was finished with his time he'd still be in prime. So it wasn't like he was someone who aged normally. If he'd been another vampire he would have gotten a much longer span of punishment.

{No, this is only a small part of who I am.}
x x { xxxx Takisha nodded when Anastasia started with a rule that, though it made sense was still quite boring to her, stating that killing a justice came with a death penalty. To her something like that was quite boring as she’d enjoyed the excitement of the killing as well as the commotion it caused in the past when humans still knew of the non-humans existence in some regains and they lived in some strained form of peace with each other. “That’s an understandable but incredibly boring law.” She replied her tone of voice reflecting her words as if the idea of the law bored her. Though Takisha supposed it had been a law in the ages before, she couldn’t imagen it not being one as she thought about it, but it was never one she cared to pay attention to. She’d been wild and did as she pleased when she was young, though that past was practically erased when she became a familiar only Takisha knew the full extent of her past and her master knew some but the rest was erased from people’s memories and the books. The second rule was also one Takisha found to be a pain though not so boring as the first as she had bored of the humans long ago, she hated the idea of hiding her true form from the humans or at the very least having to cover up her ears and tail. She snorted at the law about mates, there was no question who came up with that one, and that was probably the only law so far that amused Takisha to any extent for the sole reason it was so specific toward a certain group, and won out. She nodded when Anastasia said those were the biggest ones in the area. “So no killing important people just for fun, no messing with humans minds for amusement, and no stealing a werewolf’s mate… Boring, but easy enough to remember.” She replied after her so called mistress was finished speaking. She sighed, as she wondered what she could do to amuse herself as following orders only lasted so long and she got bored easily with training or old tricks that’d been around since she herself was an infant.
Takisha didn’t find it hard to find the kitchen or other rooms with strong distinct scents as she walked. She’d poke her head into each room as she passed to see the lay out of the rooms as well at the house. The only rooms she didn’t enter fully were rooms she determined to be claimed bed rooms as someone’s scent would show strongly there more than any other room. Though that didn’t mean she didn’t pause to remember the scent as someone’s who lived there. She just walked half aimlessly around, though she had an idea where she was going in relevance to the front door and drawing room where she and Anastasia had met she didn’t know what rooms she’d come to next as was the point of her exploring the place to get to know the layout. Once she finished the first floor Takisha would find her way to some stairs to take her to the next floor. She wasn’t in any hurry to look around, or get to a specific room by a certain time so she took her time looking at every room, going as far as to see what was in each room and where it was located. Anyone who stared at her too long would receive a glare made to look angrier than she really was by her red eyes that tended to make people fear her from her eyes alone. Her master had always asked her why she was always so serious though in reality Takisha was always more bored than anything.
Takisha eventually tired of her aimless pursuit and decided to find what would be her room. It wasn’t a hard task finding someone, though she made no effort into trying to put on a friendlier aura or even to soften her expression the tiniest bit she got the person’s attention easily enough. “I wish to know where my room is.” She stated, there was nothing humble about her speech. That was not something Takisha did. If she did soften her words any amount that meant the one she was speaking to had it coming and had ticked her off in the wrong way. Any of the masters she’d killed were testament to that as all of them had thought they’d broke her just to be killed, left unable to testify the danger of her speaking gentled words or “submitting” to anyone she didn’t wish to submit to. Though Anastasia would be different, they had a blood pact making her unable to kill her. However, that didn’t mean Takisha had other ways of getting back at her if she attempted to take advantage of her as the pact bound them both to their word. xxxx } x x {OOC:N/A } x x
