((I hope you feel better soon!))  When Yuki sat down inside the limo, Leon scooted closer to her and put his arm around her, holding her close to him. In the meanwhile, the driver started the engine and they began rolling through the city streets, towards Leon's home. He was saddened to hear her story, and it showed in his eyes. "I'm so sorry that you had to go through what you did, Yuki..." he said solemnly, gently caressing the side of her face. "I promise you, things are going to be much better now. You'll live a happy life, and you'll never see the inside of another cage for as long as you live."
"Is there any way you can return to your realm?" asked Leon. "I mean, I know you'd like to see your mother again, and I'm sure she'd love to see you as well. If there's any way I can help you re-unite with your family, I will gladly do anything I can."

Yuki glanced to the male as she felt his arm go around her shoulders.Was he for real? He seemed far too kind to be a master, or want her for slave reasons... But Yuki couldn't help but doubt him a little bit.. He did, afterall, look for a wife in the slave warehouse. But he didn't seem to want her for work or forced attention... She looked to him as he promised her a happy life, and that she would never see the inside of another cage for as 'long as she lived'. "Well... Hopefully you're right. Being part vampire part dark angel, I'm probably immortal, but I haven't had an attempt to kill me since my father tried..." She replied. "Not that I'm asking that anyone try to kill me, that is.." She added with a smirk.
Yuki looked back at the male in surprise when he asked if there was any way she could return to her realm. She nodded slightly, looking forward again. "There is a way to get to my realm... It's a bit of complicated magic, but basically I need to open a doorway-like portal.. It drains a lot of magical energy, though..." She explained.

"Well, if you ever want to visit your realm, feel free to open up a portal." offered Leon kindly. "I'd love to see your realm as well - but if you don't want to take me I can understand." He wasn't sure if her people would be as accepting of a human as she was. And now, the issue of food... Leon imagined that Yuki must be hungry after being stuck in that slave market for so long - but what did she eat, exactly? "So... being half vampire and angel, what do you usually eat?" he asked kindly. "Are you able to consume human food? If you need blood or anything like that, I can arrange for you to have it."

A small smile crossed Yuki's features as Leon offered for her to open up a portal if she wanted to visit her realm. She nodded slightly at Leon as he said he would like to see her realm as well. Blushing a bit, she looked down, seeming a bit nervous. "To be honest, I don't think I could face my mother alone... And I would be honored to introduce her to the man who rescued me." She replied shyly. Being shy wasn't one of Yuki's usual traits, but she had a slight fear of her mother being angry with her, and knew she would be less likely to make a fuss of anger in front of someone she didn't know. And to make things even better, she would be in front of the man Yuki owed her freedom to.
Snapping out of her thoughts as the offer of food was brought up, Yuki smirked slightly as he asked if she consumed human food. "Luckily I don't consume blood, being a hybrid.. I eat human food, and actually can't stand the sight of blood, which is kind of ironic, given the 'vampire' part." She added the last part with a chuckle, smiling at him. 'I'm quite the competent cook, but if you're willing to visit my realm before we eat, I'm sure my mother will most likely want to celebrate with a celebratory meal." She added.

Leon was glad that Yuki had agreed to take him with her to her home. "Well, that's great!" he said, kissing her upon the cheek. "I look forward to visiting your realm, and meeting your mother as well." Leon then chuckled at Yuki's remark about blood. "Yes, of course I'm willing to visit your realm before we eat..." he said kindly "You can open your portal and do whatever you need to as soon as we get home." Soon enough, the limo had pulled up outside of a large, majestic mansion. It was surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained gardens... and beyond that; miles of pristine wilderness.

