Personality: Falan is a quiet mouse of an imp. Always does his very best at whatever he does. Will try to help with homework, even if it's not something he really knows. In friendship, he gives himself over absolutely to the point where he can be taken advantage of and he doesn't handle not having friends very well. He can be fretful, but he is sweet. He can get jealous if he sees his friend with other friends, but once he feels secure in the friendship (which isn't easy), he doesn't mind seeing less of that friend because he knows he's still thought of and cared about. Has a hidden, but wicked sense of humor.

Personality: Bookworm. He loves to read and learn about anything and everything. He tends to be detached in his interactions, trying to be polite but not really engaging. Rarely will he initiate a conversation, but if drawn into one, will participate unless the topic bores him, in which case he may politely listen or excuse himself depending on how he feels about the speaker.
He doesn't like his things to be touched, and gets annoyed when he finds anything out of place. Can likely be found obsessively rearranging things like books. A place for everything and everything in its place.
He comes across as very serious. He tends to be analytical, and may not understand some social nuances. It can be hard to make him relax, but once he does, a lot of his idiosyncrasies go away and while he still gets twitchy about things being in the wrong place, he isn't as liable to openly get upset. He's more likely to relax in places that aren't his space, because then it's not an area he feels he needs to worry about.

Personality: Tobias is quite shy and unsure. Second guessing himself a lot and indecisive in what he says, he wants to make friends but doesn't know how. He tries to smile and act like he's happy, but he's not and when alone tends to break down and cry. He hates to draw attention to himself at all, though he tries to make sure he's heard when he has to talk so he doesn't have to repeat himself and extend the amount of time that attention is brought upon him. He gets angry at himself whenever he makes a mistake, even an imagined one, and thinks everyone sees him as an idiot.

Personality: Naosu is happy. Extremely so. That is pretty much the first thing people might notice about her. She's peppy and chirpy and extremely tactile, loving to touch and be touched. When with her friends, she will try to lean on at least one of them if they're sitting or try to hold their hand or arm if they're not. If you befriend her, be ready to be snuggled! Talking to her can be interesting since she enjoys speaking in third person and occasionally in a more child like and less grammatically correct manner. This might give the impression that she's impaired, but the honest truth is she simply enjoys being strange. She'll talk normally if she's given reason to or asked, but much prefers having fun with syntax. She sees little point in being serious all the time, though anyone worried she might be flippant about serious matters need not fret. She knows there are times when her joyous manner would be inappropriate and can behave accordingly.

Personality: Atem is blunt in his observations and comes off as pretty serious. He fusses terribly when he gets dirty at all, and tries to keep his appearance neat. He is very vain about his hair. He isn't rude on purpose, more that he speaks before he really stops to think about what he's saying or if it's appropriate. He'll try to correct himself if he realizes he's been inconsiderate.
His family is rather purist and also somewhat absent, so he has absorbed ideals without understanding why they might be wrong. While not intentionally racist, he thinks less of hybrids and hallowed. People to be pitied and he hasn't yet been obvious enough in this viewpoint to be corrected.

Considerate of others feelings, he tends to try and be a mediator when there's a conflict, or if it doesn't involve him, to stay quiet and avoid attention entirely. He would much rather be reading a book or writing a story than worrying about the drama of others.

Personality: When the barrier came down and some of their people chose to venture out into the world, his parents drew lots to decide which of their five children would be the one to represent their House and Hitotsu drew the short straw. The eldest son and heir to the estate, his parents tried to tell him he could choose not to go, but he wouldn't allow his honor and bravery to be questioned and told his parents to choose another heir among his siblings, as they still had two sons and daughters to choose from. Now he has come to learn, and experience a whole lot of culture shock.
He is extremely serious and arrogant. His family is highborn and he is quite powerful in his magics, also being the firstborn made him favored and spoiled. Of course he has manners and won't make it easy to be called out on being rude, but he considers those around him to be beneath him. As the culture shock gets to him and he realizes just how little he knows however, that may change. Society itself may teach this Kumiho some humility!
Fun fact! He and his siblings are all named after Japanese numbers.

Personality: Solemn, serious and bitter, Enomu has issues. He tends to approach everything with a nihilistic view, and when he speaks it tends to be in a flat monotone. If he finds amusement in something, it tends toward the dour and he never seems to show any truly positive emotions. He is obsessed with a necklace that he never takes off for any reason and woe betide anyone who tries to take it from him.
He's also a Medium, which does absolutely nothing for his state of mind.

Personality: Of a servant caste, Kimuri was lucky to be able to leave the Kumiho at all. She is incredibly grateful for the chance since her situation wouldn't have allowed for advancement among her own kind, but out in the greater world she hopes to have a chance to make something of herself.
Soft spoken when she speaks at all, demure and self-effacing. In spite of her wishes to make more of herself than she is, she can't shake her upbringing and could well be taken advantage of by those who present themselves as being of a higher status, especially with other Kumiho.
