Oh the town of Aquarian! Pix was always a very big fan of the city, mostly because of its sheer beauty. There beautiful architecture and water-based lifestyle combined to create a very pretty city, and the little Pixie loved to take some time every now and again between heists to visit and steal some quick coin. After all, they were a very large trading Kingdom, due to there constant use of water. It allowed for them to quickly travel across the ocean to trade with other Kingdoms, and it meant that every shop across the strip was brimming with coins just ripe for the taking! And Pix was just shaking in excitement because of it!!
After about fifteen minutes the little Pixie's belt was lined with very small bags containing very small gold coins. He had used his ability, teenyfy, to shrink the coin storage of the shops in the area and had swiped quite a few bags. This was another reason why Pix loved the water kingdom. Not only were they a beautiful kingdom, but they were also wealthy. It made it totally worth the risk of being drowned!
Pix continued to wander the town center, now enjoying the sights of the city rather then stealing, occasionally looking through the crowd for any interesting figures to make friends with, a smile on his face as he fluttered about, occasionally stopping to tease a resident or two before moving on. His most favorite way of doing this? It was actually rather simple. Pix would fly up and poke them on the shoulder before ducking down behind them. He would cling to there shirt, and when they spun around to look to see who had tapped them Pix would fly off, giggling all the while.
The town center was bustling as usual. Visitors from far and wide, as well as local citizens alike went about their business. Shop keepers sold their goods. Restaurants catered to all whom entered. Hotels provided all of the creature comforts of home. It was truly a sight to behold if one simply sat and watched. Which is exactly what Mizuki Hyosetsu, Princess to the Water Kingdom, was doing at the exact moment. Of course, nobody would recognize her as the princess. Her clothes were of a more common attire, her hair styled in a haphazard manner, so as not to attract undesired attention. For, once again, she had managed to slip away from the castle grounds without notice. The cold, beautiful day calling to her for a walk about the town. To be discovered would be disastrous, to say the least.
And so, Mizuki had slowly made her way around the outskirts of the town before deciding to venture further in. She felt confident enough in her disguise at that point and couldn't resist the temptation of the shops. An hour passed before she knew it, with her stomach protesting its hunger. Mizuki quickly decided on one of the more savory restaurants to visit and soon found herself comfortably settled in a far corner of the establishment. It was far enough back to avoid being noticed by any randomly passing guards, but still close enough to take note of the comings and goings of others in the shops. Here she stayed for a time. Her food, delicious as always, vanishing little by little until there was nothing left. It wasn't until the teenager had paid for her meal and left that any real excitement occurred.
Mizuki crossed the street into the shopping area. A piece of pottery had caught her eye when she was passing by and she wanted to examine it further. As she peered down at the small vase, a commotion arose from further along the street. One of the merchants shouted he had been robbed. His coin till empty save for a tiny fleck of dust in the corner. Her curiosity peaked, Mizuki set the vase back down, moving closer to the afflicted shop.

Pix nodded happily, leaning forward so his arms rested on the bridge of her nose but his wings still carried his weight. "Yes it was! I love playing games like that! Do you like games? We should play some games!" He said, giggling once more as he bopped her nose again, now pushing off of her softly to flutter up to her hair which he landed in and began to tug on. The tugging wouldn't hurt, but it would definitely be noticeable. "Its a pleasure to meet you Mizi! I like your hair! Its such a pretty color. Like the water!" He exclaimed, completely forgetting about his offer of playing a game.
After a few moments of messing with the Princess's hair the Pixie lost interest, and before long was hanging down off of her bangs, his small figure upside down as he looked directly into her left eye, no more then two inches away from it. "Your eyes are pretty too! You must be a water kingdom resident! What do you do here Mizi?" Pix asked, the smile still stuck to his face as he tilted his head a little, now just as curious as she was.

Nobody had ever played with her hair before in such a manner. Although his tugging and pulling wasn't painful, it did feel a trifle odd.
It wouldn't be long before the Pixie tired of her hair and moved on to the next thing. The princess blinked when he appeared in front of her left eye, attempting to focus on his form. "I--" She hesitated, unsure of how best to answer him. To tell the truth would bring peril while lying was simply something she couldn't do. Not in this instance. "I don't have a set job here." Mizuki eventually settled on the vague reply. It held truth in that a princess possessed many duties and responsibilities, though allowed her to keep her identity concealed. Desiring a subject change, she turned his question back on him. "And what of you? I haven't seen a Pixie around here before. Are you here on business or--"
The distant sounds of marching reached her ears, effectively silencing the remaining question on her lips. Soldiers were responding to the outcry of stolen goods from the merchant. "Oh no." Mizuki gasped as one of the security contingents rounded the corner and made their way straight for the crowd in front of her. In a flash of movement, the princess had grasped onto the collar of Pix's shirt with her thumb and forefinger and dashed off. Startled cries echoed from behind as citizens, mistaking the action for guilt of theft, called out "Thief!" and "There they are! After them!" Mizuki ran with a swiftness which spoke to her familiarity with the dark alleyways and bustling streets of the town, ducking and weaving her way past rows of buildings and lines of people, all while dragging Pix along for the ride.