Yuki blushed slightly as Leon kissed her cheek and expressed excitement about visiting her realm and meeting her mother, as well. Smiling a little shyly, the hybrid looked down at her hands, glanced at his, obviously pondering something. Nodding as she internally questioned whether or not to reach for his hand, Yuki looked up again and over at him. She began to reach for his hand, blushing and hesitating momentarily, before placing her smaller hand on his. She leaned a little bit against him, still smiling a little shyly and feeling slightly awkward. Pausing for a few seconds as he agreed to visit her realm before they ate, a happy excited smile flashed across Yuki's face. She was about to see her mother again!
Getting caught up in the excitement, Yuki lost herself for a moment and kissed Leon, almost crying happily. "T-thank you so much!" She almost sobbed. Quickly, the girl pulled herself together, although she looked both overjoyed and like a nervous wreck. Calming down slowly, Yuki looked to Leon again, blushing from embarrassment for her outburst. "You should know something.. That is, if I haven't explained it yet..." She began, taking a breath and pausing, before looking to Leon. "My mother... is ruler over the dark angel's realm... She's Queen..Technically I'm a princess, but I always used to sneak out of the castle to the villages... That over-curiosity is what got me captured. She always sheltered and confined me to the castle.. I guess that's what drove me to want to be free from all the rules of hers..." Yuki explained. "So when we get to my realm, my sudden presence may cause a commotion. I mean, I'm sure you'll be safe, but my mother may be upset with me... Who am I kidding? She'll be furious with me after the initial shock of seeing me sets in.." She sighed. "If there's one thing I can't stand, it's seeing my mother, or anyone for that matter that I love when they're angry with me,..." Looking to Leon, Yuki smiled slightly. "So.. to have support from you makes it a little less frightening to return to visit..." She added, patting his hand..
Suddenly Yuki noticed the limousine had stopped. Looking out the window, the hybrid's jaw almost hit the floor. "I didn't know this world had such luxurious manors... Even past master or mistresses had smaller houses in comparison... Now those homes seem like one room cottage homes compared to this.. It's amazing!"

Leon could tell that Yuki was already liking her new home, and he was happy for this fact. She deserved to be somewhere she was comfortable, after all...
"You're more than welcome, Yuki... it's the least I could do for you." said Leon kindly, wrapping his arm around her and leading her towards the ornate front doors of his mansion. He gasped, surprised to hear that her mother was the Queen of the Dark Angels. "So, what would your mother think about me?" he asked, gently squeezing her hand. "Would she approve of you and I being together? She wouldn't mind the fact that I am merely a human, would she?"

Yuki blushed, smiling a slightly shy smile as Leon spoke so kindly towards her. It was nice to have someone genuinely kind to spend time with. Someone who genuinely seemed to want what was best for her... Who didn't treat her as a slave or an owned object. She smirked a bit, as he seemed surprised to hear her mother was Queen of the Dark Angel realm. Giggling a bit at his shocked expression, she tilted her head slightly when he asked what she thought her mother would think of him, or if she would approve of them being together and not mind the fact he was, in fact, human.
A warm smile crossed Yuki's features. "Thank you.." She replied in response to his first statement. "It's almost unreal, y'know? ...I mean, I've been treated like a slave, sometimes even as poorly as an owned object... To meet you, and to have your acceptance and approval right away... It's... It's like words can't describe how lucky I feel I was to have you come along.." She added softly, smiling at him. As he wrapped his arm around her waist, she blushed and smiled a little more cheerfully. She paused as she wondered what her mother would think... She knew that her mother wouldn't reject him for being human. "I know my mother wouldn't reject you for being human. She's a very accepting woman...And I know she'll be as grateful to you for rescuing me as I am..." She replied. "I'm sure she may be a bit hesitant about our relationship at first , but she'll like you, I know that much.." She continued, before pausing and smiling at him warmly. 'But she won't reject you for being a human.. The only way I could see her rejecting you, is if you were abusive. And you're like a big, sweet teddybear from what I can tell. I can't see any thoughts of you wanting to hurt me, and I don't think any abusive thoughts could even cross your mind, let alone want to be abusive." She added. "The biggest importance to my mother is my safety and happiness. And you've taken me from the danger and given me safety, and I'm sure we'll have happy times. So just be yourself when we get there. She's a really kind and caring person with a big heart, and I'm sure she'll see the same in you." She finished with a smile, leaning over and kissing his cheek.
"I'll open the portal now, if you're ready..." She said with a smile.

Leon nodded his head, smiling "And I feel like the luckiest man in the world because I found you." he said, kissing her on the cheek. "You're the beautiful angel of my dreams; you are everything I have ever wanted. I promise, I will be yours forever. There's nothing I wouldn't do for you, my dear - I'd even give up all of my wealth if I had to." Leon then breathed a sigh of relief at Yuki's next words, hearing that her mother wouldn't reject him. "I promise, I won't give her any reason to reject me." he said solemnly. "I will never hurt you. In fact, I couldn't even dream of hurting you." "Yes, I'm ready" said Leon, nodding. He removed his arm from around her waist and stepped back away from her, giving her enough space to work so that she could open the portal. His heart pounded in excitement. Not only had he found the girl of his dreams, he would be going to another world; a place that few, if any humans had ever been before.

