Super-intelligence: Superior genius level intellect: possessing exceptional intellectual ability, and creativity. He also has resistances to brain disorders and ailments like strokes, memeory disorders or aneurysms. He is resistant to the effect of telepathy, his mind can be read but extremely hard to control it against his will.

- physically he's no different than your normal scrawny computer nerd. He's not out of shape but he is no athlete. While his brain is still hampered by most things that could normally cause a brain to slow like alcohol or drugs he can still handle more than most. His mind can still be read but it likely going to be confusing because of his mental capacity.

- He comes across as a sarcastic jerk but actully he is good natured, soft hearted for those in plight, and a bit unsure of himself under stress. He's very neutral in his leanings preferring never to take a side if he can help it if forced he will likely choose the morally high choice. Once his exterior is broken by somone he considers a friend, he really just a snarky dork.

Takuto was born in America and was the first in his family line not born in Japan. His parents had moved here because his dad was offered a well paying job. His early childhood was uneventful though it was obvious he was different from other kids his age. He typically learned things faster than most kids, and always had great grades. Even in his young teens he was building stuff that amazed his teacher and by his senior year he had earned him self a free ride for college. Despite being successful he suffered socially, he was branded a nerd and picked on in a near constant basis. The school system focused more on his academic abilities so much so he never really got much help dealing with the social problems. He developed a sarcastic streak and a bit jaded as a way to deal with it. After school he decided to go t o University ofChicaco for a Phd in Engineering. He had hoped college would be more challenging, but it still feels too easy for him. When he's not at college he acts as a information getter for anyone willing to pay him for it. He has at times gotten supers asking him for info but usually it businesses wanting info they can use for profit against someone of another business, as such he has a decent bit of blackmail on his clients which he really only uses to make sure they pay up.
As of late he decovered his brain power is a product of his super gene. He has been discovering his more heroic side in helping others. He began focusing less on hacking and more on his engineering. Developing tech for heroes and sometimes just for himself.
