The tall slender archer sighed as he looked around. This is where the merch said they saw his brother. Issaly was here somewhere. With a Ranger of the forest who was all gun-ho about reviving settlement life or something high-handed. He sighed as he came up to where the Ranger was teaching kids how to hunt. This was something he remembered all too well. Crossing his arms his eyes narrowed on the male in question.
Great. An elder.
Isaris walked forward. "Oi!" his tone was deep. A tad disrespectful, but he wanted answers. If Issaly was here. He was going back to Jauhar kicking and screaming if he had to do so.

Jacinthus gave a smile as he watched Vhaile as he worked on preparing an aldabuk hide, intent on making it into aldabuk leather, which made him smile. He was getting a lot better as such tasks, meaning that he would actually make a useful hunter and provider for Yera. He had been a little worried about Vhaile for a bit but after the hunt for aldabuk the two of them had gone on he was starting to think better of him. He heard a voice to his side calling for his attention, causing Jacinthus to turn for a moment, then back again. The quick glance was, at least in his mind, enough and he said, "I thought that you were out playing with my nephew, Issaly." He was back already? The adventure must have been a short one? Strange, but if he was back it might be because of his wound? Curious he turned back to him, "Is it your ankle? Are you... Wait... you're not him." After giving the man before him a quick once over he realized this wasn't Issaly. He was bigger, stronger, likely older as well, but he had the same mark on his forehead. As mentioned by Issaly he was marked with the same ring of stones, meaning... a brother? Interesting that one might show up, though he was a little too late given the young man had wandered off to play with Aysun and their shared zoo.

Isaris' body language changed all at once. He went from standoffish to nervous. "You know where he is? Which way did he go? What about his ankle? I swear if that beast of a janarim hurt him..." the elder's hand went to his bow. Tightening as he gritted his teeth. He glanced to the elder waiting for the reply.

Jacinthus turned back to his students, watching them for a moment more, feeling as though the lot of them would be able to survive for a short time without him. Even Vhaile was catching up with the others so it should be fine he thought to himself before he said, "I will be right back, I have some matters that I need to attend to. The lot of you continue as you are, help one another." He then turned back to the Shifter boy that looked as though he was about to go on the war path over the janarim, not that he could blame him, he wasn't much of a fan of anything Oban. "Come along then." He said, moving to start walking figuring that if the prickly Shifter wanted to know about his brother that he would follow along after him. The two of them could do a lap or two around the village, make sure that things were alright, and chat as they went, "I can't say that I know where he is presently. He's wandered off with my nephew so that the two of them could go play with their pets." Something that he would never really understand. Why did they needed that many beasts...? No matter, there were just some strange people that enjoyed such pets he thought to himself, "As much as I don't care for the beasts it wasn't the janarim that attacked your brother, it was a group of witu."

Isaris followed the male at length quirking an eyebrow. "Humhp...I never trusted that beast. Nor the other large monster that chooses to be near my brother. The thing from Matori. You should see that beast in the water..." he shook his head. He never approved of the two large carnivores at his brother sides. The small things yeah...they suited his brother. Issaly wasn't a predator...he was prey. That being his view Isaris couldn't stand to know Issaly was out here on his own. "He's going straight home as soon as I can drag his sorry butt outta here." the youth muttered.

Jacinthus turned to glanced at the young Shifter as he complained about his brother's pets, finding that he... well, didn't care one way or the other. Such beasts weren't something that Jacinthus had ever been interested in, he wasn't a rider, wasn't a beast tamer, he was a hunter, all animals he went after were for food purposes. That people wanted to collect them and make friends with them, it was strange to him, but at the same time he seemed as though he didn't trust his brother as much as he didn't trust the beasts. Even calling him 'prey' though that was actually rather true of Issaly since he had gotten chewed on by those witu. "He could use some training to keep himself out of trouble, maybe a weapon or magic to defend himself with, to make himself appear less tasty to beasts like the witu. Even then though those particular creatures are stupid and greedy, they will go after anyone if they think they can get a quick bite." They even hassled Jacinthus despite his love of hunting witu. One of Jacin's ears gave a little twitch before he said, "There is no need for name calling, nor is there a reason to drag him off so soon. Especially when I am trying to talk him into staying here... though I doubt it will work out. He seems more like he just wants to follow Aysun around so they can join their zoos together." A thought that gave Jacin a headache just thinking about it. Aysun showing up was already enough of an event, if Issaly stuck around at his side it would be like a circus every time they visited.

Isaris paused. "Huh? He's alone with another guy?" Isaris was now debating on if he should get ready to kill something now...no wait. He stopped before he got ahead of himself. Isaris slowed to a stop and took a breather. "Spirits above this kid's going to give me health issues." the male shook his head. "What's your nephew like? Is it okay for me to trust Issaly to him for right now?" Isaris really didn't like that thought. Issaly needed to be back home. What if he got hurt worse than a witu bite!

