Bisera looked up one road and down the other, giving a bit of a sigh as he realized that he was... quite lost. He had hoped to come into town, make some deals, buy some supplies, and join his group again all within a short span of time. It appeared as though he wasn't so lucky though, was he? Instead he'd gone in circles several times and once again he found himself standing outside of the marketplace that he'd left behind at least three times already and yet kept coming back to. This city was so confusing! Not to mention that pray as he might to Chi to send him a sign she hadn't yet. Was her power weaker here when faced with the Gods and Goddesses that the Obans worshiped? He was far from home and possibly the reach of her influence after all.

Shaking his head he found himself searching once more, "I just have to find the path I came here from." He murmured to himself, seeking out something that looked familiar... only to find his eyes locking on something, well someone, quite beautiful. For a moment Bisera was certain that he was hallucinating because surely nobody could actually look like that and be real? A thought that went through his head even as he walked forward toward said 'hallucination'.

He had blue skin that made him think of lapis, deep green hair like emeralds, and those golden eyes! He couldn't help but to stare at him, mesmerized, "Wow! You're beautiful, like some sort of water spirit." He murmured, having never met anyone from Matori before, meaning that he was all that much more in awe. Lifting a hand it hovered near to the Matorian's ear before he murmured, "Wow... just wow..." There was so much about this man that fascinated him, giving him all manner of ideas for designs, making him wonder if despite being lost that he'd ended up exactly where he was meant to be? Surely Chi had blessed this meeting!

Bisera took a step closer, looking as though he were quite in awe at the moment, "You're very welcome." Bisera murmured, looking into Abie's eyes for a moment before he said, "You have very beautiful eyes, they looked so much like citrine!" He was so lovely! All those beautiful colors! He was like nothing that he'd ever seen before he thought to himself before he gave a smile, "You're so lovely... I've never seen anyone like you before..."

Citrine like his eyes and lapis for his skin... it was like the sun setting over the water... Ah! That gave him a great idea for a piece... not to mention the beautiful green in his eyes, that would also make quite a lovely addiction to the piece. Like the kelp that floated in the ocean he thought to himself, humming for a moment before he turned to look at the creature that was sitting on his shoulder, "Huh... you're a rather pretty looking critter." He murmured, tilting his head to one side as he inspected that one before he realized that the pretty 'water spirit' was talking to him.

"Huh? Oh... maybe, a little." He admitted before he asked, "Do you think that I could sketch you? You are so lovely and have given me so many ideas for some pieces! A sketch of you would really help me out... so long as you don't mind that is?"

Bisera started to dig his pack to find his journal, wanting to get to sketching the one before him straight away... but when he said that he wanted to go somewhere they wouldn't be bothered he gave a slow nod of his head, "Ahhh... alright... if you know a place." He said, pausing in the rummaging through his pack for the time being. If he wanted to get his sketches in then he would have to trust that the pretty water spirit knew where to go.

Following along after him he gave a bit of a smile, starring at the pretty one's back, taking in the place he'd lead them. It was a nice place, quiet, and would allow him a chance to concentrate he thought to himself as he dug out his journal and writing utensil, setting to work straight away on a sketch. His face first, a closer up picture of his eyes, his hair, those ears... he drew them a few times, finding them to be quite beautiful... the way they were put together, like the fins of a rare fish, were something he was quite fascinated with.

"Huh?" Was the guy talking to him? Wait, what? Oh! Bisera nodded, "Sure, you can talk if you like." He said, giving him a smile before the sketching continued.

Bisera paused in his sketching of Abie so that he could turn his eyes to the little... critter, giving it a long look, before he started to do a sketch of him on another page. Once he had the creature's basic shape down, finding that the beasts frills to be quite interesting he asked, "What sort of beast is your little friend?" He asked, working on getting the creature's eyes just right, as well as the markings that decorated it's hide. There was much about the little beast that would made for good inspiration he thought to himself, a smile on his lips.

"Huh? Alone? Well... presently, yes. I went to get supplies to help out the group I am traveling with and... sort of... got lost." He said, flushing just a little bit at the thought. He'd done his best to get back to them but only ended up going in a lot of circles. He really did need to get better at figuring out the lay out of his place he thought to himself for an idle moment before he returned to his sketching.

"Abie? That is a nice name, mine is Bisera." He explained, his eyes flickering between Abie, the little beast, and the paper that he was drawing on. Between the two of them there seemed to be an almost infinite amount of details and he didn't want to miss any of them!

