It had been two whole years since the teacher exchange program had come to Amityville Academy. The students who had attended those special holiday classes had undoubtedly learned a great deal about the day-to-day workings of Christmas Town, but two years was a long time. As the school's Interholiday Liason pointed out, there were likely many, many newer students who had never experienced the JOY of Christmas.
This year, they aimed to change that.
Sign-ups for the Cup were open, and once again, the flyers changed overnight. All of the public spaces on school grounds from the hot springs to the auditorium were plastered with them: cheerfully colored scraps of paper advertising an upcoming Christmas-influenced Amityville House Cup.
