hobbies
Cosplay - It's not the most illustrious hobby (in fact, Minoru isn't even that into anime or manga), but with a desire to be a model and zero networks in the field, he has made do with the next best thing: Posing for shoots at cons in outfits tailored to his size. Much to his chagrin, he has more connections in the convention scene than he does in the fashion world, so whenever there is a cosplay maker open to making outfits but not photogenic enough in front of a camera, he'd totally be willing to take their place as long as he could fit into said clothing. He doesn't judge based on the character nor the subject matter as long as he isn't stark naked at the sound of the shutter. He has even taken on his own handle, called Kin, to save face regarding who he is outside of this hobby.
Smartphone games - Like any other human being, Minoru needs something to occupy his time, but he hates putting a lot of effort into games that require a lot of grinding or, well, commitment. So when it comes to time-based smartphone games where one has to wait for results or to continue, he's totally, well, game for them as they don't require a lot of energy to play. Much to his chagrin, he's awkwardly attached to atsume'ing some nekos and is addicted to a point that he has spent actual money on it. Unfortunately, with a father that doesn't understand his obsession and a mother who will only smile and nod at his explanation of things, he tries to downplay his love of it. His favorite cat is Tubbs (despite their love-hate relationship) and he keeps a plush of the glutton on his bed.
virtues
Cordial - Minoru comes off as your typical gentleman; composed and ready to tackle the nearest complication if the need arises. A well-balanced etiquette and softly set manners have been chiseled into his heart by his momma dearest, so disrespecting anyone is out of the question. He is known to keep everything level, from his posture to his tone, and won't raise his voice at all. This causes many to see him as the lax and quiet type, which is actually not too far from his true personality, though he's a bit more of a bookish dreamer. He keeps to himself as a result, yet it doesn't take much to strike up a conversation with him.
Frugal - One lesson Minoru learned from his father and won't ever forget is frugality. Despite growing up in one of the higher income neighborhoods of Destiny City, the male was taught at a young age that nothing should go to waste and a life of extravagance and lavishness could have deathly consequences. Even his home was of the modest necessities and never decorated with all of the baubles, trinkets, and things that would certainly make the eye pop. Though Ayako, his mother, complained to her son about it from time to time, Minoru agreed with his father and thought it was the right way to live.
flaws
Lazy - Minoru is exceptionally lazy. If a chore takes more than a flick of his wrist to solve, he believes it is not worth his time at all. He pushes tasks onto others he feels more capable, charming them with fake-friendly comments to persuade them, rather than force them, since he is a bit of a coward and drifts away from confrontations and the like if they happen to catch onto his plan. He becomes a ball of frailty; shivering and sniffling, when they do. All in all, Minoru is more bark than bite; a coward that gets away with things by sugar coating lost souls with pretty words.
Indifferent - Minoru just... doesn't care about many things. Even if a dilemma has him as the source to blame. To the male, once an action is done, it's done, and he is powerless to undo or right the wrongs he's committed. It becomes the next person's problem to deal with, so he shrugs it off and goes on his merry way. This has infected every facet of his life as a result. With a face that never betrays its indifferent mask, it is sort of hard to tell who or what Minoru cares about. Due to this, even if he does care, some may be inclined to think he's not even sparing a situation a second thought.
history
In Japan, Hiroshi's father lived a relatively mundane life; going through the motions of his education and obtaining a job as a salaryman in Tokyo. He became so absorbed into work that he won favor from the branch of his section and obtained a promotion that would take him to the United States to work. While his mother was absolutely mirthful to know her son had worked himself up the career ladder successfully, she was distraught because he had zero success in love. She felt like he would never find someone as even throughout his years in school he didn't have many friends either.
With a few months left into his transfer and the worry that he had passed the ripe age to marry because he was thirty-one, Hiroshi's mother set him up for an miai—or marriage interview. Through this, he met his eventual wife, Ayako, a twenty-three year old fresh out of college. The age gap served to be a problem between them during the interview and correspondences thereafter, but that slowly became less of a worry the more they spent time with each other. They dated the few months Hiroshi had until he was to immigrate to the U. S. and, two weeks before so, they wedded. She moved with him to Destiny City where they bought a house and lived.