He gasped at first, a little shocked at the sudden jerk, but once they got moving and Pix realized it was only Mizuki he relaxed, even giggling a little. "I don't know this game? Is this tag? Hide and seek? Those men sure seem angry about something. Do you think they'd feel better if I gave them these coins?" Pix asked as he was dragged along by the Princess. When he said this Pix picked one of the bags off of his belt and looked inside of it before looking back to the men who were chasing them. Pix was just about to call out to them, to let them know that they could have the money he had taken, but as soon as his mouth opened they were gone. It seemed that Mizi was really good at whatever game they were playing! She had managed to completely outrun the guards!
Pix clapped swiftly, giggling a little more as he felt the Princess begin to slow. "WOW! You're really good at this game Mizi! Whats your secret?!?" He asked, looking up at her with big curious eyes, smiling wider then ever.

"I apologize for that." The teenager said after a sharp inhale of breath to steady her breathing. While she was in excellent shape, the combination of running and adrenaline had caused her to become slightly winded. It would take a moment for her body to regulate itself. Fortunately, they had lost the guards pretty quickly or else they might have needed to run all the way back to the castle.

It took her a moment of standing there before Pix's words from before finally registered with her. "I have had a few years of practice." She stated simply, cocking her head in order to peer over at him. Her blue eyes peaked around her cerulean hair. "May I ask, you mentioned coins earlier. You wouldn't happen to know anything about the thefts from the merchant, would you?" Mizuki hoped that the Pixie's answer would be no, though her instinct was telling her it would likely be yes.

Pix continued to smile brightly at the young lady as he pulled four small bags of coins off of his belt and set them down lightly in the girl's hands. After a few seconds the bags began to tingle with a strange light and suddenly grew to the size of normal bags. The four bags would sit comfortably in her hands, but the sudden weight would be enough to throw her off. Each bag was filled to the brim with gold, and Pix continued to smile at her as if nothing was wrong. "I do know about those thefts! I did them!" He said happily, flying down a little further so he could move some of the bags.
Pix tapped one of the bags in her right hand. "You can have this one if you want!" He offered, more then a little confused by her odd reaction to his thievery. Why would she not be thrilled? Pix saw nothing wrong with his actions after all. And so the little Pixie figured that if the girl got some of the gold for herself then she too could be happy with him! Right?
Mizuki watched with intrigue as Pix placed four small bags in her hands. "What--" The bags expanded suddenly in her palms, throwing her off balance a little and causing her to stumble forward. Her eyes grew wide in shock at the sight. Her heart sinking with the realization that Pix was indeed the thief that the guards would be after. Mizuki felt torn at what to do. While she couldn't overlook what her knew friend had done, she also couldn't bring herself to dislike him for it. The Pixie was just too...adorable.
The princess shook her head, huffing out a heavy sigh. "It is not that I want the coins, Pix." She frowned as she set the bags down on an old abandoned barrel. "Rather, it is that I would like to know why you have taken the coins. Is it your trade?" He said, standing in a sort of heroic pose before giggling once again, deciding to flutter down to the barrel to take a seat next to his loot. "I've been doing this for a really long time! So I've gotten really really good at it! Do you want to see? I can show you!" He offered before flying off around the corner at a quick speed.

He landed back on the barrel where his money pouches were and opened his hand, dropping a few silver coins on the top of the barrel that soon grew back to normal size as well. "These were in someones pocket! I told you I was good at my job!" He exclaimed, looking proud as ever as he looked up at the girl for some sort of approval. It was as if he was a puppy looking for a pat on the head.
"Pix, wait!" Mizuki tried to halt the Pixie from showing his skill. Her plea came too late, however, as he darted around the corner. Barely a second seemed to pass before he was back again, a handful of silver coins now in his possession. The princess knew that it wouldn't be long before shouts of outrage erupted from whomever he had stolen the change from. "Perhaps a little too good at your job." She muttered under her breath. The coins glinted with the sun's ray, a cheerful counterbalance to the darker meaning of their presence here.
Concerned with the well-being of her people, Mizuki decided that she could no longer maintain her secrecy with the Pixie. However, she would need to be careful in how she broached the subject. "Pix, I understand that you are proud of the work you do, and I doubt that I could convince you to return these coins to their rightful owners. So I'm going to leave that alone for the moment. But, if I were to tell you a secret, would you be willing to make a deal with me about your trade?"

