Top -- Long, military trench coat that's black with purple (#6A177C ██████) piping. The collar of the coat is popped up like this and also lined with purple piping. The coat has long sleeves with folded cuffs lined with the same purple piping. His coat and cuff buttons should be the same dark gray/silver as his belt buckle. The trench coat is black with a dark gray shirt on underneath
Bottoms -- Dark gray pants tucked into boots like traditional Negaverse officers
Gloves -- None
Belt -- Black belt (like traditional Negaverse officers) with dark gray belt buckle
Shoes -- Black, knee-high boots like traditional Negaverse officers
Shoulders -- Purple piping across the top of shoulders and around the sides
Accessories -- None

Weapon:
Lieutenant Weapon: Flashlight (7.5 inches)

Captain Weapon: Stun Baton (15 inches) with a magical electric current that is triggered upon contact
(Magic: Electric Current)

For the most part Purpurite looks good, but generally speaking, a Negaverse general's weapon is a weapon, not a repurposed object. While a wrecking bar is certainly deadly, a General's weapon that evolves from a flat bar could be something like a trident, or a hooked sword, or some sort of polearm!

I'm also not certain I see the evolutionary step between flashlight and flat bar? Those seem like very different objects to me, and there should be some connection -- so if you can sell me on it I'm happy to okay it, but for now I'm a little confused!

Looking pretty good, but I want to ask what level of burns the General weapon can do, at maximum? First degree, second, third?

Sounds good! However, generally speaking Negaverse magic effects like that aren't always on; Purpurite would be able to have the magic work in short bursts with a cooldown in between. 10-15 seconds or so per burst would be okay, but with magic like this that's adding an extra layer of damage to an already pretty damaging weapon (you can do a lot with a spiked club, or even a stun baton without the electricity) there just need to be some limits!
