It Mano didn't know better he might actually think that he was losing the sense that the Gods had granted him when he found himself starring at Kyrian. Wait... surely he was seeing things? Kyrian was with his family in Sauti, wasn't he? He didn't seem as though he was going to end up in the middle of Jauhar, alone at that, when he'd met with him. He seemed more the stay at home sort. Still... it really did look like him, something that actually caused Mano's heart to skip a beat. He hadn't really spent a lot of time with those that he met, and only once did he meet up with the same person twice... though he hadn't exactly realized that until after the second meeting. The idea of actually finding one of his old friends a second time, getting to chat with them all over again, was a rather exciting prospect.

As he approached Kyrian he found himself looking him over, wondering if he were alright. He looked kind of... sad. That might be why he was lead to him, huh? Another blessing from one of the Gods or Goddesses, he was meant to find his old friend, and cheer him up! He'd have to say it was either the guidance of Ome Essd or perhaps On'os, likely the latter since Mano was convinced he was On'os's favorite son.

Pausing at Kyrian's side Mano put his hands on either side of him on the tree, leaning over, and said, "Hello there, my Golden Haired beauty, it really has been far too long. How about you give your best friend Mano a kiss hello?"

Mano seemed to be quite pleased as Kyrian threw his arms around him, giving him the kiss that he'd asked for though it was on the cheek. Still, it was more then he could have hoped for and it had him smiling, "Mmm, I missed you too, Goldie." He murmured, then found himself starring, a little surprised, as Kyrian was suddenly clinging to him in tears, "Kyrian?" He murmured, a touch worried about his friend, "Are you alright? Are you hurt somewhere?"

As the other said that he was sorry, that he was just happy, he found himself wondering if that was all. Settling down on the fallen tree that Kyrian had been sitting on he was easily able to pull the smaller male into his arms and onto his lap, giving him a tight, squeezing hug before drawing back a little look down at him, "I missed you too." While he'd much rather a bright smile to a river of tears he supposed that he might get there if he gave Kyrian enough hugs and kisses... speaking of which! Leaning over he gave him a kiss on each cheek, before giving a little laugh, "I normally prefer sweet kisses to salty ones, but I will take any I can get with a cutie like you."

Mano blinked, his eyes going a little wide, as Kyrian told him his story. A friend of his, who remained nameless likely to keep Mano from punching said person, had actually abandoned poor Kyrian this far from his home? Likely a good thing that Kyrian wasn't using names he thought to himself before he gave him another hug and a kiss on the forehead this time, "Well, you aren't alone right now, I'm here!" He told him, not wanting for his golden haired friend to think that he just meant to get a couple of kisses before vanishing. Sure, that was sort of his M.O. but when it came to a friend in need he would stick around him... though he was sort of on a mission to go to Matori, wasn't he? Well, he could always scoop Kyrian up and carry him with he thought to himself.

"There is no need to apologize, Kyrian. You seem to have gone through a lot, so there is no reason to force yourself." He said, lifting one hand to sooth it through Kyrian's pretty hair, his touch currently a gentle one without any of the normal flirtaiousness that might have. He was all for flirting, all for getting kisses and hugs, but he was definitely not the sort of take advantage of a friend who was hurting. Maybe after he was feeling better and back on his feet he'd be back to his normal levels of flirting, but for now it was more like flirting light.

Mano gave a slight jolt as Kyrian set to squirming about in his lap, leaning over to fetch something out of his bag, and he was forced to tell himself to behave. He wasn't supposed to be flirting with Kyrian, not presently, he was suppsoed to be playing the part of a good friend! He wouldn't let himself mess that up. Flirting could be saved until later, once his friend was feeling better about everything, and no longer had teary eyes. Giving a smile as Kyrian settled down again he looked at the flute that he was showing off, "It's very nice." He didn't know all that much about musical instrument since they weren't something that he really played himself but he could still tell what a nice one was compared to a normal, everyday one. Not a lot in the way of knowledge but it was something, right?

