This event operates differently than the other three you have previously participated in. For the Festive Fight, your character will be battling a doppelganger of themself, decked out in a thoroughly ugly holiday sweater. In addition, the evil copy will be wearing an item or two that somehow seems to correspond to the color of your student's heart pin.
Students in year one should battle with their usual stats and FEARs. Year two and three students, however, will feel a tingly stirring in their heart pin that gives both them and their doppelganger extra HP (for math reasons explained below!). To clarify, your stats are as follows!

Please check the spreadsheet and use your heart pin color to determine the look of the doppelganger your character will face. This is only for RP flavor, so if you want the doppelganger in a different sweater or naked or holding something completely non-Undertale related, it's not going to break anything.
While you're looking at the spreadsheet, grab your strength stat. Before you start your fight, subtract this amount from your doppelganger's HP. If you haven't yet used your luck, subtract it from their HP as well!
Fight! Take note of how many turns it takes you to defeat your doppelganger. Copy your form into the last post you make and indicate how many turns it took.
Scores for this event will be determined by subtracting the number of turns it takes your character to beat their double from 15. This is why HP values have been changed. Autodamage is designed to bring your character to 0HP in fifteen turns, barring the use of HP-draining FEARs.
Because of this, healing FEARs are not recommended. You will not be penalized if you heal and subsequently end up taking more than 15 turns to defeat your boss, but you will not receive any points for defeating them in more than 15 turns either.

This thread will be locked on December 20th at 11:59pm EST so that points may be tallied without anyone making edits while we do so. If your last post was not edited to include your filled in form prior to that, your character's attempt will not be counted. Following the conclusion of the entire event, threads will be unlocked so that RP may be added/edited if you so desire.

Once you have defeated or been defeated by your copy, it disintegrates in a poof of black smoke and a set of stairs appears at one end of the darkened stadium. At its top, a participation medal awaits. There is no snack.

You feel BRAVE as you stare down your doppelganger.
Battling. It wasn't her best. She could outlast her opponent. She could burn them up. But when it came to physical combat, she was overpowered easily. It was the reason she was trained to avoid and deflect attacks until an opening was made or she discovered weaknesses. However, when the demon ghoul stepped out into the stadium, a reflection of herself met her in the lone light. She had hair similar to her out, her eyes the color of caramel that sat in the pan for too long, she walked with an air of superiority. However, she wore a really, really gaudy green-red sweater, wore an orange beanie similar to her own, and a single orange glove in one hand. The doppelganger paused in her strides then taunted the first year into attacking. Brenna obliged, she came in close to close the gap - a tactic she generally avoided - but if this double was like her, they shared the same (dis-)advantages.

The pair of hellhounds danced around one another like a choreographed routine. She would throw a strike, but have it deflected by the double's forearm as it went into retaliate. Brenna would do the same, keeping the strikes to a minimum. A blow for a blow, but the double was a tad swifter.

Putting distance between the two of them, Brenna called forth her hellfire - the blue flames that her family was known to use. She let it well in her hands as she disengaged as the doppelganger gave chase, sending out a wave of fire toward it. The double stumbled back, flailing briefly as it fought the flames. The flames that did not burn but freeze, cold as the ninth ring below, the flames did some work before dissipating.

This was going to be Shiki's first fight, and he was nervous about it. He had no idea what would be in the room once he walked in, and when he saw how dark it was his heart stuttered a bit.
The boil before him looked just like him, The boil was a kitsune, wearing a yellow hat and... well how strange same fox ears, same tails... same.. It was him!
Shiki tilted his head a bit, not sure what to do at first. Could he make friends with the boil? Shiki moved closer to the boil that was in the middle of the room, but the boil, rather than smile at the young kitsune in the way Shiki was at him, shifted to a fighting stance. Nope, not friendly. Shiki was going to have to fight back.
Doubling its efforts, the orange-clad double worked harder to get into close combat with the student. Blow for blow, she was able to parry away most strikes that the reflection threw. However, she wasn't perfect. She wasn't trained for close combat. She took hits every time they went into a bout.

The kitsune boil hissed a bit and ran forward, swiping with his claws, pale eyes narrowed as he laid his ears back tails bristling. He was not going to lose this fight, or if he did he was not going down without a good fight back. As he got close the clone swiped back at him eliciting a small yelp from Shiki.
This copy had the same sharp claws he did, and didn't seem any less adverse to using them than he was. This was not going to be an easy fight. Shaking off the shock of the moment, the pale boil bared his sharp teeth and started to slowly circle his opponent looking for another opening. The copy, just as wary watched him as well, a smirk upon its lips.
Brenna threw a fist, the double wrapped her arm around it, straightening out to throw the ghoul off as it came back with a two hit strike that had her on the ground and slightly dazed.

With the best menacing growl that she could muster, she was on the double with swipes of claws and punches. "YOU! LOOK! HORRIBLE! IN! GREEN!!!!!"

Once more the pale kitsune leapt in to strike the other boil, but the copy lashed out first stunning the pale boil. Shiki shook his head a bit clearing it before kicking as hard as he could at the copy's leading leg. The yellow clad copy seemed a little shocked at being kicked and glanced down at it's leg as if to check to see if that indeed was what had been hit.
Shiki grinned and jumped back, eyes sparkling a bit, he was starting to enjoy this, and it was showing in his slightly perking ears. He hadn't really had a chance to fight since enrolling in the school, actually had hadn't a chance to do anything other than come to this event. He bounced a bit and watched his copy, wondering what to do next.
Tit for tat, the pair shared a blow to each other's faces.