"I'd hardly say he was alone." Jacinthus said, wondering what the boy before him was thinking... then found himself thinking for a moment about Aysun. His nephew was a nice enough kid, it was doubtful that he'd try anything, and given they were surrounded by a dozen beasts itw ould be unlikely even if Aysun wanted to. Still, it was a touch amusing to him that the Shifter seemed instantly on edge about the idea of his brother being 'alone with another guy'. Did that mean Issaly was into boys and his older brother knew it? Not that it was any of his business... unless his nephew actually did get involved with Issaly since Jacin had brought Issaly to Yera. As he was asked what Aysun was like he gave a thoughtful sound, ears giving a twitch, before he said, "Aysun is... a strange kid, spends more time with his beasts then with people, but I am hoping for his sake he grows out of it." He needed friends, actual friends, to hang out with his family more, maybe get himself a mate someday. He didn't need to spend so much time with those beasts of his or else he was going to become too antisocial. He should probably leave it up to his parents to deal with that though, he had his own kid to worry after. "I am sure that you can trust Aysun to a degree... though if Issaly shows up with more pets I wouldn't be surprised." Nothing Jacin could do about it if that happened, it would be Isaris's problem then, not his.

Isaris sighed. "I'm not worried about the beast thing...as long as he gets some that don't look like they'll eat him in his sleep. I can deal with a zoo." he ran a hand through his hair. "I'm on edge about him being near Oba. He isn't allowed in Oba." the young archer let out a sigh. "Ever again." He looked back up to the elder. He wasn't liking this situation. Where was Issaly? He had to get his brother back to Jauhar. Quickly. What if one of those loyal to that Oba were about? What if that Oba spotted Issaly again? He couldn't handle another argument like that one that had Issaly leaving Jauhar.

Jacinthus thought about that for a moment then shrugged. He supposed that there had to be something out there that didn't want to eat the kid? The problem being that he would need to have complete control over his beasts to keep them from eating something smaller. Somehow Aysun had been able to do that, so maybe having the pair hang out would be a good thing... save for them encouraging each other to get more pets and expand their zoos. "Back to Oba? Hm... yeah, no reason to go there without a good reason. The only time I will be setting foot in Oba is on my way to Matori." Provided he was able to bring his family on the vacation he'd been thinking about. The idea of being forced to go through Oba didn't sit well with Jacin but it would be worth it to get to Matori for a while. Turning to glance at Isaris he said, "The boys will return soon enough I'm sure, if you want to stick around?"

Isaris tilted his head. "Ah...well. I don't mind. I gotta get some practice in." He lifted his bow. "Is there a range anywhere around here?" He wanted to also blow off some steam from all this stress. He rolled his shoulders as he let out a sigh. This was a long week. What with all his tracker and crap...he looked up at a tree. "I need a hunting partner." He so wanted a Radaku that could take down a Janarim...just to have that insurance.

"Practice is always a good idea. Anyone that says that practice makes perfect doesn't know what they're talking about. Even if one pratices daily they still aren't going to be perfect, but at least one will be able to provide for themselves and others." That was how Jacinthus felt about it at least. Giving a shake of his head he said, "None that I use. When it comes to practice I bring those I am training out on hunts. To seek out seriffin, aldabuk, and at times witu when the latter gets too brave for their own good." Turning to look at Isaris he gave him a questioning look before he said, "There are plenty of other fledgling hunters in the area, I am sure that you can find a hunting partner among them. It's always a good idea to find someone around your age and skill level to train with." It would help both of them grow without having to compare themselves to some one who was better then they were.

Isaris nodded. He saw the logic in the elders words but every so often... "Every so often its also good to be led by an elder. You learn more through talk sometimes as well." He looked this elder over a bit more. Was this guy really adapt at handling kids? Isaris seemed nervous as he looked around for his brother. Truthfully, he was. Issaly and he didn't leave on the best of terms. As a matter of fact, Isaris regretted verbally threatening Abysio like he did in his anger towards Saraf. Sighing he shifted from one foot to the other as he thought of the sort of apology he could do to show Issaly he didn't really mean it. He might of barely trusted the monster but he didn't feel like having his brother hate him over that. Issaly was young, he didn't know any better of the borders between the tribes...Isaris never taught him that. Seemed that was the elder's mistake. Isaris crossed his arms as he let his mind wander...

Jacin nodded his head, "Yes, that is why I lead hunts, as well as lessons about what to do with the beasts after their taken down." It was a complicated and lengthy process that one didn't want to risk messing up. Which was why he meant to get back to the group of young hunters once he was done chatting with this one. Turning to look over at Isaris he gave him a long glance as the young man seemed to go off into his own little world. He found himself wondering what was on his mind, though if he had to guess he would say it was probably that brother of his that was out there running around with Aysun. As he had nothing more to say about that situaton save for what he'd already said he wouldn't speak up unless the young Shifter said anything more. Instead he merely continued the walk around Yera, his eyes scanning the area around them. It seemed to be pretty calm today, no signs of any witu trying to cause any issues with the village. It was always a nice feeling, having a peaceful day... or at least as peaceful as any of his days were since he'd been keeping himself busy recently in his push to get more hunters working for the good of the village. He found himself glancing at Isaris, giving him a once over, wondering if he might be hunter material. If he were he could be useful, in the same way that Issaly could be useful to Yera as another healer. The problem being that he really didn't want to deal with the two of them fighting it out every time they met. He didn't want his village to have to deal with the childish drama of a couple children that didn't get along. Perhaps if they started to get along he could get the both of them to stay a while? A nice thought in theory but he wasn't sure how well it would play out since he wasn't sure how at each others' throats the pair were at the moment.

Isaris was at a lost on what to do...should he stick around to drag his brother back? Does he let him go for now? He groaned as he walked next to the elder male. "Jacin...do you have little brothers?" he needed advice. He wasn't sure if this male would be willing to help but he had to at least try.
