All staff purchases, earnings, and how much things cost will be seen here. Staff will keep their points updated as they earn them, and as they spend them.
Staff, please keep a to-do list of all your current work in your post. Do not repost your log when the month has turned over. Simply edit it.
If you were made staff before 8/1/2017, you must divide your previous SC by 500 to get your new SC point total. Round up to the nearest whole number.
In the case of a major, shop-wide event, staff may forfeit their chance to enter the event if they spot a premade that desperately want and claim it. Staff are not allowed to play in games hosted by the shop, but if a customer runs a game and states that staff may participate they can play in those games.
Staff may, every month, grow a child through the staff-specific growing methods. This cannot be used for anyone but that particular staff.
Staff may not have SC purchases dropped officially until their owed work (work older then 30 days) is done. If you have work older then 30 days, you NEED to finish that work before you can receive a SC purchase for yourself.
- For every 5 NMs/DDs you create, you earn 1 SC. This is stackable as you can turn in your work literally every time you reach 5 NMs/DDs. This counts for premades, customs, and breedings.
For breedings, 1 stone → freshling = 2 NM/DDs.
When you grow a kid, it's counted as another creation, meaning another 1 out of your 5 needed to an SC.
Picking up a growth in the Retired Colorists Growth Thread counts for 2 NM/DDs.
10 Certs = 1 SC.
Premade/Custom Familiars/Trinkets, 25 = 1 SC
For each NEW RACE you get 4 SC NOTE: This is only for races that have been approved by Bitter Owl & Embi-lamb and have a set date they are going to be released.
For each set of 12 Faces/Hairs = 1 SC.
For new Familiars/Trinkets… Just lines, for every 4 = 1 SC. For lines + shading/highlighting, 2 = 1 SC.
For Loremasters and Assistants:
As you guys work on a different system entirely, things will be a little different.
For Loremasters:
For every 3 games you judge/run, you'll receive 1 SC
For every MAJOR event (HJ/HH/WS) you run, you'll receive 2 SC (this means getting the skeletons filled out and posted up)
Meta's will be awarded SC individually as we see fit
Major shop lore additions will be awarded SC individually as we see fit
For every 5 completed quests critiqued and approved, you receive 1 SC.
For Assistants or Misc Stuff:
For every 25 familiars you home, you get 1 SC
For every list you add more than 35 things to, you get 1 SC
For every 10 kids you move on the server for homing purposes after an event, you get 1 SC.
You may use your points at any time, with no monthly limits on any purchase. You simply need to have the points to do it.
Staff do not add points depending on the stage. The cost of a Nightmare/Daydream covers all stages.
- 1 SC = 1 NM/DD. ANY NM/DD. Including megahybrids.
1 SC = per breeding stone. Add 1 SC per twin. Maximum of 3 stones.
1 SC = 1 full redo (new lines, new clothes, new shading. etc.)
Staff get 1 free growth a month so long as they did work for the shop that month.
For Familiars/Trinkets/Alt Art:
Make 1 NM/DD and turn it in to us. For each time you do this, you earn 5 slots to use on Familiars/Trinkets/Alt Art. You must state that you are aiming to get them when you turn in your work. You can also do this with touching up old shading on a previous NM/DD. This does NOT cost you SC points. You cannot turn in familiars/trinkets for this benefit, you must turn in a NM/DD. This stacks with turning kids in for SC.
