Almost all of the time since her cousin Caely moved in to share her two bedroom apartment with her here in Destiny City, [Elysha] was one hundred percent happy about this positive change to the days that had been her usual thus far after she herself moved to this city not so long ago. However, today was definitely one of those days with mixed feelings about the aforementioned fact in all honesty.

Caely and Elysha both arrived at the venue at the same time since Elysha and Caely also gladly now have agreed to share the use and maintenance of aspects concerning her car. Elysha, however, decided to stay in her parked vehicle a few minutes longer while Caely went into the museum ahead of her.

Finally what followed her breathing in deeply was that she opened the door beside her seat in time with her exhaled breath and then moved to enter the museum as well. She was stated that she'll be wearing red with her hair up in a bun according to her cousin's briefing. And so along with her dress, stockings, and heels all being in black to hopefully keep her warm in any cold temperatures that may be met at points during the day through her determined clothing color possibly keeping hold of more easily absorbed heat longer, she complied in also opting to wear her red coat to complete her [attire].

And now here she stood beside the marker indicating the Featured Local Artist exhibit. She checked the red envelope's message by quickly pulling it partially out then pushing it back inside the paper sleeve and closing the envelope to be clipped between her fingers again. And then she went about her wait while allowing her bright gaze to smilingly continue to take in all she could see of the museum from her present position.

As she waited and looked around from where she stood, Elysha began to have a feeling that she was forgetting something. And then, she felt a need to cough. And she then turned her head to one side just when she felt the sudden itch in her throat heighten and muffled the sound that insisted on escape with the shoulder of the arm she held her small purse with in the grasp of that hand.

It was probably taking some medicine or scratch that actually buying medicine to begin with that she had forgotten again. Today was busier than usual at work and she had intended some time in the passed week to buy cough syrup to cut off a cold before it got too far underway but things just seemed to get busier and busier. Or, she thought next that it was probably just poor organization on her part. There was so much she needed to improve upon.

So far cough drops have been keeping a full blown cold at bay and then she had a look to check if she remembered to add more cough drops in her purse. Aha, and now between her fingertips she held one such of what she had sought by the twisted end of the cough drop's wrapper she had pulled from out of her purse's side pocket just as her stomach growled audibly and she heard a greeting directed at her.

Eyes wide in surprise at her abdomen and the greeting she received had darted and landed to who had addressed her. "U-um, h-hello," she greeted with a slightly trembling smile that was accompanied by a generous amount of blushing with her embarrassment as she waved slightly with one hand as the wrapped cough drop in that hand swung from one side to the other. And she realized that it was the chewy snack bar she had left in the car that she forgot to eat before entering the venue, brought along for the ride here so that when she eventually parked she added to the count of few on the go meals that comprised of similar in size and nutritional value as to what she had consumed for energy that day. Alas, said snack bar was probably just seated and bored in the car right now and Elysha was distinctly wanting to trade places with it at the moment.

But, the torture did not want to end. Her stomach growled again, "I-I'm so sorry, m-my tummy, gah, I'm trying to send it a message to be quiet. I-It was busy at work today and I-I think it's seeking revenge on me and how I prioritize." She tried again for a brighter smile as she motioned gently to the side of them then lifted her hand holding her purse so that she was able to toss the wrapped cough drop that had taken to bouncing about in her hold back inside where she had taken it from to begin with. "T-The museum is larger than I realized initially, its more amazing in size than I-I realized at first." And then she fell silent in the next moment to stop her repetitive nervous ramble in an endeavor to delete it from her system at least for right now.

"I-I, u-um," her mind was racing as she tried to think of what would not be of greater inconvenience; on one hand she might bother him with her tummy rumbling if her hunger persisted in admonishing her and on the other she didn't intend on sending any sort of mistaken message that she wanted to get out of this event as fast as possible, "I-I am h-hungry admittedly b-but I-I'd also like to see the tour n-not skip it. I-I'm sorry for t-the mess I'm making." Her apologetic gaze darted from the man before her to the exhibit sign as she tried to will herself to decide on a suggestion that seemed sound. And then upon suddenly having remembered she hadn't introduced herself, her flustered gaze moved to him again and held with her following words, "Oh, a-and, I'm so sorry I hadn't requested if we may please exchange names in person sooner, how rude of me; m-my name is Elysha." And with that she also politely attempted another smile that was hopefully not so ridden with worry with all her slipups and extended her hand so as to offer him a handshake.

Elysha's smile widened brightly as she felt relief that she had managed it seemed not to ruin his evening to irreparable extents so far and sent him running for the hills. She silently prayed that she'd keep up being tolerable to be around and hopefully improve at being so in the process of all this. She again remembered for a second too that she had pranked her cousin and been pranked by her cousin to join this event; then also hoped that her cousin wasn't finding herself in great difficulty attending this event and considered that they may think twice pulling a repeat of such pranking in the future if they might agree they had not thought consequences through more thoroughly with regards to their pranks having to do with this event. All the while that her mind raced, she willed a part of her to keep up with what was happening with what calm she could mix into her bearing.

"Rik, h-hello," but if she had thought to say anything else after those three syllables, she forgot what as he leaned toward her. With sudden puzzled surprise in momentary response, she began to blush without knowing it, her brows rose slightly, and her eyes widened a bit while she blinked several times in quick succession with the transition of her expression in continuing reflection of her feelings. Somehow she had managed to keep her smile from being completely overwhelmed by her nervousness and found her voice again, "Um, y-yes, okay."
