Perhaps you noticed the new barracks being constructed in Negaspace. Perhaps you noticed the myriad posters posted around Negaspace...
...each an image of Queen Laurelite pointing at the viewer with large block letters underneath stating: I WANT YOU TO ENLIST IN THE TRAINING CORPS! Information about the new program, in smaller letters, directs you to the newly constructed Barracks. In the lobby of the barracks is a large sign in roster and a pen. The air hums with activity. Down the halls you see doors that lead into what look like classrooms, sparring rooms, and equipment rooms. A sign above the roster reads:
Negaverse Training Corps - Enrollment
Are you ready to be all you can be… in the Negaverse?

Information!
What is the Training Corps? The Training Corps is a team/program established within the General Operations Branch to help Agents find their place in the Negaverse. While its main focus is on Lieutenants, anyone is welcome to join! The Corps focuses on both teaching skills that an agent may find useful in their career as well as building a sense of community among those within the Corps. This is done through group ‘Classes and Missions” as well as one-on-one RPs.
A barracks in Negaspace has also been set up for those members of the Corps who wish to live there. All that is asked is you keep the place clean and don’t bring down the wrath of the General Sovereigns of Metallia.
(There will be at least one to two ORP “classes/missions” a month, as well as ample one-on-one sparring and other training opportunities with Leucite and other Training Corps Cadre. You know, for requirements!)
How long will this last? Characters only need remain a part of the Training Corps for as long as they feel the desire to do so. They are welcome to come and go as they please. As stated before - this is a voluntary program. It is purely to assist Agents in finding their place in the Negaverse. Once they have joined Infiltration, Information, or Special Operations, they no longer need to be part of the Training Corps - but they are more than welcome to attend classes if they so choose.
The Training Corps itself will continue to run until the Negaverse feels it is no longer needed. Unless posted in this thread, it is safe to assume you will be able to find the Barracks and those running the program around.
Who is Running the Training Corps? The Training Corps are being overseen by General Leucite. Currently he is overseeing the entirety of the program, including the curriculum.
Can My Captain/General help teach something? Yes! If you would like to have you Captain/General oversee a class, PM Torvil with your idea and we will see where we can fit it in.
Does it matter who awoke my Agent? Or when my Agent was Awoken? No, it does not matter when your agent was awakened or by who. The Training Corps is open to all.
I have a corrupt senshi and not a Negaverse officer, can I still sign up? Yes! The Training Corps are open to all who serve the Negaverse, officer or corrupt.
My character is Half-Youma, does the above post apply to them as well? Yes it does! As stated, the Training Corps is open to any and all who serve Queen Metallia.
I don’t have a Lieutenant - right now - can I still sign up when I get one? Yes! Sign Ups are open for anyone who wants to be quoted when a new class/mission is posted. If your name is on the list but your character has graduated or no longer wishes to attend, simply PM Torvil to have your character removed from the list!
My Officer/Corrupt is a student. Can they still live in the Training Corps Barracks? Yes, if they are making it their permanent address. However, they must still attend their school, and if that school has dorms, live there during the school year. During breaks, they may live in the Training Corps Dorms instead of heading to their usual homes if they so chose. Students at Meadowview are required to remain at home during the school year, but may reside in the Training Corps over the summer under the guise of a summer leadership program.
I’ve Signed Up. Now what? Now that you are signed up and your name is added to the list you will recieve quotes when classes/missons open up. You can also reach out to other Training Corps members for rp, as well as Torvil for one-on-ones (or group rps even) with Leucite.
How do I sign up? Simply post the following!

Leucite has added a new addition to the Training Corps Barracks. In the main lobby, now stands a large corkboard. A sign above the board labels it the “Mission Board.” On the board, pinned in neat rows - are open orders for various missions and operations around Destiny City. Each mission is color coded for its perceived difficulty as per Intelligence Branch Intel.
Color Legend
Green = Easy, could be done by any member of the Negaverse. Yellow = Medium, could be done by a Captain/General or a small group (at least 2) of lieutenants. Red = Difficult, could be done by a General, a small group (at least 2) of Captains or a large group (at least 4) of Lieutenants. Black = Special, these missions are usually handed down by a GS or the Queen herself. These are very rare, and should only be taken on with extreme caution by a group of agents willing to take great risks to serve the Negaverse.
Missions will rotate monthly. Each agent can complete 1 mission per difficulty level a week. Though, you can trade down in difficulty if you’d prefer. (3 Easy missions; 1 easy, 2 medium; 2 easy, 1 hard; etc.) These missions and operations CAN count toward mission counts and events for earning Negaverse medals.
The Mission Board is open to all, however, members of the Training Corps. have an opportunity to earn Mission Points. Mission Points can be accrued and then turned in for special Training Corps. centric rewards.
Mission Points Rewards Legend
Easy Missions are worth 1 point, Medium Missions are worth 2 points, Difficult Missions are worth 3 points, and Special Missions are worth 5 points.
Rewards: 5 points = Green Aiguillette 10 points = NCO Pin 15 points = Yellow Aiguillette 20 points = Warrant Officer Pin 25 points = Red Aiguillette 30 points = Lieutenant Pin 35 points = Purple Aiguillette 40 points = Honorable Service Ribbon 45 points = Notable Service Pin (Single Rift Crystal) 50 points = Black Aiguillette 55 points = Exemplary Service Pin (Cluster of 3 Rift Crystals) 60 Points = Letter of Commendation from General Leucite
Points are “turned in” for each level - so if a character accrues 15 points and turns those in, they will receive the Yellow Aiguillette and NCO Pin, bypassing the Green Aiguillette, etc. Turn ins also stack. If an agent turns in 5 points for the Green Aiguillette, and then accrues ten more and turns those in, they’ll get both the NCO pin and the Yellow Aiguillette. These rewards are purely cosmetic and only confer standing in the Training Corps. (Though if you’ve got the bling, might as well flaunt it right?)
The Letter of Commendation will be hand written by General Leucite, and be provided to the Officer for use in applying to any of the branches of the Negaverse as they see fit. It will be a glowing recommendation and will look very, very good in their personnel file.
Mission Pool:
Operation Golden Vault Mission Code: Green After the loss of the Starseed surplus during the invasion of Negaspace, General Leucite has initiated the following mission to assist in the recovery of their stock. For those who wish to participate, Leucite is asking that agents take a little extra time on their patrol to collect starseeds. But, extra work is not without its reward. Leucite will be keeping track the totals and the person who gathers the most starseeds each week, will receive a bounty. (( This is an ongoing operation and will always be available on the mission board!))
”Orders”
Create a thread for your mission. Pick one of the following locations: The Slums, Downtown, or Residential.
”The Slums”
Copy the following Code into your thread!

