- Sound Manipulation: Kelly can create, shape and manipulate sound, a periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear. Kelly can mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound, using it as a powerful physical force and high-speed movement. At low frequencies, sound is potentially fatal to living beings by causing internal damage, while high frequencies cannot be heard by normal humans but can be used for sonar-like effects. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water and any form of medium, defense by using physical barriers is difficult. The vibrations can also affect at a molecular level. In essence, sound is an invisible, deadly weapon and a versatile tool.
-Sound Detection: Kelly can detect sound-waves, whether it comes from skies, the earth, or the seas. Anything that generates noise, sound, sonic waves, or vibrations, the user can detect where ever the source comes from.
-Acceleration: Kelly is able to accelerate himself to high speeds using sound waves, often transforming themselves into destructive projectiles in the process. Overuse of this ability causes great strain on the body, and could accelerate the aging process.
-Sound Aura: Kelly can release and surround himself in/with sound for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks. The aura may also give Kelly enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability.
-Sound Attacks: Kelly can release/use sound waves in attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks.
-Ballistic Scream: Kelly can emit sound waves that can destroy objects, he may be able to target certain objects so that only they are destroyed. With enough power, Kelly could level entire cities with their power.
Vibration Manipulation: Kelly has the ability to manipulate periodic and random vibrations. He can create, shape and manipulate vibrations, rhythmic movements of the target, including in themselves, others, objects, environment, etc., through the ground, water, or air.
-Concussive Force: Kelly can deliver impact of concussive force, whether directly or remotely, which can knock the target back and cause internal and external damage. He can achieve this either by direct physical force, solid matter, pulse of energy or any other way that causes damage by collusion.
-Seismokinetic Combat: Kelly is able to infuse seismic vibrations with physical attacks, releasing seismic waves upon contact through punches and kicks, and absorbing seismic waves to make themselves stronger.
-Vibration Attacks: Kelly can release/use vibrations to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc.

-Soundproofing: He is deafly afraid of soundproof rooms as he feels he is being ignored and hate that.
-Loosing his hearing is also one of his many fears and as such any lose of hearing will completely shut him down and will cause him to immediately retreat.
