These four individuals pertain to Issy White's main cluster of friends. All four are non-powered humans.
Kate: Has blond hair and brown eyes; is Issy's closest female friend. Known her since they were in primary school.

Alec: The 'link' to most of the parties in their high school given he's one of the football players. Is usually seen as a couple with Abby, but generally like to be with this group or with Alec as they both have been friends since childhood. He's known Issy for the majority of high school. He has brown hair and green eyes.

Caleb: He's known Issy for a couple of years. He's the 'brains' behind most of the operations/schemes they come up with and is also a joker like Issy. They've known each other since secondary school. He has black hair and hazel eyes.

Abby: The rebellious one in Issy's friend. She and Alec are usually an on/off couple. Abby's been in this crowd for two years. She also has black hair and blue eyes.

Name: Eva Allen

Description: A famous journalist for the Chicago Herald, especially as a reporter on CHB, known for being right in the action, and often in incredibly dangerous situations. Originally a small-time face in the media, her coverage of supers eventually brought her up in the ranks, sweeping the news world with her ballsy reporting.

Name: Dwight Goodwin

Description: A hero of old who passed away in March 2012.

Name: Don O'Connor

Description: Born with the ability to manipulate acid, Don always figured he was destined for great things. He is a supremacist who believes he is superior to anyone who lacks powers. It only took a slight push for him to delve into villainy and so, when half his face was permanently damaged by what he believed to be a hero, he dove into the criminal world.



Name: Ibrahim Holloway

Description: Ibrahim was born with the ability to paralyze lifeforms through touch. Initially, his research inclined mind use this ability to study animals and insects. Ibrahim made massive strides in biological science until he began to grow paranoid that his work would be stolen from him. With a master manipulator fueling this paranoia, Ibrahim was convinced to turn his studies to the biology of superhumans. He has killed and dissected 12 powered individuals since his madness set in.



Name: Garrett Franklin

Description: Garrett was never a normal child. He was born with stone skin and the ability to shoot beams from his eyes that turn what they hit to stone. As a child he was ridiculed despite the growing presence of heroes. That planted the seeds of hatred and anarchy in his mind. Those seeds were watered by one who sought to test the man's mind and when it finally broke, Garrett was crafted into a weapon who's singular was to destroy. As time went on Garrett's purpose became more complex but the fact remains that his hatred for life in general has always lead him.



Name: Peter Samson

Description: Peter is a man who has gotten to where he is purely through a lot of luck and cheap tricks. He doesn't have any powers really but he is probably the luckiest b*****d you will ever meet. Great with a gun or a joke but still an a**, Peter is a jack of all trades in the criminal world.



Name: Gabriel Tennessean

Description: An arsonist with a pension for firebreathing. Gabriel has and always will have a few screws loose but it was an unexpected ally who helped him improve his game. He learned how to get away with the crimes and has been at large ever since.



Name: Zachary Cassidy

Description: This guy is weird. He was born without any pigmentation in his body and prematurely. For months it was unclear if he would survive but he did pull through. He was always mocked for his physical differences and the lack of clear powers didn't help. Eventually he snapped. A little boy was bullying him at school and attacked him on a walk home. Zachary got the upper hand and once he started beating the kid, he didn't stop. With every hit he felt more powerful until finally he realized what he was. Zachary gains power through contact with blood. Now that wouldn't make him inherently evil but he had a little boy's body to hide now and panicked. He found help in the worse place and that help later lead him down a dark path.



Name: Victor Graham

Description: Victor served in the marines which was probably the starting point for his madness. He was exceptionally brutal often using a knife to make a kill slower than his gun would have. Eventually he was dishonorably discharged and later picked up as a security team member of Forester Enterprise. Eventually he was fired from that job to. You can only find so many ways to legally express your cruel desires and Victor had run out of his. He began to beat people in streets, clubs, shopping malls, and even once in a Denny's parking lot. Now he works as a sort of enforcer for the mob. Oh and the fact that he is a regenerative healer with claws doesn't help.



Name: Liliana Wall

Description: From gymnast to thief Liliana has always made the most of her agility. No one really knows when but at some point someone convinced her that stolen gold was better than earned gold and no one has been able to convince her otherwise since.



Name: Lulu Pate

Description: Let's not pretend Lulu was ever the best person in the world. As a child she was already ripping off casinos by using insects to help her parents cheat. Still, no one ever imagined that that little girl would become what she is today. Nightclub owner, secretly a casino owner, drug dealer, and finder. She's the one you go to when you need something that is not exactly on the up and up but she didn't get to where she is on her own.



Name: Nightshade

Description: A man built, not born. Nightshade is the clone of Dean Frost and shares all of his powers with a slight twist. While Dean's powers function best during the day, Nightshade's powers function best at night. The radiation and light of the sun actually weaken him while they strengthen Dean. Nightshade does not believe himself to be a clone. He believes that Dean is the cloned version of himself. The belief, strengthened by the same man who built the rest of the horde, along with a complication in the replication of Dean's personality have lead Nightshade down a darker more villainous path.


Name: Timor

Description: A monster inside and out. Timor was born deformed and terrifying. Timor's mother was so struck with fear upon his birth that her heart gave out. Timor's father did not survive very long after. Timor possesses a unique physiology that forces him to take the form of someone's deepest fears. When he was discovered by the man who molded him into another member of the Horde, Timor nearly killed him. He was captured and imprisoned. Trained, and readied, then set lose on the world again. He regards the one who trained him as a father but that is not always a good thing. Timor has a dark mind that feeds on the fears of anyone it can come in contact with. It prefers children as they are the easiest to induce fear in. However for all the power, it is still human, it is mortal.

Name: Kruger

Description: A cannibalistic shapeshifter with the ability to . Born in the south and raised around the world by a traveling group of cannibals. Kruger's family was eventually hunted down by heroes. Many were caught, some were killed. And now only Kruger remains. It's nearly impossible to track him given his powers but many have tried.

Vincient Ansel- vigilante and high school math teaher with neon light powers. He was recently killed by villians. He is survived by an unknown son.