Giving a smile as Kyrian suddenly fretted over his hair Mano lifted a hand up, ruffling it, likely only making it that much messier before he said, "I don't mind you looking a bit mussed up, Kyrian, I'd say that you look rather nice with bed head." He told him, before he gave him a gentle smile as he sighed again. He had been really hurt by the one that left him behind, huh? Poor thing he thought to himself, one hand soothing against his back.

"What am I up to? Well..." He thought about it for a moment, wondering if he wanted to bother Kyrian with what he was doing when his friend was already seemingly stressed out. After a thoughtful moment he said, "I'm heading for Matori, to seek out answers... you know, you're welcome to come along... though I'm sure you'd probably prefer to head home and not to another strange land, huh?"

Mano turned his head to look toward the creature that was fluttering around them, giving a smile, watching as the creature came to land on Kyrian. It was a strange, brightly colored beast, one that he'd seen before though only ever from afar. He starred for a long momen tbefore he said, "Well now, this thing is rather cute, isn't it? It's a... nondwa, yes?" He lifted one hand slowly to brush it against the creature's head lightly, then gave a smile. It was a pretty thing, wasn't it? Soft too, though not what he'd choose to spend his time with if the choice were between the large moth and Kyrian. Not as though it was a choice he'd have to make though he was sure.

"Another one? A radaku?" Mano starred for a moment before he started to laugh, "I swear everyone I know has a radaku, I am starting to think that I am missing something by not having one of them as a friend." He'd wondered in the past if he should try to find one of them for himself and he was wondering the same thing again now given that even Kyrian had one in his thrall.

Giving a little nod of his head he said, "I don't mind helping even though I am loathe to let you off my lap." He gave Kyrian a playful wink before grinning.

Mano watched as his friend slid out of his lap, saying that they wouldn't be able to search for Kyrian's missing pet if he was sitting on Mano's lap. It was truth, of course, but it was still a shame to have to lose him. LIkely for the best though since he'd just get in trouble if he kept Kyrian in his lap all day. He was supposed to be acting the part of the good friend that he was after all and if he stayed too close to Kyrian then he would be tempted... and that kiss hadn't helped. Sure, it was an innocent sort of kiss, the kind one shared with friends, but still, it gave Mano ideas. What might it be like to get more then just little pecks from Kyrian? Thought that the water tribesman instantly quashed though, wanting to behave himself. Kyrian had enough on his plate without having to deal with an amourous friend after all.

Giving a smile he said, "Let's see if we can find that missing pet of yours then." His smile brightened then as Kyrian said he'd give his request some thought, "No rush, I don't want to push you into anything that you aren't ready for... and I know that a journey that far is a rather big step." He didn't want to drag him along all the way to Matori when he wans't sure after all. That really wouldn't be fair of Mano, just because he didn't want to make the long journey alone. The journey, as well as what waited at the end of it, was his problem after all.

"Let's not worry about that though, instead let's go find your pet." That was something easier to deal him, something that might cheer Kyrian up. At least he hoped so.

Mano gave a little laugh, following along after Kyrian, in hopes of find the little creature that had apparently run off on his own. The little creature was in a playful sort of mood, huh? Trying to lead them on a good chase or to play tag, perhaps? Whatever the game was he supposed that it was something that they were going to have to play along with if they wanted to actually find Kyrian's pet. The rush forward brought them to a rather pretty place, a secluded one as well, that just seemed to have been created by the Goddess Hatald to draw in lovers. It was something that had Mano giving pause, looking around the area, and gave a happy sort of smile. Now this was definitely a place that was going to get him in trouble if he wasn't careful he thought to himself in an amused manner.

His attention then turned to look over at Kyrian and he said, "Peaceful? I suppose that is one feeling that the place could invoke." Best to agree with what Kyrian was thinking since it seemed as though his golden haired friend wasn't really looking at the place in the same light that Mano was seeing it with.

"I'm the first person, huh? Interesting." One would think that he would prefer to have brought his 'special someone' here first, but it was possible that he was left behind before that could happen? Walking over to the pressed grass that Kyrian was looking at Mano squatted down, patting it with a hand, and he grinned, "This is definitely my sort of place." He purred, feeling that the beds of grass could really benefit anyone that visited this place. Something that made him want to stick around a while longer... though it was a little dangerous to do so.
