Fallout 4's first DLC is just weeks away from release. What could they be? Post your guys idea's and opinions here!

Who cares what they make, I love everything about Fallout! I'm just hoping the new weapons will include the Chinese assault rifle!

A DLC in New York would be fun! I'm also hoping for some short of Enclave Remnant mission.

Here are my thoughts:
-The Chinese AR is already in the game, it might have been scrapped content but what I think is more likely is that we will have DLC that has to do with China via the Yangze (spell?) Submarine that will involve the gun and probably a new environment. It's not too much of a stretch to think that after the quest, Captain Xao will take you to China or something to that effect.
-Sure is a lot of water on that map for there to be nothing in it. I speculate that we will get some content that puts us under the water. I'm sure everybody remembers the scrapped harpoon gun and underwater quest, we might actually get to see it.
-I don't expect too much, if any enclave content. They gave us the X-01 armor and there might be a small side quest with like one character from the old enclave but it's been done, ya know?
-I would love to see some DLC involving Vault-Tec, we are so used to VT being a devious entity that exits only in the past, but what is we had some vault-tec remnants and a story revolving around them, maybe set in colorado where Vault 0 is? that would be a cool throw back.
-I WANNA SEE NCR STUFF, I WANNA SEE CAESARS LEGION STUFF, I WANT ANYTHING NEW VEGAS
-and here are some quick wants:
more dunwich corp. stuff
more guns from previous games
more references to old games
changes and fixes to the base game (maybe let me finish the game without killing a whole group of people, lead the BOS, Take over the institute with another faction, etc...)
just give us some light vehicles already or at least let me fly a vertibird
