Karaoke - Lia and Haeli, her sister through adoption, like to bond often through karaoke. Lia would have fun singing by herself or with a group of friends in the orphanage, but it was a first for her to encounter instrumentals of songs that go along with words lighting up on a screen to follow with Haeli. And as Lia gains new friends at school, karaoke is an activity she likes to share the fun of with them as well though she still continues delightedly singing alone and more often now to music videos. Basketball - Lia would joke that she is a puppy at heart that loves to chase around a basketball and ever since she found out her zodiac sign she also playfully would say that being a Taurus can explain why basketball is her favorite sport and Jordan is her favorite basketball player. In all seriousness, the orphanage she called home for her first seven years fortunately had a basketball hoop and it was a group activity she became fond of to play basketball together with fellow orphans; and she happily continues to delight in the sport.
Virtues:
Upbeat -- Lia tries hard not to get or stay upset. Some examples of her upbeat nature includes when she felt down about not being able to have seconds at mealtime or when she tripped and was instructed to slow down for her bandaged knee to heal, she isn't one to pout and cry about her sorrows for long, especially for continuous days after days. Instead, she looks for other activities to help her take her mind off of what she feels sad about like singing. Competitive -- If a competition, such as basketball as one example, catches her fancy, Lia is game to take part at the opportunity to do so. Even an impromptu invitation can potentially snag her interest to compete like, "Let's race!" From her own experience, competitions are one type platform by which she improves technical and social skills.
Flaws:
Tearful -- Lia will shed tears when a situation or story pulls at her heartstrings as touching or melancholy. This doesn't mean she will dwell on it excessively, but she will not fight the feeling of wanting to cry for a bit as a response to what she is witnessing or thinking about. Sure she can attempt to hide the crack in her speech when she is close to tears and endeavor to hold off her tears until she can find a place to cry, and this is because she isn't adverse to letting out her tears and then carrying on. However, she has become able to recognize when for any reason there are others around her who would rather not be an audience to her tears, seeming to find her tearfulness bothersome. Loud -- It isn't uncommon for Lia to need some form of reminder to keep her voice down whether by noticing her loudness herself and making adjustments or by being told by someone. When she is trying to make a point during an argument or having a lot of fun or reading a flyer she finds interesting on a street bulletin board or curiously appearing and reading the computer screen beside her sister or other such similar circumstances, the volume of her voice increases.
Sailor Scout Attack: Canis Minor Dingo Growl Canis Minor extends clasped hands in front of her and opens them with palms up to reveal a dingo of a teensy size performing an action that is associated with her attack's purpose at her declaration of her attack's name. The dingo that is revealed is growling and those within a 7 foot radius around her are unable to attack her for 15 seconds. This attack can be used twice daily and the casting of it can be interrupted before the dingo is revealed, such as by startling Canis Minor out of her focus on executing the attack and so on.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Canis Minor Dingo Clash Canis Minor extends clasped hands in front of her and opens them with palms up to reveal a dingo of a teensy size performing an action that is associated with her attack's purpose at her declaration of her attack's name. The dingo that is revealed is displaying a clashing of teeth to intimidate those within a 8 foot radius around her so they are unable to attack her for 20 seconds. This attack can be used twice daily and the casting of it can be interrupted before the dingo is revealed, such as by startling Canis Minor out of her focus on executing the attack and so on.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Canis Minor Dingo Bite Canis Minor extends clasped hands in front of her and opens them with palms up to reveal a dingo of a teensy size performing an action that is associated with her attack's purpose at her declaration of her attack's name. The dingo that is revealed is delivering a bite in a motion aimed forward with a jump while lashing out and thus resulting to those within an 9 foot radius around her being struck with a feeling of pain as if they were at the receiving end of a dingo bite despite the bite not being real. This feeling of pain lasts for 25 seconds. This attack can be used twice daily and the casting of it can be interrupted before the dingo is revealed, such as by startling Canis Minor out of her focus on executing the attack and so on.
Team-in-the-making: The Minor League (with Chibi Sailor Leaena [Leo Minor Constellation], Chibi Sailor Ursa Minor, and Chibi Sailor Equuleus)
Rather than naming my chibi after the whole constellation, I shall chose her name to be Procyon that like Gomeisa is one of the stars in the Canis Minor constellation ^u^

Hey Shy! Lia looks great, however, unfortunately puppies are not a valid sphere. Spheres that are entirely age-related are unfortunately not workable!
It is, in fact, possible for there to be a Sailor Canis Minor even though one fo the stars is taken - however, Canis Minor would not automatically have any kind of power over the other Senshi in her constellation!
However, for some alternate canine possibilities, Dingoes, Dholes, and a few other wild dog species are available!

I want to apologize for missing this for so long -- I lose track of time very easily, and it's not fair that you've had to wait!
However, as her attacks are written, instead of her basic being an upgrade of her Super, it's a totally different attack! Her basic scares people out of the radius, but her Super makes them unable to attack -- I would suggest, instead, picking whichever effect you like (either kicking them out of the radius or intimidating them into not attacking her) and using that for both attacks, with the upgrade being the extra foot in radius/5 seconds of time!
