Attacks:Sailor Scout Attack: Kiss and Make Up!
Description: Kissling, at minimum, blows a kiss at his target, but may also kiss them directly. If the kiss is blown, the magic takes the shape of a pair of pink lips that float toward the target until they make contact with skin. Upon contact (whether a blow or direct kiss), pink sparkles appear. The sparkles soon fade, but then the target is distinguished by a kiss mark where they were kissed until the magic fades.
Effect: • Causes the target to feel deterred from being physically violent toward Kissling
• Kiss at minimum is a blown kiss, but the closer to a person the kiss is blown and longer the contact with skin or more intense the kiss, the more potent the magic and the less the target feels like being physically violent
Use: • Can be used thrice per battle
• Kissling is the only one the target is deterred from being physically violent toward
• Useless if Kissling blows a kiss and his aim is off
• Useless if Kissling's lips are covered
• Useless if the target has absolutely no exposed skin available to kiss
• Useless if used on a target who doesn't feel like being physically violent toward Kissling in the first place
Range: • Single target attack; affects one target at a time
• Blown kisses can travel the distance of or hit a target up to 10 feet away before the magic fades
Duration: • Lasts 25 seconds
Specifics/OOC Notes: • The player of the target can interpret as they see fit how and to what extent their character feels deterred from being physically violent toward Kissling.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Kiss It Better!
Description: Kissling at minimum, blows a kiss at his target, but may also kiss them directly. If the kiss is blown, the magic takes the shape of a pair of pink lips that float toward the target until they make contact with skin. Upon contact (whether a blow or direct kiss), pink sparkles appear. The sparkles soon fade, but then the target is distinguished by a dark kiss mark where they were kissed until the magic fades.
Effect:• Primary Effect: Causes the target to feel deterred from being physically violent toward anyone in the immediate area
• Secondary Effect: Causes the target to get the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
• Kiss at minimum is a blown kiss, but the closer to a person the kiss is blown and longer the contact with skin or more intense the kiss, the more potent the magic, the less the target feels like being physically violent, and the more they are given the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
Use:• Can be used thrice per battle
• Both the primary and secondary effects are useless if Kissling blows or gives a kiss and his aim is off
• Both the primary and secondary effects are useless if Kissling's lips are covered
• Both the primary and secondary effects are useless if the target has absolutely no exposed skin available to kiss
• Primary effect is useless if used on a target who doesn't feel like being physically violent toward anyone in the immediate area in the first place
• Secondary effect is useless if used on a target who already has the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
Range:• Single target attack; affects one target at a time
• Blown kisses can travel the distance of or hit a target up to 10 feet away before the magic fades
• Primary effect's reference of 'anyone in the immediate area' refers to a 10-foot-radius from the target
Duration:• Lasts 35 seconds
Specifics/OOC Notes:• Primary Effect: The player of the target can interpret as they see fit how and to what extent their character feels deterred from being physically violent toward anyone in the immediate area.
• Secondary Effect: The player of the target can interpret as they see fit how and to what extent their character gets the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them.
• How the target character reacts to the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them and what they may or may not decide to do about it is completely up to the target's player. They may choose to ignore the notion and not do anything at all or it may be a distraction to them and keep them from being able to concentrate during battle.
• This super attack is different from the first in that the kiss mark left by the magic is darker in appearance than the basic attack's. The super attack now has both a primary and secondary effect. The primary effect, though generally the same as the first attack, now extends to anyone in the immediate area instead of just Kissling himself.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Sealed With a Kiss!
Description: Kissling gives the target a direct kiss involving his lips in contact with their skin. Upon contact, pink and white sparkles appear in the air surrounding Kissling and his target. Kissling may break the kiss, but the sparkles linger in the air around the target and the target is distinguished by a very dark kiss mark where they were kissed until the magic fades.
Effect:• Primary Effect: Causes the target to be immobilized after the kiss is broken
• Secondary Effect: Causes the target to get the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
• Kiss at minimum is one made with direct contact made somewhere innocent (cheek, forehead, hand, nose, etc.), but the longer the contact or more intense the kiss, the more potent the magic and the more the target is given the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
Use:• Can be used thrice per battle
• Can only be used on a target that Sinope is close enough to have direct contact with
• Both the primary and secondary effects are useless if Kissling's lips cannot make contact with exposed skin
• Both the primary and secondary effects are useless if the target has absolutely no exposed skin available to kiss
• Secondary effect is useless if used on a target who already has the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them
Range:• Single target attack; affects one target at a time
Duration:• Lasts 15 seconds
Specifics/OOC Notes:• Secondary Effect: The player of the target can interpret as they see fit how and to what extent their character gets the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them.
• How the target character reacts to the impression that Kissling is infatuated with them and what they may or may not decide to do about it is completely up to the target's player. They may choose to ignore the notion and not do anything at all or it may be a distraction to them and keep them from being able to concentrate during battle.
• This eternal attack is different from the super and basic in that the kiss mark left by the magic is even darker in appearance than the super or basic attack's. Also, instead of just being blown, this attack has to be initiated through direct contact between Kissling's lips and the target's skin before the magic is successful. Though the eternal attack has both a primary effect and secondary effect like the super attack, the primary effect is different from the super's.