"Laqui? Snaptrotter?" Bisera murmured the words as he sketched, not really sure what a snaptrotter was but save for being a large... lizard? He drawing hand paused for a moment, glancing at the little creature for a while, before he started to sketch once more, "Laqui is very cute. Do... snaptrotters normally ride on people's shoulders? Or is he specially trained to do that?" He knew nothing of them and figured that it could very well be normal for them, but since he had no idea he would just have to ask the one who owned one about it.

Pausing again he looked at Abie, flushing a bit, then said, "I've heard that a lot... that I need to pay better attention, that I need to put defenses..." He needed to do that sort of thing, but he'd yet to do so. He always got too distracted by life to do that sort of thing. It was why he was so lucky to have Xarn... but he was sort of separated from him at the moment. Still, as it was he didn't know why anyone would want to come after him unless they just wanted to steal his pack. Other then that he was drawing a bit of a blank.

"Huh? A meal?" He asked, seeming to be thinking about it for a moment. Did he want to go for a meal with him? He thought on it then gave a nod of his head, "Sure! I can pay for it too, as thanks for you modeling for me."

Bisera shook his head, "It wouldn't be a good enough reward for your time if you were required to get the food for us." He said, not lifting his gaze as he worked on a design next to one of the sketches of Abie's pretty ears. He paused a moment, looking between the sketches and Abie a couple times before he said, "I don't know if anyone has ever told you think before but your ears are very beautiful, Abie." If he didn't think that he'd likely seem weird he'd go up and touch them.

Instead he forced his attention once more to the paper before him, turning the page again soo that he could start some new sketches. He wanted to do another of Laqui since he seemed to be trying his best to pose at the moment. Perhaps snaptrotters liked to have people sketch them? Could be he thought to himself as he finished up another sketch before leaning in closer, getting a good look at Laqui, then said, "You have very lovely teeth." He murmured, then asked, "I know this might sound weird or morbid but do you know if there is anywhere to get snaptrotter teeth? They look neat. Maybe those that they have shed as they get bigger teeth?"

"Huh? What do I wanna do? Exactly what I am doing now!" He chirped happily, turning the journal around so that Abie could see not only the sketches of Abie and Laqui themselves but also the designs for various jewelry he was making in the image of the two of them.

Bisera turned the journal around, starring down at it, and said, "I am trying my best to be one. My hope is that one day I am able to be on par with or better then my father... though I know that it's going to take a lot of work on my part. Especially since of late I seem to be doing far more collecting of materials then I do actually crafting... I need to find somewhere I can settle down for a bit so I can work on some pieces." He seemed as though that part was him musing to himself before he started to sketch once more. That was until the mention of the teeth.

Jerking his head up Bisera asked, "There is such a place? Can you show me? I have some janarim teeth but I feel that the snaptrotter teeth will be lovely materials to work with as well!" How he'd love to use some in some necklaces! Just the idea of it made him want nothing more then to pack up his stuff and run off to find them. He forced himself to sit still though, wanting to focus, or else he'd just end up lost again.

"Huh? Oh, yeah... we should see about eating soon, huh?" He couldn't recall when it was that he'd eaten last since he'd wandered off to find supplies and then ended up where he was now. Closing his journal after making sure that the sketches were all just right in his mind he said, "Can we stop by where the teeth are on the way to where the food is? If it's on the way at least."

Bisera looked around as the two of them walked, wondering of Xarnith was out there and if he was going to be catching up with them soon. He kind of hoped so, not because he didn't want to spend time with Abie but because if Xarn found him then that meant that he wasn't lost anymore. A thought that he put away for the time being as he looked over at Abie, "Well... if anyone came looking for me it would be Xarnith, a Wind Tribe shield barer who is about my age if a little younger. He's a bit bigger though, lots of nice muscles, taller too, with light blond hair and beautiful, light blue eyes that are the same color as the sky." He explained, picturing Xarn easily in his mind, likely because he spent so much time with his friend of late.

Giving a smile he turned to look at Abie once more, "He's an excellent tracker too as it seems no matter where I wander off to or get lost at he always seems to find me. Today should be the same." So long as Xarnith was looking for him. There was a small part of him that worried that maybe he would get burned out with chasing after him all the time... but surely that wouldn't be the case, right? Xarnith was his good friend after all.

Deciding that he didn't want to think about the possibility of Xarnith and the rest of the group just carrying on without him he turned his attention to the stalls before him. Spotting the shop that had all the little fiddly bits and trinkets laid out he moved forward, pulling Abie along in his excitement to see what the merchant had for sale. It was a little on the small side so it made sense why he would have missed it earlier, a shame since it seemed interesting as he got closer.
