In truth, Caely's a newbie with regards to pottery. However, upon taking note of a community event suggestion to inquire about the possibility of organizing an arts and crafts day for local orphans to decorate small, simply made pieces by volunteers for fun, she decidedly was among those who signed up as part of the group who would look for further details to present in a later meeting.

And right now she was among the later arrivals filing in. Also, she wasn't exactly sure what was going on being that this was her first time here after finding the place with a handful of inquiries and she hadn't gotten here with an exceedingly thorough plan of action aside from seeing if she may be able to get to the place and obtain answers to questions today. A class was gathering from the looks of things and the instructor though appeared to have yet to arrive. Where and to whom should she ask her questions? Well, she figured she may be able to ask the instructor to be directed to or about another personnel or more convenient time to return for requesting answers. Meanwhile, rather than remain standing, she looked about the room to see about having a seat as well even if briefly while waiting to see when the instructor arrives. Was this a free or paid class? This was another question that casually crossed her mind in the process of scanning around for a place to sit, right before a spot caught her eye and she stepped in that direction.

"Hello," Caely greeted Mi-Hi courteously with a soft smile and small wave. And then she went on to ask as she gestured an open palm toward the vacant seat noticeably nearby Mi-Hi's, "If you don't mind, I'd like to please request to sit here or is there actually someone who perhaps would be returning to this seat?"

"Thank you, Mi-Hi," was her smilingly given next response as she retained her usual calm demeanor and seated herself while carrying on the exchange that's begun between them, "My name is Caely Cruz. Time and time again pottery amazes me along with seeing parts of the process undergone to make them as captured by cameras. However, I have yet to see pottery made in person let alone make any myself. And, it's my first time here admittedly; how about you?" Her voice was conversational but also considerately mindful in volume that this class could start at anytime as she juggled keeping a small part of her attention to be watchful as well of the arrival of an instructor she had in mind to present her community service queries to.

"It's nice to meet you, too," Caely replied brightly before she began to curiously angle her vision toward the clay bat and bunny Mi-Hi motioned to.

With a soft tap on her cheek, she felt the movement of free strands of her hair and she allowed one hand to brush away a stray one lingering by her cheek as she continued to listen to Mi-Hi's response.

"Oh, wow, I'm really impressed," her smile widened into a grin of awe and admiration with her next response as her gaze shifted between Mi-Hi and her creations.

Caely continued to, with calm attentiveness, listen to the responses Mi-Hi gave her as their conversation proceeded, allowing her mind to freely seek out context clues to imagine possible corresponding meanings for any new terms so she could hopefully ease such into her memory for checking and solidifying in her knowledge with further experiences and research.

"Hm," she began thoughtfully then proceeded to respond with infused optimism, "though I'll likely have far more difficulty at the challenging endeavor you've described to me, I think I'd like to try to make a clay dog; a seated one could be simpler in terms of a pose. I have lost track of the number I've met who have brightened my days."
