The cousins who might as well be sisters since they were as close as siblings, Elysha and Caely, had decidedly agreed to meet at an outdoor shopping outlet near their two bedroom apartment after their work hours. The plan was to hang out as opposed to going straight home and staying in their residence to unwind before the latter parts of their days largely meant for their studies as they often decided to. However, as Elysha wandered around and took to window shopping in the general area they had agreed to meet, she sensed a magical presence, a chaotic one.
She had then taken to attempting to maintain a casual front while trying to concentrate and see if she could locate the presence from where she was.
And then she got a call. Caely apologized and suggested a rain check on their hang out plans sometime soon, saying that she was still at her work meeting; that it had been extended. Elysha replied in the affirmative.
And thus, after that call, she proceeded to the location where she sensed the presence of chaos, transformed in a corner she thought fairly hidden away, and surveyed the outside of the establishment for a potential entry point that may provide one of the least noticeable routes for a break-in.
However, screams piercing the air prompted her to plainly jump up and simply resort to scaling the building. And when she landed on the roof, she saw Aptera looking at the explosion of activity in the inside of Water Gun War Zone from above before the page of Castor turned and saw her as well.

She sensed a presence of chaos here. And almost immediately after the realization struck her, Caely had proceeded to give Elysha a call to cancel their meeting and covertly transformed upon reaching the establishment she suspected as the lurking place of the potential threat to innocent lives.
And then, she was on the roof in a matter of seconds, looking down with a scanning gaze in search of a possibly abnormal sight of that of a youma, a monster of chaos.
But if she were more honest with herself, Aptera was finding that the [music] presently playing from the food pavilion directly below her so easy to dance to and highly distracting. A part of her wanted to do just that, break into easygoing dance moves to let the rhythm inspire her motions spontaneously. However, the part her mind that she was striving to listen to, the part that probably acknowledged that she ultimately did not want to run from being able to protect despite the trials, was telling her to focus on seeking out the threat of chaos that may very well be lurking just within her field of sight though obscured.
Then, in addition to the music, food pavilion patrons were taking food trays loaded with cakes to outdoor tables to snack on, which did not help her mission to stay focused on locating any hidden monster that may have to be warded off. As much as she was tempted to return to her civilian form, enter this place as a customer, have a piece of cake, join those who were having fun on the dance floor that now had been next in having caught her eye, she mentally shook her head to remember the order of her priorities.
Gradually, she became more able to tune out the melody enough to make a more thorough sweep of the view before her with her eyes. There were water guns in racks all around the vicinity. This establishment housed a park enclosed by the building around it that served as a frame in architectural shape. There was no roof of any sort, glass or otherwise, over the park. It looked a lot like other parks in Destiny City in general but she observed that care was taken to limit players armed with water guns to areas enclosed by fences and thus separated from walkways with benches and the like. A sign of reminders she could manage to read at a relatively close proximity to her hidden location at the moment allowed her access to printed lettering that verified such procedures despite her distance from it up high. Lamp posts and numerous other sources of light around the park encompassed by Water Gun War Zone implied to her that it may keep business hours that allow for water gun fights to be had late into the night.
It was a few moments of observation before the upbeat mixture of the park's orchestrated ambience and all the fun-filled screams and laughter in the area was jarred by a sudden yell full of alarmed terror that quickly escalated with additions so that the atmosphere morphed into one with panicked urgency and now instead included a cacophony of fear and confusion. A shuffle of movement caught her ears from behind her and pulled her darting gaze at that moment from searching for the source of the mayhem to pinpoint who had joined her on the rooftop. "Altair, great to see you and fantastic timing," her eyes had widened slightly with bright surprise and she sent the senshi a determined grin and greeting before quickly returning her gaze to resuming the hunt for a sighting of the owner of the mark of chaos who likely triggered the havoc unfolding below. She'd give this visual search a few more moments before she resorted to jumping into the fray with or without a sighting yet.