Yuki looked down awkwardly, a little red in the face, as she felt a little shyer than she usually was. Especially around Leon. She was a little awkward around men, especially the rare type of master that was a genuinely kind person. She usually didn't trust men, but Leon had earned her trust... She could only hope he wouldn't do anything to break that hope she put into his kind words. She turned a little redder in the face when he kissed her cheek and expressed: in an almost poetic way how he felt about her. Part of her was a little skeptical. How could one fall in love so quickly? The part of her that did trust him was angry with her other half for being skeptical of him.. She felt conflicted... But if he was faking... Her mother would be able to tell instantaneously.. But as he continued to speak, her slight distrust that his kindness was just all a cruel joke began to fade. Smiling a shy, yet warm smile at him, Yuki nodded, before giggling slightly as he said he wouldn't give her mother a reason to reject him, and with such conviction. "I'm sure you'll do fine." She replied, smirking slightly. "Just a warning: she does like to tease people. If you see a sparkle in her eyes, then she most likely is about to either embrace you or embarrass you." She told him with a chuckle. "Also, she is capable of doing both at the same time. She's a wonderful person, but very hard to live with and take seriously as a queen." She half-joked. She turned to face a blank space of the mansion's wall. Cracking her knuckles, she closed her eyes and muttered the summoning spell under her breath, before extending her hand, palm forward to the wall. Continuing the chant, she began to form a glowing, portal to her realm on the wall of the mansion. The small orb began to grow and soon was the full size of double doors. Smiling as she looked into the vision of her homeworld, if one looked into the portal, the doors to the throneroom of a castle appeared to be shimmering inside the portal.
Looking back at Leon, the girl smiled, linking arms with him. "The portal will close once we enter, but I can re-open once we want to come home." She said with a grin. "But... Just so you aren't caught offguard... She's most likely going to be expressing an array of emotions towards me. And it's very likely one of those emotions will be anger. She won't get upset with you, though. Unless you did something like mention where the king is, or my father.. Whatever you do, don't mention my father." She warned. A little bit of a sad and slightly fearful look showed in Yuki's eyes. Taking a shaky breath, the girl led Leon through the portal and suddenly they appeared before a magnificent double archway carved, wooden door.
Suddenly an authoritative woman's voice pierced the silence that had only lasted moments. "Stop right there! Not just anyone can enter the throneroom!" The woman called out. "Take another step and I'll be forced to take you into custody."
Yuki smiled, obviously knowing this woman, as she turned to face her. "You haven't changed a bit, Melinda." She replied, showing her face to the woman, whom was the head of the castle guard. The woman's eyes widened in suspicious shock. "P-Princess?" She demanded. Yuki responded with a slow nod. "Yes, yes.. But please, you know I don't like it when you call me 'princess'... Just Yuki is fine." The female guard gasped. "IT IS YOU!" She said, a little too loudly. Yuki smiled as the woman practically bolted up to her and swept her off of her feet into a hug. Giggling, Yuki hugged Melinda back, before the woman noticed Leon. "Who is this?" She asked, setting Yuki back on her feet. "And where on earth have you been?!"
Yuki giggled as she was set down, smiling up at the guard, then glancing to Leon. "Well, why don't we properly introduce ourselves once mother knows I'm here." She suggested with a smile. Melinda nodded solemnly, before going in front of Yuki and the male she didn't know, yet, to open the throneroom doors. Yuki looked to Leon and smiled, linking her fingers with his, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze. "That's Melinda. She was and probably will once more be my personal guard and sparring mentor.. She's been like an older sister or an aunt to me.."
The doors were opened, and Melinda stepped in, going down to one knee in front of the throne, where a woman sat, leaning on her elbow on the armrest, and staring off into space. Smiling, Melinda spoke. "We seem to have a returning party." She said vaguely, to get the Queen's attention. The woman looked up, before gasping. "Yuki!" She cried out, springing up and over to Yuki, grabbing her and spinning her around off of her feet and lifting her into her arms, hugging her closely. "Where did you go?! More importantly; WHY did you run away!?" The woman demanded as she set Yuki on her feet, tears now formed in both Yuki's eyes, and her mother's. The woman shook her tears away and hugged Yuki again. "Never-you-mind... You're alive and safe, and that's all that matters to me..." The queen added, noticing Leon. "This man... Who is he?" She asked.
"He is special. I owe my freedom to him... To make a long story short... I've been in the slave trade two years... I was captured the second I set foot on Earth's soil..." She sighed. "I ...I suppose my curiosity got the best of me, there. But ..." Yuki looked to Leon and smiled. 'Someone genuine came along, and this is who that genuine person is..."
'My name is Isabelle. You already know Yuki's, but your name, young human... What is it?" The queen asked.
{OoC: I want to express my thanks for your patience with me. I've been going through a lot lately, and it keeps me from Gaia-ing a much as I was.. Also, sorry for the wall of text. No need to match it in length. I went on a bit rambly. XD }

