She was at it again. Elysha was by now somewhat accustomed to going through questions by the dozens and more at a time via a variety of sources that include but are not limited to websites and question bank programs. However, it felt like one way or another nothing had changed, that there still seemed to be just as endless an amount of potential questions she can review with as before when she first initially started going over questions such as these for review in the first place. And yet, she knew despite that aforementioned feeling that still persisted to prevail despite her knowing better, that there was in fact changes no matter how small that were taking place. Really now, how was it possible that both of such contradictory elements, knowing and feeling two separate perceptions, can be experienced at one and the same time, she wondered.
But, Elysha pushed her pondering aside again as she took up the pen she had rested on the page she was assembling at present. And she went on to add to the notes she was building to continue on where many other constructions of notes have been and also undergone the very similarly conducted process over time.
Another question was in front of her now, no surprise there.
And now for sure she gave herself a mental shake of her head to get herself back in the zone. Then her eyes began reading said question's contents.
This one was about a woman in her 30s. Elysha sought out the chief complaints presented by the patient, which were scattered throughout several sentences. They included the patient not having experienced a menstrual period for the 6 months leading up to this point as well as having noted within the last 7 days some milk production from her breasts despite not being pregnant. Elysha went on to note that she is taking no medications as well as other factors pertinent to being categorized under her history, such as how many healthy children she has and the recent experience she shared with the physician during the doctor's visit. Elysha admitted to herself that she was unsure whether to categorizes the 3 months up to this point of headaches as part of the patient's chief complaint in relation to being part of the main symptoms of the condition she is attempting to unearth from the case. And then she considered that same uncertainty with regards to the optometrist's finding of reduced lateral vision as well.
Elysha tapped the covered end of her pen lightly against her cheek as she racked her brain for differentials that she could further consider or eliminate from the list of multiple choice answers accompanying this review question. After a number of beats of time doing just that however, she shifted back to the question to complete reading it with what the results of the physical examination drew focus on in what was mentioned in more specific detail.
Finally, she opted for the option that said Hyperprolactinemia and pressed submit to receive the automated feedback that would explain why that option was either incorrect or correct.
