- Air Manipulation: Tessa's power is exactly what it sounds like. She can control the air around her; anything from a small breeze to a mini-vacuum. She has a significant range, having known of her powers from a very young age, however it still isn't as strong or wide as she would hope and she is constantly working to better her abilities.
Enhanced Durability: Tess can take a bit more of a beating than the average human, though she still has a smaller limit than many other supers.

➳ How do they act?
- Tessa is flirty and spunky, but incredibly reckless. She often has to be reigned in. In addition, she has some very serious abandonment issues. She has trouble getting close to anyone, because all her life she has been shipped from one family to the next, never being accepted by anyone until she found Alison. Tess spends a lot of time practicing control of her abilities, and pushing them to better herself.
Tessa's loyalty lies solely to Morgana.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Tess has known about her powers from a very young age. As soon as she could walk and talk the air around her began to move strangely. There were often breezes in the house, even with all of the windows closed and the heat on. When the small toddler realized that she herself was causing this, she was delighted, and wanted to show it off to everyone -- first, of course, being her parents. They were concerned, but they chose to encourage their daughter rather than stifle her. They did, however, instill in her that she should keep it between the three of them, and not tell others. "The other kids will be jealous." Her mother would tell her, and Tess would giggle and say that it was their secret.
When Tess was four years old, a baby brother was born. She was very excited to be an older sibling, but her parents were worried about her "secret". It was one thing for them to be able to deal with their daughter having strange power, but they had no idea how an emotional young child would act when faced with another young child -- especially when she was used to being the only one. Having all of the attention.
At first everything was fine, Tess was a helpful and loving big sister. Her parents worries began to ease and soon, they had nearly forgotten that they had ever been afraid at all. That is, until the now-crawling boy got a hold of Tessa's favorite doll. He slobbered all over the toy and pulled out chunks of it's hair. Even bent one of the arms. Needless to say, Tess was quite angry with her little brother -- angrier than she had ever felt before. It was then that the darker side of her powers arose. The gust that blew around her brother was so fast that for a few brief moments the baby was unable to breath. Her parents walked in and saw this, and in a panic swept up the girl, startling her to a halt. After that, the fear of their daughter grew, and they knew they wouldn't be able to sleep easy around her anymore.
Tess was put in foster homes after that, though she never found herself staying in one place for long. She was shipped to house after house after revealing her "secret" to foster parents, thinking that they would be as interested as her parents used to be. It only frightened people. This went on for years, and finally when she reached the age of thirteen she learned it was better to just keep it to herself. Then it was just her reckless behavior and her lack of communication that got her into trouble. Foster families found her unruly and disrespectful. At the age of sixteen, she ran away from the foster system altogether. She lived in the streets, fending for herself and using her powers to frighten people into letting her get away with food, clothes, and other necessities. It wasn't long before she realized she could do this to get pretty much anything she wanted.
Some time after this, she met Alison Sterling -- also known as Morgana. Although the woman had very different powers, she allowed the girl to come with her, taking her under her wing so-to-speak. Although the woman was emotionally withdrawn, Tess adored her, seeing in Morgana the mother that she never had. It wasn't about being shown motherly love or affection, it was the acceptance. Acceptance and encouragement of what Tess could do.
