Length of time with the guild will be calculated from the time of that account's first post. There is no way to determine an account's actual join date, so the first time you actually post will be what we build from.
Every month, all who post will be given rewards based on how much they have posted, rewarded based on the number of posts made that month. Bumping or spamming (posting without saying anything or some other attempt to scam the system) will count negatively for your post count for that month.
The hope is that this will help reward members for just hanging out in the guild, even if they aren't slaying bosses or murdering kittens. All posts, IC and OOC count toward your monthly total, so just having a conversation in the chatterbox can help you out.

Current exchange rates:
1 birthday token: (1 year loyalty) negotiable bargaining chip for special privileges in the game. Using this currency, you can negotiate terms with the owner of the game that you are playing for permission to do things that may not otherwise be allowed. Respecs, retcons, things like that. These are for important things, though: if you want to change a minor thing in your character's history or character sheet, ask the moderators. But if you want to do something more drastic, these give you a chance.
1 millennial token: (1000 posts) 3x rewards on experience post. All rewards included. Quantitative. Rewards will be increased in number, but not value.
