- Faerie Dust Manipulation - This mutation allows Altair the ability to create and manipulate a silvery dust. Because of his iron allergy, his body literally cannot have it in his bloodstream. So his mutation has gone so far as to adapt, thus making an incredibly fine sand-like material that functions identically to iron within his body. He has specific organs near his kidneys that produce it and circulate it through his body. This is even in his skin and most of his tissue as a result of his body producing it at an increased rate since he started practicing with it.
This sand has metallic properties when produced in a neutral state, and responds to most stimuli as an organic silver-electrum alloy. This neutral state can be used as is through his natural ability to control it like and extension of his body, as it really is a part of his physiology. The neutral state is effectively how the dust is produced naturally in his body, before he uses the next facet of his mutation. His body is also capable of adjusting its properties to be able to affect others with drug like effects such as inducing sleep, hallucinations, and highs or lows. It can even be adjusted to cause allergic reactions. When it is adjusted like this, the dust looses a lot of its durability, but can be absorbed through exposed skin or ingested. Normal humans are affected near immediately, though those with a strong immune system can take a few facefuls, while supers could handle more than that, with supers that have specific immune systems or mental abilities could probably shrug off the drug effects of the dust.
The organs that produce the sand have a pair of partner organs near the spine and shoulders, as a part of helping regulate the production of the dust within his body by giving an extra way to remove the dust from his system, and reuse the dust that is too old to be of use as an iron substitute. This becomes wings that can be used whenever, and fall off when they are no longer being used. The dust as this point has become translucent and inert, and is very much closer to organic sand than any other kind of substance. The part of his brain that can control the dust and wings has also replaced the center to tell lies, preventing him from ever lying outright. Due to the dust's requirement for metabolism, he maintains a good body, and its presence in his skin make it looks more silvery, increasing physical charisma.

- Requires exposure to produce specific drugs via dust, contact with iron causes hives, cannot tell a lie, and needs food and nutrition to continue to produce dust.
➳ How do they act?
- Altair acts with dignity and nobility at all times, as this was instilled in him through his parents. Outside of this persona, he is kind and gentle, often taking the time to listen and care for friends. As such, he is quiet and can come off as aloof. Altair is a man of action as well, thinking words are all hot air until someone acts upon what they have said. Through this, he is often viewed as distrustful or skeptical of others.

- Before his powers began to manifest, Altair was the heir to a large household, as his family had worked hard for generations to amass wealth and influence. Now, he works for his family's air plane technology business as a scientist and business leader, though he is given significant free reign. After their manifestation, he has been incredibly careful in balancing his life at home, business, and as a super. While he works to do better by the civilians, he also is aware that battles also need to be ended quickly to avoid collateral damage. His power also has a high likelihood of affecting civilians negatively, so he focuses intently on controlling them. His behavior stems from early exposure to supers AS a civilian, and nearly being killed in the collateral damage.

- -Skilled in Acrobatics, and enhances it via his powers, to really get around town fast. Is also very acrobatic in the air.