"Secrets? Y-you would tell me a secret?!?" Pix asked in sheer disbelief, his eyes growing wide with wonder and amazement before he fluttered at the girl with great speed, hugging her stomach as best he could at his small size. "YES YES YES YES YES YES!" He exclaimed, his wings fluttering faster then they had ever before. Secret were...well...secret! That meant they were treasured! Which meant that if Mizi was willing to share one with him...well..it was a treasure all its own!
For some odd reason most people didn't want to tell Pix secrets after they figured out he was a thief. It was an odd little thing that the Pixie never really understood, but Mizi...she wanted to tell him one! He giggled with glee, doing his best to calm himself before he let go of the girl and fluttered up to her face once more. "Okie! Tell me!" He said, turning his head so his small ear faced her mouth before leaning in close.
Mizuki tried her best to suppress a laugh. The little Pixie had grown so excited at the prospect of hearing a secret. It was hard to remain serious about the issue at hand, but she knew that she needed to do so. Thievery, after all, was no laughing matter. It needed to be dealt with swiftly in order to minimize any potential loss. Mizuki waited for Pix to settle down enough so that she could continue on. She didn't have long to wait as, after a minute or so and one hug, the small Pixie leaned in as close as he could.
"You must understand, Pix." The princess lowered her gaze to peer at the top of his head. "This is no ordinary secret. It is very dear to me so you must promise to never break the trust I am placing in you." The brevity of her words spoke to their seriousness. If anyone were to find out her secret, and word were to reach her parents, then it would be highly likely that her mother would dole out a punishment the likes of which Mizuki had never seen before. And that is something that she dearly wished to avoid.
Taking a deep breath, Mizuki steeled herself and allowed the words to flow from her lips. "Remember when I mentioned that I had no set job here? That was not entirely truthful. You see, my full name is Mizuki Hyosetsu, and I am Princess of the Water Kingdom." Her eyes darted anxiously around the small alleyway, the last sentence barely more than a whisper. She was placing immense faith in the little Pixie to keep her secret. Hopefully, it wouldn't be something she regretted.
Underwater Breath- Mizuki is capable of breathing within water easily. This ability allows her to remain submerged underwater for extended periods of time, without receiving any ill effects. However, she must eventually come up for air or risk drowning like anyone else. The maximum time she can remain underwater is 2 hours and she cannot utilize this power in tainted, unclean bodies of water.
Yosojutsu: Healing- Her inherent gift with water is strong enough to where she is able to use it the element to heal nearly any injury or malady. Though, depending on the severity of the problem, she can overexert herself and become fatigued to the point of immobility, sometimes even unconsciousness.
Water Cloak- Mizuki can encase her body in a cloak of water. It is undetectable to the naked eye or even to the touch, acting as a second skin of sorts. It is usually only utilized in fights where fire is being used as it provides a greater resilience against the opposing element. Fire can eventually harm her, but it takes an intense amount of heat and time to do so. While the cloak is strong against most elements, it does possess a weakness against sharp weapons and electricity. Things such as blades, arrows, and spears can pierce through the protection of the cloak to inflict harm.
Yosojutsu: Combat- Mizuki is proficient in elemental combat, being able to manipulate water, ice, and occasionally snow to do her bidding on a second's notice. Her proficiency in the elemental style of combat continues to grow with each passing year. However, as with all elements, there are some that can easily overpower her own. Electricity presents the greatest disadvantage to Mizuki in combat. Water being a natural conductor, electricity can pass through it with ease and inflict damage upon anyone or anything that water or its variants come into contact with. She has to be vigilant when fighting Electricity users so as not to sustain injury. Air, although not as difficult to counteract, possesses its own challenge. A user with advanced skills in air manipulation can block, evade, and even incorporate her own element into their attack.
Yami Umi- An enchanted sword that was given to Mizuki as a present from one of her family members. It holds the ability to purify any tainted source of water that it touches. Yami Umi, as the sword was named, can only purify through touch however, and it can only do so once in a day. If it were to be used more than that, then the sword itself could become tainted and expel the polluted water back into the world. Aside from this, the sword acts as a weapon for her use in combat.