Like all marriages, theirs started out bumpy; this escalated by their years apart and how quick each were pressured into it. Somehow, both managed to make it work; their time apart with Hiroshi spending long hours at work and Ayako a housewife seemed to be a big factor. Minoru, their only son, was born to them three years into the marriage. He, in particular, kept Ayako grounded in her marriage; she coddled the boy since the day he was born and wanted to raise him right. Unfortunately, this sort-of backfired in that while Minoru grew up kindly, he was also exceptionally lazy. He put in the minimal effort when it came to his education. His fair grades weren't enough for his mother and she, being a bit of a tiger mom, always hounded him when it came to his education. Minoru tended to shrug her off to the point his laziness because a thorn in her side. Growing up, he hardly spent time with his father, but during the rare moments he did, Minoru enjoyed being in his company. He built a respect for Hiroshi that was surely exaggerated, but he holds onto it even as an adult.
When it came time for him to go to college, Minoru was incredibly reluctant to the idea. Instead, he had a desire to go into modeling; seeing it as an easy career to achieve as the only thing an individual did was walk up and down a catwalk. He never voiced this to Ayako, however; if he did, he knew she'd have his hide. Well, even she voiced concerns regarding him diving straight into college, so she pressured him into going to Sovereign Heights Preparatory instead to prepare him for the long haul ahead of him. But like his initial patterns in the past, he only contributed the barest essentials to his education as his mind was geared on becoming a model. Nowadays, Minoru partakes in cosplay shoots to assuage his desire to dress-up. He's also started openly dating others and loving multiple people, but never once let his mother know this as she carries the torch of her son settling down with a nice girl and making a family.
miscellaneous information
Minoru's only putting in minimal effort while at Sovereign Heights to appease his mother, Ayako. He's really hoping for someone or something to come along and introduce him to the world of fashion so he could start modeling.
When he finds the energy to leave his home and tear his eyes away from his smartphone, he can typically be found window shopping for clothing.
He is a cosplayer, albeit begrudgingly and with little knowledge of anime/manga because it is the closest things to modeling he has. He just wants to wear the clothing and participate in shoots.
Minoru's a polyamorous bisexual who can't stay committed for long. He's prone to break-ups because he falls in love easily and hardly contributes to relationships when his interests begin to sway. He appears to prefer the company of men to women, but won't press this matter if someone happens to capture his heart.
He uses smoking as a way to calm down and keep off snaking, but he isn't a chain smoker.
Minoru also drinks, but doesn't like getting drunk. Instead, he prefers the sociability of sharing a few beers with others. He's good friends with the owner of the bar he frequents most called June Nights.

  name
Takama-Ga-Hara, Page of Cosmos.
weapon
attacks
Page No magic, though Takama can commonly be seen smoking out of his weapon.
Squire A more ornate kiseru with a red tassel hanging from it. It's the length of his arm now. Takama takes two puffs from it and then dispels a cloud of smoke akin to stardust tinted blue-violet and dotted with tiny sparkles. Those who inhale the smoke would find their senses warped with dizziness and vertigo. The smoke covers a radius of eight feet and can be channeled for up to forty seconds. The attack can easily be countered with any wind-based attacks or a large enough fan-like instrument. .
Knight A solid gold kiseru with a red tassel hanging from it. It's still the length of his arm. Takama takes two puffs from it and then dispels a cloud of smoke akin to stardust tinted blue-violet and dotted with tiny sparkles. Those who inhale the smoke would find their senses warped with dizziness and vertigo. The smoke covers a radius of ten feet and can be channeled for up to sixty seconds. The attack can easily be countered with any wind-based attacks or a large enough fan-like instrument.
summons creature
Genkuro, a turquoise-colored fox the size and weight of an average red fox (approximately sixteen inches long nose to tail and twenty-three pounds) with red accent markings on his face. A teal, orange, and red obi is wound about his middle. His summons is kept in a bracelet Takama wears on his right wrist.
summons ability
Genkuro can summon and shoot white balls called hoshi no tama at an opponent that explodes on contact. Upon doing so, the target may suffer from slight burns. He can use this ability twice during battle.
miscellaneous information
Takama's indifferent on the war between Order and Chaos. A better way to put it is he couldn't care less; as long as extremists on either side aren't encroaching on his free time or trying to shove their beliefs down his throat, he'd hear them out.
