Following the chaos at the Botanical Gardens, Destiny City Media went scrambling for info for the story. They were quickly met by road blocks from the Garden officials and zero answers from the research lab. That meant they turned to the guest list!

They're looking for interviews, pictures, anything they can get their hands on! Are you interested in sharing your story? Those who were at the Fall Festival as well may question if they don't have a script for events like this now. Your character has been invited to answer a few basic questions--where were they when the plants attacked, what happened, and how do they feel about the safety of Destiny City now after two holiday related events? Your character can give an interview for any media they want. Or, maybe, you are the one conducting the interview!

When Jack learned that Destiny City Media was conducting interviews for what had happened at the Botanical Gardens, he was more than happy to share his side of the story. He loved to talk and while he was a little too cautious to enjoy spotlight, this particular occasion had him eager to voice his opinions on the events of that night. He still didn't understand how the people who'd created the Winter Stars had been able to get away with making such atrocities and exposing them to the public. He wondered if they'd been held accountable and whether or not it had really been their fault. Perhaps they'd been brainwashed or made to work against their will, though he highly doubted it. Jack assumed it was more likely that someone who'd had a hand in their creation had known more about what they would become than the others who had worked on the bioengineering of the glowing poinsettias.

Evidently the Garden officials and the research lab itself were keeping quiet on the matter; at least to the general public. That didn't mean Jack couldn't give them a piece of his mind through the media, though. Having been on the guest list of the event, his request to be interviewed on the subject was quickly approved and he was invited to have a talk with one of the news reporters looking into the matter. When the news casting team discovered that Jack had also been present to fight off some of the monster bats at Destiny City's Fall Festival a couple of months earlier, they seemed even more excited to be able to get his account of the action.

The red-head was used to acting, putting on a show for his classmates and people in general in regards to the image of himself he wanted to project. Due to this, being in front of a camera while talking wasn't much different for him. He casually explained how he and a few other guests at the gardens - though he refrained from naming names - had been having a perfectly civil conversation about how odd and unnatural the glowing plants had seemed. Not long after, he'd decided to venture to the buffet table for some dinner and that was when the plants appeared to come to life. Jack explained how everyone had scattered, adults and children alike, but how many had already become accustomed to such happenings and were already prepared to defend themselves.

Indeed, Jack had been saved by one of Destiny City's finest, and off-duty, no less, despite the cop being concerned for the safety of his own brother. Somewhat embarrassed though he was to admit it, he elaborated on how he'd been swarmed by an unexpected barrage of Winter Stars, much of his energy quickly drained and stored in the glowing egg-like capsules that collected at the Christmas tree-shaped display. He talked about how the officer he'd met prior fought them off him with no thought to his own safety and how they both went to look for his brother afterward.

When asked about how he felt about the safety of Destiny City after the blood-seeking bats and crazy pointsettias, the teenager said that he believed with the way he'd seen Destiny City civilians face such hardships, he really wasn't all that worried for their safety in the end because he was fairly certain that after all he'd witnessed, the residents of the unpredictable city were very much capable of handling unexpected danger and taking care of themselves. It was one reason he was proud to call himself one of them.