The Slums are that rundown, bad part of Destiny City. The proverbial and not so proverbial wrong side of the tracks. Crime is high here, and the police are far less inclined to come around to this particular part of town. This is the home of several street gangs that have managed to establish a small foothold in the city. That said - nobody really questions when a dead body turns up, or people go missing - that’s normal around this neighborhood. Most people avoid going out at night… Unless they have “business” to attend to. Drug deals are common in the pre-dawn hours, as dealer's hand off their wares to clients for a substantial amount of cash in the back alleys and blind corners.
You encounter one such deal going down in a back alley. The dealer is flanked by two of his friends who seem to be working protection for him. Their client seems to be young, down on their luck and trying to score their next fix.
Do you:

Break up the drug deal and try to take out the dealer and his protection?
((3 Starseeds - but your character does come out of it with some sort of injury - a cut, a sprain, etc.))

Wait for the client to leave and take them out instead?
((1 Starseed - no injuries, but not a very good haul either ))

Wait for the client to leave and try to take out the dealer and his protection while they’re distracted counting the money?
((2 Starseeds - No injuries, but the dealer gets away with his cash before you can take him out.

Take them all and let whatever divine entity is watching sort them out?
((4 Starseeds - but your character walks away with a injury that is going to require medical attention - a break, a stab wound, a concussion, etc.))

Write a solo with whatever choice you made - and make sure to post a link along with your turn in in the mission thread!
”Downtown”
Copy the following Code into your thread!

Clean lines, clean streets, and modern architecture are some of the highlights of the central heart of Destiny City’s Downtown District. Skyscrapers brush the night sky like outstretched fingers, vainly reaching for the stars. The streets are nearly deserted - the business types having no need to be about so late at night. Though where the paragons of capitalism either lay abed or seek the pleasures of the nearby entertainment district, those of - lower station - must need clean up after their masters.
You encounter once such group of workers as they leave their place of employment. Two janitorial staff and one security guard mill about the doorway, chatting on their break. The security guard does not appear to be armed.
Do you:

Wait for the cleaning staff to head back inside on their break, and jump the guard alone?
((1 Starseed - no injuries, but not a very good haul either ))

Try to sneak up on the three of them, and try to snag all of the seeds?
(( 3 Starseeds - but your character does come out of it with some sort of injury - a cut, a sprain, etc.))

Wait for the Security Guard to continue his rounds and try to take the two cleaning staff before they slip back inside
(( 2 Starseeds - but your character does come out of it with some sort of injury - a cut, a sprain, etc.))

These are innocent people - you aren’t going to take starseeds from innocent people)

Write a solo with whatever choice you made - and make sure to post a link along with your turn in in the mission thread!
”Residential”
Copy the following Code into your thread!

Rows and rows of houses stand quiet in the twilight. Neat, manicured rows, each the same as its neighbor. The idyllic suburban lifestyle is one known well to the middle-class, who commute to and from their carbon-copy homes, and wage quiet-machiavellian wars against each other at Homeowners Association meetings. The night is quiet and still - the perfect time for joggers to stretch their legs and get in some steps on the pedometer - or for those crazy high school kids to make moon eyes at their sweethearts as they drop them off at home. You see two equally open options - a pair of joggers making a turn into a nearby park, and a pair of teens, parked and laughing as they kill time before curfew.
Do you:

Stalk after the joggers and attack them once they are in the park? Let them know that they should fear the night)

Wait for the joggers to enter the park - and then pull the teens out of the car - I know what you did last summer style.
((2 Starseeds - but your character does come out of it with some sort of injury - a cut, a sprain, etc.))

Take out the joggers before they reach the park - then move in on the teens in the car.
((4 Starseeds - but your character walks away with a injury that is going to require medical attention - a break, a concussion, etc.))

These are innocent people - this is not what I signed up for)

Write a solo with whatever choice you made - and make sure to post a link along with your turn in in the mission thread!
Feel free to deny Chrysocolla's entrance due to her rank! This is mostly because I'm interested in placing her within a branch, but not sure which as of yet.