((It's all right, I've been pretty busy with work myself recently.)) Leon chuckled when Yuki spoke about her mother... "From what you say about her, she sounds sort of like my little sister." he admitted "I'm sure they'd get along well, if they were ever to meet... Not sure how Liz would feel about teleporting between universes, though. Plus, medical school is keeping her pretty busy these days..."
Leon immediately stopped talking when Yuki began to utter the summoning incantation. His eyes widened in fascination as he watched the portal form on the wall of the mansion. It was beautiful and mesmerising in it's own way, like nothing he had ever seen before in his life. Once the portal had grown to full size, the swirling colors within resolved into the image of a castle throne room.
Leon then nodded his head in understanding, agreeing not to mention Yuki's father. Considering what the b*****d had done to her, he could understand why this might be a sore subject. Taking a deep, nervous breath, he took a hold of Yuki's hand and stepped with her through the portal... and the next thing he knew, he was inside of her world.
Leon remained silent and Yuki and Melinda spoke, when he doors to the throneroom were opened, he allowed her to interlace his fingers with his own, and followed her into the majestic, impressive room. The emotional sight of mother and daughter reunited caused Leon to smile, and brought tears to his eyes as well.
When Isabelle asked Leon for his name, he bowed respectfully before her. "It is an honor to meet you, Your Grace." he said. "My name is Leon Hawke. I rescued your daughter, Yuki from slavery." He then took a deep breath, trying not to appear like a nervous wreck. "Someday, with your blessing, I would like to take her hand in marriage."

Yuki giggled as Leon bowed to her mother and referred to her as "Your Grace" She knew her mother didn't mind being referred to as a Queen, but instead, preferred to be treated normally. Yuki looked to her mother and noticed the warm smile she had on her face. Approaching the young male, Isabelle placed her hand on his shoulder. "Rise, young one. As much as I appreciate your politeness, there is no need for such formalities." She told the man softly. "Anyone noble enough to help my daughter escape the hands of slavery has no need to be so formal with me. Just call me Isabelle." She added with a smile. She looked to Yuki and smiled. 'Besides, from how happy my daughter seems around you, I have a feeling we'll be more than strangers to each other."
Yuki blushed, looking down awkwardly. Hearing her mother chuckle, the hybrid turned even redder in the face, realizing her flustered expression had been noticed. She looked to Leon, who seemed really nervous. But anyone would be, in front of a royal they didn't know well, in a realm they weren't familiar with. Yuki's eyes darted to her mother's, to see how the queen would react to the last thing Leon said about asking for her blessings in marrying Yuki. She was surprised by her mother's reaction. Isabelle chuckled and smiled at the young male warmly. "As long as you can keep her under control, you have my permission. She's not always this quiet and nervous. She's just on edge and behaving because she knows if she sets me off, she'll be dealt a well earned punishment." The queen replied, prompting Yuki to blush in embarrassment. She couldn't stand when her mother referenced punishments, as she was always punished in the way a disobedient child would be. The hybrid's one weakness happened to be this type of punishment, as it brought back memories of her childhood. Yuki felt a bit pathetic to be afraid of being spanked still, as she was over eighteen and her mother still frightened her when she was angry or tried to discipline her..

((Sorry if my reply sucks, I've been working about 60 hours a week. I'm exhausted physically and mentally, and I'm not feeling so great. Think I'm coming down with a cold or something)) Leon rose to his feet and smiled, feeling relieved when Isabelle spoke. He was feeling a lot more comfortable in this realm already, and he looked forward to having her as a mother-in-law someday. He was even happier when she gave him her blessing to marry her daughter. He wrapped his arm arm around Yuki, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "I promise, I will treat your daughter well." he said, nodding to Isabelle. He then turned to Yuki. "So... what shall we do now, my dear?"