Takama is incredibly reluctant to fight since it takes effort to do so. He will try to defend himself if he feels like he is in danger, but is more inclined to run away than engage someone.
Despite his indifference to even being a knight in general, Takama's incredibly fond of his wonder because of how quiet it is. He frequents visits there whenever he can to think and smoke the white grass grown in the fields.
Speaking of smoking, it is the one thing he can always be found doing when powered-up. He'd even spare someone a puff if they wanted to try the white grass he smokes, and subsequently get a good chuckle when the person is overcome by the plant's ill effects for first-time users.

 about takama-ga-hara and mythology
Takama-ga-hara (高天原 "the Plain of High Heaven") is a place in Japanese mythology. In Shinto, Takama-ga-hara (or Takama no Hara) is the dwelling place of the kami. It is believed to be connected to the Earth by the bridge Ama-no uki-hashi (the "Floating Bridge of Heaven").
In Shinto, ame (heaven) is a lofty, sacred world, the home of the amatsukami. Some scholars have attempted to explain the myth of descent of the gods from the Takama-ga-hara as an allegory of the migration of peoples. However, it is likely to have referred from the beginning to a higher world in a religious sense. A Shinto myth explains that at the time of creation, light, pure elements branched off to become heaven (ame). Heavy, turbid elements branched off to become earth (tsuchi). Ame became the home of the amatsukami or gods of heaven, while tsuchi became the home of kunitsukami or gods of the land. The amatsukami are said to have descended from heaven to pacify and perfect this world).
Ninigi-no-Mikoto (瓊瓊杵尊?) (also Ame-nigishi-kuni-nigishi-amatsuhiko-hiko-ho-no-ninigi-no-Mikoto) is, in Japanese mythology, the son of Ame no Oshihomimi no Mikoto and Takuhadachiji hime no Mikoto, and grandson of Amaterasu, who sent him down to earth to plant rice there. He was the great-grandfather of Emperor Jimmu. His name also appears as Ninigi (瓊瓊杵).
Amaterasu sent him to pacify Japan by bringing the three celestial gifts used by the emperor: the sword Kusanagi, the mirror Yata no kagami, and the jewel Yasakani no magatama. These three gifts signify that the emperor is the descendant of Amaterasu herself. The account of Ninigi no Mikoto being sent to earth appears in the Nihon Shoki.
past life and wonder information

Past Life Information Name: Ninigi. Gender: Male. Ages: Eighteen at start of knighthood; thirty at death.
The care and handle of Takama-Ga-Hara was passed down to individuals come the death of the previous knight. The only interrelated aspect of each knight was that they were criminals who took on such duties to be forgiven for their crimes. In the case of Ninigi, he gave in to a life of servitude to Cosmos instead of one behind bars after killing a certain Neptune knight. He claimed it to be an accident, but considering his history of pillage and murder with a gang of criminals, his claims were dismissed. After a year spent at the Academy, he took on the title at eighteen, and continued until his death at the reign of Chaos at age thirty.
There wasn't much difference in both temperament and mannerisms to Takama-Ga-Hara of the past and his current reincarnation. Both cordial and down-to-earth when it came to others, Ninigi was also pretty lax with the responsibilities of his wonder, and frequently traveled the cosmos instead of tending to the fields and shrine. It was hard to believe such an individual had a youth full of strife and crime. Even he seemed ashamed of his past and actually sought to do good during his duties as a knight to achieve a semblance of redemption. Being a knight seemed to fit him well as it instilled in him a wanderlust that just couldn't be fulfilled. Since Takama-Ga-Hara planet-hopped frequently, he also took on many lovers and cared for all of them equally even if he didn't visit them often. With each heart he won and those that subsequently won his, he would tattoo a black ring about his fourth finger to bind his feelings for them.
Wonder Overview Like the castle from which all Cosmos knights drew their power, Takama-Ga-Hara was a desolate, quiet place bare of any life. A wide expanse of field far as the eye could see illuminated the cosmos with white grass that seemed to perpetually glow, even when plucked. One could travel through these fields for what felt like an eternity without finding any notable landmark or decoration of interest. If a traveler was lucky, they may find signs of life; typically empty bottles of sake or plates forgotten where a meal was eaten or lost to the thick vegetation that covered the wonder. Whatever the cause, these signs offered explanation for the field's main use: Takama-Ga-Hara was erected as a open sanctum to Sailor Cosmos, but was akin to a roadside attraction than an actual place of worship. Before an individual stepped into Takama-Ga-Hara, they would have to cross the bridge, Ame-No-Ukihashi.
