Hobbies:
Reading || Will likes books. He likes consuming books, primarily novels, and likes debating online and engaging in fandom. He has Opinions about adaptations and how to best handle them. He will debate literary interpretation all night. Generally, it’s a pretty big passion of his, and something he finds it easy to make time for.
Research || There’s a lot of blank space in Will’s memory, and he figures he ought to fill his brain with something, so he spends a lot of his time absorbing whatever knowledge he can. Partially, this means more reading—but also it means watching documentaries and picking them apart, listening to podcasts, whatever he can do to get more and more interesting information. Knowledge is power, after all—and Will very much likes holding the cards.
Virtues:
Tactical || Will takes the long view of things, and prefers to work in such a way that each step advances a plan. Generally, these plans are to the benefit of himself and his closest allies, the people he has chosen to put his trust in. He tends to be very need-to-know about his plans, but that doesn’t mean he won’t share what he thinks is necessary. Generally, though, everything he does has a goal, or is part of achieving something larger.
Efficient || There are many ways to handle a problem, and Will, on the whole, always prefers the simple, direct, efficient way. He tries to not let his plans grow outside his capability to manage theme, tends to aim for solutions that are as straightforward as possible, and generally prefers to get things done.
Flaws:
Cold || Will is not emotional. Will does not show what he’s feeling, and rarely gets actively emotionally involved in things. Feelings are impediments, and make you make stupid decisions, and Will prefers to avoid stupid decisions. So, he tends to be frosty, distant, and reserved, and shut people out rather than letting them in.
Ends Justify Means || There are many ways to solve a problem. Will is very happy to choose ways that hurt, screw over, or otherwise damage people if he thinks they’re the best way, and he thinks the end goal is worth it. Quibbling over means when the ends are far more important is useless moralizing he has little time for. He’s not unnecessarily cruel, per se, but he’s not above brutality if it gets him where he needs to be.

Senshi: Corrupt Eternal Sailor Valjean, Senshi of the Revolution
Challenge: "There is a base violence necessary for change.”
Team: Team Faustite
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: A Song of Angry Men! Valjean speaks the name of his attack, and taps his fist to his chest. A ripple of red light bursts from him and fades away, and everyone within 8 feet of him feels seized by a sense of righteous, revolutionary zeal--conflicts are magnified, be they with enemies or allies, and all feel worthy of aggressive responses. Those affected by the magic are convinced that their cause is righteous, and whatever ends they must take to carry it out are valid. These effects last for 25 seconds, and Valjean can cast this spell three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Voice of the People! Valjean speaks the name of his attack, and taps his fist to his chest. A ripple of red light bursts from him and fades away, and everyone within 10 feet of him feels seized by a sense of righteous, revolutionary zeal--conflicts are magnified, be they with enemies or allies, and all feel worthy of aggressive responses. Those affected by the magic are convinced that their cause is righteous, and whatever ends they must take to carry it out are valid. These effects last for 30 seconds, and Valjean can cast this spell twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Blood of the Martyrs! Valjean speaks the name of his attack and touches his fist to his chest, and a circle of makeshift barricades, about five feet high, appears around him in a twelve-foot radius. Within the barricades, any injury done to first- or second-stage characters is transferred to third- or fourth-stage characters, including potentially Valjean himself, for the duration of the attack. Who takes injuries from whom is random, and determined with each individual injury - so there is not a direct one-to-one link. This lasts for thirty seconds. Valjean can only use this attack once per battle.

The Senshi of Valjean was kept locked in a tower, lest he incite rebellion by the people, from the moment he was Awakened until the day he died. Or, at least, that was the expected tradition. In fact, the previous Sailor Valjean was aided in escaping his tower on numerous occasions, giving him a view of the tyranny that his people suffered under--and in the end, he led a revolution, as expected. It was bloody, brutal, and ended with the planet's government in tatters and many dead, including Valjean himself.
