She chuckled as the golden retriever she was walking as part of her new side job from time to time of pet-sitting kept right on while panting happily at the same pace they were going through the park. It continually would amuse her to recall that how this still rather new side job has been going about more and more rooting itself among her day to day fairly normal activities started with her cousin requesting her to fill in from time to time. And it did not take long before they were considered a pet-sitting or rather dog-sitting duo since then by Elysha's regular clients. Elysha had mentioned that she began pet-sitting with simply given instructions for various types of pets, however they both considered that perhaps since Elysha was more familiar with dogs than other pets, over time dog owners became her and now their little makeshift, part-time business's usual repeat customers. In Caely's case, she was in the same shoes in terms of being more familiar with and having a love of dogs so she was glad in this sense that her transition to more regularly dog-sitting was fairly smooth as time was continuing on from then to this point and hopefully onward from now as well.
However, a memorably relaxing outing with her presently somewhat familiar canine patron Athena was hours ago now, earlier in the day. Now, it was well into the night. And Caely was home in her room, currently resting her head on her desk with closed eyes while yet being awake.
She has thus far found that keeping a list of what she planned to accomplish throughout her days with some regularity helped her organize her thoughts with added effectiveness to various extents.
Today after getting back from dropping Athena off back with her family then returning to the apartment, she has spent most of her time seated here at her desk minus the intervals where she took her meals, snacked, and exercised while keeping inside with the comforts of home.
She has checked the status of a handful of bank accounts of hers online, gotten progress done on her lesson plans as well as coursework, and went through her routine question bank review session.
Her eyes opened and she stood. It did not take her long to get ready to blend in with night life crowds of the a city section in abundance of assortments of clubs not so far a commute from the apartment building. And she had let her cousin know about these plans she had in mind for today, for tonight.
And here she stood now as Aptera, obscured from the world around her but only a manageable, magical jump or several down from her current location looking out at the city.