Donations were accepted at the shrine erected in honor of Sailor Cosmos at the center of the field, but such profit was of little use to the wonder's knight due to his constant travels and the treasure he found along them. It was more of a custom that went along with the action of praying at the shrine for Sailor Cosmos's protection and blessing. As if to congratulate anyone capable of finding the shrine, dozens of red tassels were strung up from it. Crafted by Ninigi himself, they were a sort-of souvenir to be freely taken by anyone who followed the act (or not, it's not as if he was bodily there to keep count).
Flora and Fauna Takama-Ga-Hara's fields are covered in a thick, white grass that glows softly in the backdrop of the cosmos. If a blade is pulled from the field, it will continue to glow until a confounding magical force (such as Chaos, but even certain senshi abilities will do) contaminates it. Come this, the grass would wither to a dark brown. Though the grass doesn't have any medicinal properties, it could be smoked like tobacco, and this was a common venture done by those who relaxed in the fields. Unfortunately, it took a few rounds for one to situate themselves to the grass; first-timers are usually hit with bouts of dizziness and vertigo. However, the grass produced a pleasant taste and smell that could bring calm to whatever troubles the smoker had. This attracted a number of users. Eventually, the grasses were used in incenses instead, and that became the more favorable way of enjoying it. Even after this option popularized, Ninigi continued to smoke it, and like all other knights of Takama-Ga-Hara, he did not suffer from any ill effects.
There were no notable fauna that lived on Takama-Ga-Hara and, as stated before, the fields were usually barren of life. Due to no natural predators, this caused the grasses to flourish, and the tightly knit clumps didn't allow other plants or insects to thrive save one Ninigi affectionately called houki boushi, or shooting stars, for the white trails they left as they streaked through the fields. They were small, round insects akin to woolly aphids that ate at the roots of the white grass. While they were plentiful on Takama-Ga-Hara, they did not serve to be a problem due to how quickly the grasses sprouted and their relatively short lifespans.
Notable Locations There was only one notable location on the wonder and that was the shrine erected to honor Sailor Cosmos. Though finding it could be a hassle as one had to travel to the direct center of the wide field to pay it a visit, view of it alone was a sight to behold. The main path consisted of red torii that marked the way to the entrance of the pure white shrine. After climbing a staircase to the elevated foundation, one would see an ornate display put together in honor of Sailor Cosmos under the sway of innumerable red tassels hung from the suspension bar holding the shrine's awning up. Thickly braided ropes with large bells coiled before a offertory box were used during prayers and multiple incense burners sat on a small shelf to the left of these if one felt inclined to light something for the Sailor Cosmos and/or the wonder's knight along with their prayers.
In the past during the years of the first knight of Takama-Ga-Hara, there was supposedly a river that ran beside the shrine, but it dried up. Following the zigzagging remains upstream toward the source would lead to a collection of white boulders arranged in a circular fashion. It was believed that Takama-Ga-Hara and other Cosmos knights would sit on them and hold council regarding a number of matters they felt needed to be addressed about their knighthood. As Cosmos knights became more independent, the site lost its significance, but during the rare moments the last Takama-Ga-Hara visited his wonder, he could be found sitting on the largest one and smoking out of his kiseru.
Society People did not actively live on Takama-Ga-Hara, so no society or politics existed on the wonder; though in the past, it did have its uses as a place to hold council. Travelers would come and go as they pleased without being pressured to bide their time. Instead, the only rule was to respect the wonder and don't bring ruin to the shrine erected to Sailor Cosmos. Considering the great power of the senshi and the white lie given by Takama-Ga-Hara that damage of any kind would be punished personally by her, this was never done by outsiders out of fear. Instead of rules or sanctions, the wonder was controlled by customs. It was customary for one visiting the shrine to honor it by bowing to it and pulling one of the ropes to sound a bell of blessing; then a donation would be made to the offertory box; two claps would be given and then a prayer asking for a blessing and protection from Sailor Cosmos and/or Takama-Ga-Hara with incense optionally lighted beforehand; and then one final bow and taking one of the tassels if one felt inclined to do so.
