 At first glance, Daeris' house is very luxurious and nice.. This.. Is true. Every room is decorated about the same. White, sometimes curtains, rugs, some brown and grey in certain rooms. There is a living room, kitchen, dining room, and several bedrooms, as well as a laundry room and pantry. Other than that, there are several other rooms used for various purposes. Generally, guests are allowed anywhere, but there is a door leading down into the basement which is kept locked all the time. Daeris is the only one with a key. Even the maids hired to clean are not allowed down there. It's very dark, but going down those stairs, one would find a large basement under the entire house, full of various equipment for torture. Some of which is bloodstained, but the room is surprisingly neat and clean, despite its evident purpose. ((This is the best my tired mind can do.))

The ride to Daeris' house was pretty short. Only about half an hour before the taxi pulled up in front of her house. She payed the driver, then got out and waited for her new pet to join her. Only then would the car pull away down the street. She just walked to her house, glancing back over her shoulder to make sure he was following. If he wasn't.. Well, she would just have to make him, wouldn't she? Not that she expected to have to. She unlocked the door and pushed it open, gesturing for him to go inside. "Welcome to your new home~"

Shane got out the car following his new caretaker into the home looking around hands in his pockets. "Wow nice house ya got here." he said chuckling looking around somemore before walking ahead getting a good look of the home

Daeris walked inside after Shane, nodding slightly in agreement with what he said as she closed the door behind them. "I know." She stretched, then added, "You can take the day to explore... And find a shower." He was still covered with his own blood, but it was drying and quickly becoming a sticky mess of nastiness. Not that she really cared, but what would other people think?

"What do you mean a day? I will still be exploring and living in the lap of luxury now." he said continuing to the kitchen seeing the pantry opening it. "Where is the 'adult' drinks?" he said laughing a bit looking around the kitchen not minding his blood stained clothes.

Daeris rolled her eyes, then softly stated, "One day to explore, then I expect you to start your... Duties." She smiled warmly at Shane, then followed him into the kitchen. "Adult drinks? Those aren't for you." No, she wasn't going to let him have those. Well. maybe if he was good, but probably not. She crossed her arms over her chest as she added, "Go find the bathroom. And get clean." She was a bit hungry, so she decided to make herself a sandwich to eat.

"Shane doesn't do duties." he said simply before walking off going to his room to shower. "Who does she think she is." he said upset from her words she told him. He opened the door to his room closing it before undressing and getting in the shower. "Ahhhh, been awhile since I've been in a nice shower."

Daeris smirked at Shane's words. He didn't do duties, did he? She would have to see about that.. If he was smart, he would do as he said, but she would be more than happy for an excuse to punish him. He was, after all, her property now.. And, while she was talking with him and such, she definitely viewed him as such. She took a bite from her sandwich as she put away the extra ingredients.

Shane got out dried off and fully dressed. He felt good since all the dirt was off and he was clean. He yawned leaving the room walking around wondering why this house was so damn big. "There has got to be more than this." he said walking a bit faster to explore.

Daeris finished her sandwich, then she.. Was bored. What to do... Eventually, she went to the living room, which had a large tv in it, and put in a movie. Specifically, a horror movie. She wasn't one for those sappy movies with the happy endings. She liked the nightmare fuel where everyone died horribly by the end. Today, her movie of choice was "Hose of Bones". She was in a mood for a movie about a killer house, so why not? She smiled as she sat on the couch and pressed play after putting in the DVD and letting it go to the menu. It wasn't quite as dark as would fit her tastes, but for a movie made by humans, it wasn't at all bad.

Shane walked into the kitchen once more taking out some meat int eh fridge warming it up and eating it as he was horribly hungry at the moment. He savored the food with every bite before turning his ehad hearing a scream and some noise. "Hm?' he followed the sounds until he stumbled upon Daeris watching a movie.

Daeris let out an annoyed sigh as she heard the scream, then turned her head to see one of the maids. That poor girl was one of those people who was easily scared, hence her screaming when she entered the room and saw what was on the Tv. The movie was only just barely getting to where it was creepy. So far, there was just the woman who was the psychic in it pulling hair out of her throat.. Not the most pleasant scene, but Daeris surveyed it with an air of boredom, after waving off the poor maid. She relaxed on the couch as she watched the movie, seeming completely at ease. She didn't even look up when Shane walked into the room.

"Hey watching a movie?" he said looking at her wondering what was she watching. The scenes are pretty gruesome and some were just plain crazy. "Do you like things like this?" he said pointing to it wondering what her answer will be

When Daeris heard Shane's voice, she looked up and smiled at him. "Yes." She chuckled as she looked back at the screen. The movie really didn't get super crazy in the beginning, but things were starting up. Oh, she loved the buildup, when it was done so well. She nodded slightly as she continued watching the moving images on the screen. "Care to join me?"

"I would rather go outside and smoke." he said leaving the room heading to the backyard sitting in a chair looking at the night sky. HE sighs rubbing his head wondered what he gotten himself into this time. "Living with a damn psychopath...." he said softly to himself still looking at the sky
